It didn't feel like a reasonable difference between arriving at 7:00 and 7:03, especially since the studio wasn't about to close and hardly anyone was there. I was really looking forward to the experience, so it was disappointing to be turned away over such a small timing difference. A little flexibility or clearer communication about the cutoff time would make the experience much more customer-friendly. I will NOT be coming back

The store was spacious and wonderfully full shelves that we could find and choose whatever we wanted for our artistic needs. The staff, the gentleman that helped us was for a pleasant and helpful and informative. He assisted my wife several times and myself I was pretty good on my own, but he did give me some assistance in one area. The quality of the merchandise they have there is very very good. All your budding artists need to drop down there and see what you can find.
