Stylish and relaxing plus good food. Service and atmosphere: The place is well designed, has good vibe and decor and offers ample space for people to sit. Good and swift service added to overall positive experience. Food and drinks: Great drip coffee that you can refill for $1 per refill. It's worth it. They also offer signature coffees and other beverages. Food was super good. It was well plated and seasoned which resulted in happy taste buds. I highly recommend Mediterranean salad with addition of grilled chicken. Delicious. Pricing: $$. I will be a returning customer.

Cute not-so-little place tucked away between two business towers. The vibe inside is cozy and cool, light shades of teal and cream and marbled counter tops giving semi-French vibes. TONS of seating- I'd imagine this place is hopping during the workday coffee rush hours. Our usual small decaf flat white with heavy cream. The initial taste is robust and coffee-forward, though the temperature is just above luke warm. This drink is screaming for a biscotti to be dunked in it while I read a dog-eared copy of Pride and Prejudice. 5 stars. Well done!

At Bean & Bottle, the dirty chai was refreshed and flavorful--perfectly balanced, bold, and smooth. The new restaurant setup feels modern, warm, and inviting, making it an ideal place for both quick stops and relaxed visits. Service was attentive ,helpful, and exactly what I needed. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which reflects the overall attention to detail throughout the space. Drink Highlights They offer a wide variety of beverages across categories: * Coffee & Espresso drinks - rich and well crafted * Teas - herbal, black, green, and chai selections * Hot chocolate & hot beverages - including comforting hot chocolate and hot teas * Hot chocolate - creamy and satisfying * Cold drinks & refreshers - perfect for warmer days * Iced coffees & cold brew * Wine selections - curated, relaxed, and great for pairing * Bottled drinks and chilled teas Cold Drink Options * Iced teas & lemon tea blends * Coffee refreshers * Chilled chocolate drinks * Seasonal cold specials Food Options Their menu includes both breakfast and lunch favorites: Breakfast * Fresh breakfast sandwiches and wraps * Light options like fruit and pastry selections * Classic morning comfort meals Lunch * Sandwiches, pasta dishes, and savory bowls * Small bites that pair well with coffee or wine * Balanced meals with home-style appeal Overall Vibe Clean, stylish, friendly, and service-focused. Whether you're grabbing coffee, exploring teas, enjoying hot chocolate, or relaxing with a glass of wine, the variety makes every visit worth it.

Cute spot to get matcha and other food and drinks. Large seating area and very beautiful spot too. Nice bathrooms and friendly service. They have a large menu of both food and drinks. The Matcha was great, I'll come back.

Service was very friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee questions we had! Super easy to park in front and right off of the highway! The cafe was very aesthetically pleasing and could see myself using the cafe to work remotely!

So yummy I got a decaf ice vanilla latte. It was so good and not bitter The barista was also so sweet she said she can do less scoops of matcha for me so I'll be back tom for that lo

Came to Bean & Bottle on a Wednesday morning, and it was PACKED, probably because it is located in a business plaza. I was really looking forward to trying their matcha, but they had sold out, which was crazyyy because it was only 9am. Therefore, I opted for their iced vanilla latte - nothing special... it was a bit watered down. I also got their chantilly yogurt parfait, which is pretty overpriced in my opinion. The greek yogurt was heavy and overpowering, so it took a while for me to finish. Adding some honey and berries would make it taste better, and I could then justify the price. There is a bunch of seating, but most of it was occupied due to how busy it was. If I had to describe the aesthetics of the place in one word, I would say elegant. The service was great. The employee was outgoing and friendly. It was a nice start to my morning. I recommend parking in the garage - it's free, and there is no time limit!

Wow, the interior is just beautiful. Was I walking into my dream interior home? Classy, girly, French vibe with all the beautiful details in every corner with quality, comfortable furnitures. Except the first time I was here, I looked out of place since I was dressed like a general contractor with paint all over my clothes. Oh, did I mention there's some table/seats outside? A great place to study or get some computer work done. You can even have a private event next door (pretty sure it's shared since there's just a sliding door between the two). Anywho, ample seats with natural lighting. Cozy cafe with friendly service. Located near Memorial Mall in a business plaza, maybe about a block away. I was confused at first until I noticed it behind all the buildings in a corner. There's a few parking spaces in front but you can find more parking in the parking garage/deck. It was my first time here about a month or two ago and the girl at the counter suggested an iced vanilla latte. Sounds basic, I know. My initial thought and she read my mind but I trusted her and lord behold, I am hooked and haven't gotten over it since. Vanilla latte suppose to taste this good? They make their own vanilla syrup and it's just plain-oh-delicious. The right sweetness without being overpowering. They also serve alcohol, if that's your jam.

