This is a great place for breakfast. Local and cozy and staff provided great customer service. The food was delicious and drinks were on point. Small place with limited seating but the food and service make it worth it. It was so good, we went two days in a row for breakfast!

Power bowl plus poached egg

If I lived around here, I would be at this place all the time. This is exactly the sort of food that I am always looking for, especially things like this Power bowl. It has a good variety of different types of food in it and is very tasty. My daughter enjoyed her pesto sandwich, I think I might be misnaming that one slightly. The double espresso was reasonably priced with a strong, complex start and smooth fade. The service was friendly and helpful. You order at the counter, they give you a number, and then bring you your food. There are water and silverware stations inside and outside. We ate outside because there were more flies inside than outside and it was a lovely day.

I wish I could give this place more stars. The indoor/outdoor seating options, the local artwork, the coffee, the food, the service, everything was so perfect. I highly recommend coming here if you are ever in the area to stay or just to drive through. My mom was a fan of this place and I am so happy she bought me. The coffee was great, but lets get into the food. They had so many Gluten free options and they are all some of the best GF things I have ever had. I love a good treat, and coming here was treat enough, but the Violet Lava cake? I couldn't get over it. Please give this place some love because it is well deserved.

The cute location! Love this spot!

Still our favorite place to visit! Kasey had a big smile the minute we walked in. He remembered us and made us feel so welcomed! This will always be one of our favorite stops ever. Not to mentioned the food is so yummy. We had every pastry in the case, coffee, and the famous eggy! We stayed a while and played games, it was a very cozy day at beachcombers

The service, food and ambiance were excellent. The food is made to order and so tasty! The woman who rang us up made great food recommendations and sightseeing suggestions. I would highly recommend if your travels take you to the lovely town of Trinidad!

Super cute cafe with surprising amount of gluten free options for me :) had the chilaquiles which were awesome. Husband got a latte and breakfast bun sandwich. Seating inside is very small but they have a covered outdoor area which was great to sit at and hear the rain fall.

Coffee and food are amazing and will not disappoint, I got a nice vanilla latte, which was incredible and the service was very fast and smooth and very friendly as well and the music and the decorations inside match the vibe of Trinidad would definitely recommend if you're stopping by

Great coffee shop! We are coffee snobs traveling north and found this great spot and such a quaint little town that is so well kept. Beautiful view as well. Make sure you drive out and take a look. Noted and we'd love to come and visit longer on another trip! We got the cinnamon and honey latte and cortado

Beautiful cafe to stop for a quick coffee or a bite. I went early and there wasn't much of a wait, but it looks like it could get busier in late morning. Staff were great and I had a tasty latte with cinnamon and honey.

Get their chilaquiles! Amazing flavors and so filling. I dream about them... Also, great artwork inside.

Let's just say there is a reason we always stop by here when we are in town. Excellent craft coffees, fabulous food, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to hang out for a while....

This place was a great place for an early morning coffee before our hike! We were provided with great service by Casey! He was helpful in suggestions for a bite to eat, which looked delicious and tested even better! They do try to incorporate and support local businesses which was something great to see! It was kinda of a blustery day and a nice calming atmosphere to enjoy a cup of joe before heading out. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to stop by and enjoy a cup or a wonderful bite to eat at this quaint coffeehouse, you'll not be disappointed!

Loaded bean bowl.

The Beachcomber Café is highly rated and we couldn't agree more. I had the Bean Bowl and my wife had the Beach Bun with ham. The Bean Bowl made two meals for me and my wife loved her sandwich. Loved it to the point where we almost went back the next day to get another one. The service was very good and helpful. It has a very laidback atmosphere with not a lot of seating and little to no heat.

Not exactly a place for breakfast if you are hungry. Small portion of food and does not offer ketchup but they have tapatio.

First time trying out Aroma's Cafe and it was a 10/10 experience!…read more I ordered the breakfast bagel with ham and avocado and it was delicious. My boyfriend got the breakfast burrito with bacon and it was also flavorful and super yummy. The service was amazing, our food took less than 5 minutes. I didn't get the woman's name that was behind the counter but she was super friendly. The ambiance was unlike other cafes I've been to. It's not super modern and plain. Tons of cool decorations, string lights on the ceiling, very pretty mosaic art and more! I would definitely go back again.

I don't remember the person's name, but I know who she was talking about. The place is nice, bright and clean. Everybody is friendly. They have a nice menu. I was going to have one of the savory crêpes, but then I saw that they had Al Pastor Chilaquiles on the menu. That's what I decided to go for. I ordered breakfast and a cup of coffee. The coffee was good They were pretty busy. My food comes, and it was very good. The chips were crunchy, but not greasy or oily at all, there was plenty of pork, and it had a great flavor. The crema, , the cheese and the salsa, provided a nice pop of flavor as well. She asked me if I wanted green or red salsa, or both. I asked if they were spicy, and she said no, so I chose both.. Red on one side, green on the other. They both had just a little bit of a kick to them. The red salsa had a rich, deep flavor, and I loved the green tomatillo salsa as well. I think the next time, I would ask her to put a couple of eggs on the top. That would've just taken it totally over the top. It was a great meal, and the price was reasonable, as I had plenty to take home. The only reason I'm taking a star off, is because the place was slow. They were a bit busy, and it took 20 minutes for me to get my food. I understand, they may have a small kitchen, but definitely bring your patience. As for the coffee, I only got one cup of coffee. I asked for a refill, she said she had to make a new pot, but by the time my meal was ready, she still didn't have fresh coffee available. How long does it take to make a pot of coffee? Other than those minor hiccups, I would definitely be back. Thank you. I

It takes a little effort to find, but the journey is worth the destination. Their website has many different blends and single origins that they roast in-house, and upon arriving at Fogline, I was super impressed by their coffee quality that is worlds apart from the typical national coffeehouse that will not be named here. And I loved the dog that kept wondering around even more. I ordered the blackberry latte from their specials menu and the blackberry syrup was delicious. The only unfortunate part was that once I mixed the drink, I couldn't taste it anymore. I did enjoy the taste of the espresso, though, since it had a very smooth finish. While we were thinking about our order, we saw the person in front of us grab a purple drink. It turned out to be an ube latte, which was an off-the-menu drink option. I didn't try it myself but apparently it's pretty sweet compared to the blackberry latte.

The staff at Trinidad Bay Eatery were all exceptionally kind and appeared to genuinely engage with their guests. The atmosphere is exactly what one would hope for in a coastal eatery. We ordered clam chowder, fish and chips, and a chicken ciabatta sandwich. The chowder was excellent and among the top chowders I've ever enjoyed. The fish and chips were plentiful and the quality and thickness of the fish were unmatched. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her sandwich and fries with a California branded malt vinegar. Okay, fine -- maybe dogs aren't allowed in certain areas, not a big deal. So we figured we'd just order the food to go instead. Nope. Two days in a row we were told they couldn't do takeout. At that point, it just felt like there was zero flexibility or willingness to work with customers. That's really disappointing, especially for a place with such a good reputation. Unfortunately, the lack of flexibility is what lost us.
