We had some serious damage to our front terrace, front door and the entrance. The whole terrace had to be rebuilt, along with the new subflooring, new hardwood floor, etc. Poseidon grew showed up, told us they'll take care of everything, and gave us a fair estimate. Our 2 home bathrooms badly needed updating, and Poseidon Remodeling got our contract after multiple interviews with Design/Build contractors. As it turns out, almost all of those services were covered by the experienced and cost effective recommendations of Zoran, at a price that was much more reasonable. We had a vision in mind for both guest and master baths. To our chagrin, we made a wrong choice on tile color in the guest bathroom, only evident AFTER we had them place ALL the tiles adjacent to our central, large-tile display wall. We tried to change lighting to accentuate any possibility of complementary shades, to no avail. The hardest decision was to admit we made the mistake and to ask them to redo the tile! We got a fair price on the do-over and this time our tile choice was spot-on. It all came together beautifully. There were several other snafus as happens on any job, and we were able to compromise on additions to the contract, most notably creating a mixed use desk/vanity in the master. His crew, tile-master Keith and Luis were low key and polite. They paid great attention to detail and details do matter. Keith aligned our giant tiles perfectly. We enjoyed their sense of humor and we actually miss having them around. All in all, we think we made a wise choice going with Zoran and his team, and are very pleased with the results. read more