A cute coffee shop in a business plaza. There's a few parking spaces in the front otherwise you can park in the garage building. The place is pretty spacious and plenty of tables to sit. Service was friendly and quick. The place is quite relaxing and it's good for work or studying. The further you walk to the back, there was even more areas to sit. Most people who come here probably work in the building. I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I'm glad I came across this place.

The décor, wine list, menu, comfortable seating, and cozy atmosphere make it such a special spot. They offer wines for every taste and budget, and the staff is knowledgeable when asked for recommendations. That's why this is difficult for me to write. Despite visiting frequently, I've consistently found the customer service to be unwelcoming. The service has a strange tone, and it isn't limited to one employee they all seem to share the same indifferent, slightly annoyed demeanor. The experience feels less like genuine hospitality and more like, "You're here what can I get you?" On my most recent visit, others in my group noticed and commented on the same thing without any prompting from me. Since they had never been before, it confirmed that it wasn't just my perception. One small interaction captured the overall tone. We asked whether they happened to have a birthday candle, and an employee responded in an annoyed tone by pointing to the candle on our table which, realistically, no one would put on a birthday dessert. We completely understood that they might not have one; it wasn't an unreasonable expectation or request. A simple, friendly response like, "Unfortunately, we don't, but we do have some delicious desserts," would have been perfectly fine. It wasn't the answer that bothered us. it was the way we were made to feel for asking. It may seem like a small interaction, but great hospitality is built on small moments. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting, but unfortunately, the service doesn't reflect that same feeling. People return to places where they feel welcomed and appreciated, especially in a city like Houston with so many wonderful food and wine options. I genuinely want The Library to thrive because it has everything else it needs to remain a true neighborhood favorite.

We really wanted the baked oysters, but only got to get the fried. The fried oysters were not my favorite. They were more batter than anything. Favorite thing about this dish was the flavorful crust of the fish that shined through. The presentation was good with the microgreens, coriander, and onions adding color. Overall, thought this dish was good, but it didn't wow me. Dessert was AMAZING!! The dessert was a chocolate entremet (flourless biscuit, raspberry, guayaquil mousse). The guayaquil mousse uses Cacao Barry Extra-Bitter Guayaquil 64% couvetere dark chocolate. The raspberry sorbet had a tartness to it and the presentation was enhanced by the crushed up chocolate under it. It was balanced with the mousse that was sweet but not overly sweet because of the cacao. The flourless biscuit was moist, reminding of a delicious chocolate cake. Two coffee molds were placed delicately leaning on the side and on top of the dessert. There were dried raspberry pieces on the dessert as well, adding hints of tartness if you taste it by itself but subtly hidden if you taste the dessert together. Excellent dessert, my regards to the pastry chef Daniela. Best part of the menu and this is what carried the 5-star review. Parking: Complimentary Valet

The package included a wine tasting and food pairing for up to 16 guests, and I paid more than $1,000 for the experience. When I contacted the winery to schedule our tasting, the ladies who assisted me were pleasant and helpful. I followed every requirement, submitted my guests' names in advance, and even visited the winery beforehand to tour the property. Although we were celebrating my birthday, I respected the restrictions and did not bring a cake, balloons, decorations, or anything else that was prohibited. The winery itself is absolutely beautiful, and the wine and food pairings were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service during our tasting felt unnecessarily rigid and prevented the experience from being as welcoming and memorable as it could have been. Our tasting host seemed focused on keeping to a strict schedule and moving through the presentation. When members of our group raised their hands to ask questions, we often felt as though our participation was an inconvenience. During the vineyard tour, it was extremely hot because our event took place in July, so we hoped to move through that portion a little more quickly. Our host also appeared bothered by our desire to take pictures, even though we were simply enjoying the beautiful property and celebrating the occasion. Before the event, I requested traditional-height tables and chairs because several older ladies were attending and the low couches would be more difficult for them. I was told this could not be accommodated because Saturdays were busy and other parties would be using the room. However, our group was the only party in that room for the entire time we were there. While the room was gorgeous, the lack of flexibility was disappointing. Another issue that made me uncomfortable was the repeated reference to our experience as a "donated tasting." While the winery donated the package to the fundraiser, it was not donated to me. I purchased it at auction for more than $1,000. Continuously describing it that way felt dismissive and made us feel as though our experience was somehow less valuable than that of a regular paying customer. Ironically, other guests at the winery were warmer and more accommodating than some of the staff. They graciously offered to take pictures for us and complimented our group on how lovely we looked. We also purchased several bottles of wine at the end of the tasting. Overall, the winery is beautiful, the wine is good, and I am still interested in joining the wine club and returning. However, I hope the owners will provide additional customer-service training and encourage the staff to show greater warmth and reasonable flexibility. A wine experience should be about more than moving through a presentation and checking boxes. Guests should feel welcomed, appreciated, and excited to return--especially when the ultimate goal is to introduce new customers to the winery and build lasting relationships. This review definitely would have been four or possibly five stars if the service would have matched the beauty of the property.
