Here's my honest review after a small shower remodel. Zoran is honest and dedicated to your project, yes. He will make it work and deliver in the end based on your budget and needs, yes. However. The process is not simple and not for you if you are hands off and just want someone to manage everything- go with a big company that uses folks in- house. I had to be involved every step of the way, despite being told I didn't even have to be home. I WFH and had to interrupt meetings constantly to answer the door, answer questions, make decisions and supervise what was going on. I can't even imagine how this would have went if I wasn't home. Every single person was sub contracted and didn't really match the wonderful reviews in all the 5 star ratings I read about. "Best tiler ever. So dedicated" etc was really not the case. Best tiler ever did not leave me with a level wall. So dedicated guy did not even test water pressure after he was done, completely ran away from the job and didn't make sure I was satisfied. Took a week to get him back in to fix what was apparently a simple issue that could have been fixed over the phone through proper communication. Your dedicated PM left town without warning and had no idea his worker was sitting on the job for hours wasting time. Lost a week to this after everything else was on track. It's a pity because everything was great and to the plan until then. But once the worker knew his boss was out of town, he stopped caring, took his sweet lunches and breaks. It's a pity the client didn't know the boss was out of town. Probably should communicate this in the middle of a project. Anyway, this set us back a week. Not the end of the world but the only reason this changed is because I complained load and clear. Again, if you're hands off and not watching what's happening you wouldn't notice. It took a day per panel to get installed. Yes delays happen but not like this. Luckily I said something or at that speed he'd still be putting in panels. Aside from that I just didn't appreciate the pressure on me. Watch your guys, communicate with them your expectations etc, let me know if something is wrong. Like no, if I hire you for a project and you're subcontracting 5 different people for each task, you need to be here project managing and watching them. It's not my job. It became my project and wasn't fun. We got through it and they delivered everything promised. But it was not an easy process and I did not enjoy the stress and added pressure on me to make it flow. read more

Their pricing was right their demeanor was very friendly and their insight welcoming. From day one real expectations we set and everyday they exceeded our expectations. Even our neighbors couldn't believe the consistency of their performance and quality of the outcome of our rebuild. We had some family changes in our living situation and needed make special access to our guest bathroom. We decided to go with Poseidon. Pretty much 4 3/4 stars. Zoran is very personable and responsive, that was great being our first remodeling project. Everything we talked about in the contract was done to my expectations. His guys were courteous and hard working, they really focused on job at hand. During to process there were obstacles but, those were due to MY sourcing of materials for the project from online sellers. The craftsman working on my project did an excellent job, and even made improvements for aesthetics. There were shipping delays in some of my materials which made the remodel take a little longer than anticipated, but Poseidon assured me not to worry and everything came together nicely. I'd give 5 stars if contractor did material sourcing which was a lot of work on my part. We had a good dialogue on what I was buying and doing it myself saved a ton of money so everything worked out great. We recently purchased a house and our first night using the shower in the master we discovered the tiles were essentially rotting off the walls after 30 years....turned out all of our bathrooms had the same issues, tho the master was the worst. We reached out for quotes via HomeAdvisor, recommendations from our realtor and searching Yelp/Google....I probably met with 10-15 contractors. We chose to work with Zoran/Posideon Remodeling because 1. even though he wasn't the lowest bid, his prices were fair, 2. he was very responsive and his answers to our questions were complete/thorough and seemed honest...he was also the easiest contractor to get the quote back from and everything was correct the first time he sent it and 3. he was willing to work and speak with me - most contractors only seemed to want to speak with my husband, even tho I was the one making the appointments and doing the talking (I understand wanting all the homeowners present for the initial meeting as a policy but I couldn't get many of them to talk to me or they seemed uncomfortable working with me) Throughout the process we had an excellent working relationship, I could get an answer to a question back from him within minutes, he was always available to answer my calls and texts - he was very responsive and took care of things in a timely manner. We had the same guy, Nick, working in our house every day and then one or two occasional other people to help with big stuff like demolition; so it wasn't a parade of strangers coming through the house. We felt like a priority - I've heard horror stories about contractors demoing a bathroom and then not returning to finish it for weeks. We felt like they made good time with the project, they started the first week in December with the master, finished right after New Year's, immediately started on the guest bath and finished that one before the end of January. A simple shower remodel was completed. The speed of work depends on who is on your job unfortunately. Keep a close eye out on clean up. We had a few small details that were easy to spot left messy. The projects flaws were addressed but they shouldn't have needed to be brought to the owners attention. I wouldn't use them again but am content with the results as is. read more

I feel like Zoran and his team did a fantastic job, not just with the work but with helping us with some of the design, picking out the right materials for our needs and our budget. Zoran was either physically checking in on our project daily or calling throughout the entire project to ensure we were happy and everything was going according to plan. As the project was getting close to the end, we decided we didn't like the placement of a vanity. We were expecting to have to pay extra for it to be moved. Zoran said, "not at all, you need to be 100% happy with the work". His team moved the vanity to the location we thought would be best and no additional charge because they were still on site. The was no trash left behind and after 6 months, no issues with craftsmanship, materials, and thanks to Zoran's help with colors and design, no buyer's remorse. I happened to see Zoran at a gas station a few weeks into our project and just shot the breeze with him for probably 20 minutes. Nothing to do with the project, wasn't trying to upsell, just talked about normal stuff. I would trust Zoran with any project. We will be calling him soon for a full bathroom project. read more

I requested an estimate for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. I was disappointed in the conversation I had with Zorian. He gave me an estimate over the phone without seeing the space. He explained since he is based out of Oceanside, Temecula was too far to come and get a specific estimate unless he was going to get the job. I understand contractors are in high demand; HOWEVER there is something to be said about customer service. He told me after I got more bids then to come back and see what can be done. My thought if you don't have enough time to give me a legit bid, I don't have enough time to come back after I received more estimates. read more

I had a flood in my condo. The flood impacted a small bedroom and a significant portion of my garage and required a lot of drywall to be removed. After the dryout and mold remediation, I called several contractors to redo the drywall none of which seemed professional AT ALL!
