I can not say enough about how *wonderful* it is to have someone who actually shows up every week (instead of 2 or 3 times a month, even though you are paying for weekly service) and actually cleans the pool instead of just dumping chlorine and leaving within 5 minutes or less. Natalie takes her time and actually scrubs the tile, hand vacuums if needed, skims the whole pool and tests the chemicals before treating. She also inspects your equipment and lastly, when she cleans the filter your yard is not covered in DE for the next 3 weeks. I have been through countless other pool services, both independent people as well as large companies (read my other reviews and see which pool services to avoid) and no one has taken the time and has been as reliable as Natalie is. I am happy she has decided to go out on her own, she does an amazing job and is extremely knowledgeable about chemicals and treatments to ward off algae and other pool issues *before* they happen.
