Just completed a pool remodel with Fusion. We had very cracked and blistered plaster and flagstone around the waterline that was falling off and too porous to prevent leaks. Fusion Pool is a great pool contractor as well as pool cleaner. Eric (the owner) is professional, responsive, and has great communication skills. The guys that work for him worked on our pool water line tile, coping, and installed a hand rail. They arrived when they said they would, they worked hard all day long, and were finished when they said they would be. They stayed on budget both in terms of time and money. I cannot recommend this company enough. I also use his guys to clean and maintain the pool. The price is reasonable, they are there when they are supposed to be, they act professional. We have never had to plan for a full landscaping project as this was our "dream" home built from ground up. We initially signed on with a larger company I heard over the radio, and they did pavers, but not pools. They gave us the phone number to Fusion Pool & Spa, and upon meeting Eric (the owner), we were extremely impressed with his professionalism, prompt return of phone calls, and answered any questions we had about designing pools. We were initially worried because we lived up in the Brea area (Orange County), and he was based out of the Oceanside area. Our concerns were swiftly wiped away once he started laying out blueprint plans for the pool. He would meet up with us at our convenience, worked around our schedule to make sure we sat down in person to go through his plans, even though the distance was far, he never missed a meeting with us. Things took a turn for the worse though for us when we no longer could get into contact with the paving company who introduced us to Fusion Pool and Spa. Phone call after phone call, no one answered and Eric's team was ready to go but needed certain colors chosen for the pavers so that he could get an idea of the color scheme we wanted. As we gave the green light to start the pool project, I remember standing in the back yard, as it was barren, just dirt, and Eric saying "tomorrow, it will look like a bomb went off in your backyard, but don't worry, it's all in the plan". And sure enough, Fusion Pool & Spa went to town on the back! They came in with all of their heavy equipment, began digging out trenches, and pool site as well. After not hearing from the paving company, and seeing how efficient Eric was, we asked if he did pavers as well. He said he does, but as a vendor with this larger company, he didn't want to overstep his role in this project. I told him that we had waited and waited for the paving company to call back (weeks!), and since they dropped the ball, we wanted to go with him. After a few phone calls to make sure Eric wouldn't lose his connection, I finally got the corporate contact for the paving company, and politely explained that we didn't understand what was happening on the scheduling side, but that we were very pleased they introduced us to Eric for our pool, and that we would really like to have him complete the project as it made more sense to consult one person for the different colors, patterns, schematics needed to bring everything together. They were very professional, and polite, and understood our dilemma with them, but were happy to have introduced Eric to us. So that was our green light to have Eric develop the ultimate backyard! We were so impressed with his progress, and so thankful that he kept up with our constant changes (things always look different on paper than in real life), that as he was finishing up the back yard, we asked if he did front landscaping as well. He of course said yes, and the project moved from the back to the front! All I have to say is that as unfortunate it was for the bigger company to have lost this job, it was a huge blessing that we crossed paths with Eric and his team. Almost 2 years later, if any touch up is ever needed with pavers (earth does shift and so do pavers!), Eric's team comes up, levels out, and brings the back yard to perfection. This team really knows what they are doing, and they have an excellent leader making sure the job gets done exactly the way you want it to. Thanks Eric for making our Dream Home a reality! read more

Fusion's team allows us to enjoy our pool and hot tub stress-free! Two years ago the Fusion team refinished the plaster and tiling on the pool and hot tub and brought our outdated pool up to code with new drains and also replaced the pump with an energy efficient option.
