Customer Service here is 10/10! I was having a retreat for work and wanted to place a large order of about 20 sandwiches/salads. I called a week in advance and spoke with Monae the manager. She was easy to communicate with, and assured me she would be able to accommodate my order if I called a day in advance. I ended up calling her two days in advance and emailed her a list of the orders. She was able to give me the total cost and we agreed on a pick up time (1130am). During pick up, orders were ready right at 1130pm. TIP: it does get busy here for lunch, so if you have a large order or even an order for yourself, order ahead or online. Ordered through Door Dash. We got our order in a timely manner only to open it up and see this bull$h!zz.... Paid extra for the large sandwiches - so $20 each, and each sandwich we got- -one SLICE of avocado perched in the center of the sandwich - one piece of bacon broken into three pieces - one pepperoncini sliced in half - a few slices of meat and a sliver of cream cheese Basically we paid for the large to get more..... bread?!?! Because you literally could not give less of the other ingredients! Even on a child size how could you give less than one SLICE of avocado or one pepper? I ordered on line. They process was pretty easy. They hadn't started on it yet when I arrived, but I did arrive ten minutes early. The food has always been good at this location. The service on the other hand has been the issue. They have been employees at the cash register with funky attitudes. Today while I was in everybody who was working there, took shots of beer in front of me. I also did not see any handwashing or gloves, being used or pulled out of the box for my sandwiches. Hi, Found this place because I use the military commissary and I drove by it. I went today and bought a regular sandwich. The sandwich is good but way too pricey I spent over 20 something dollars that would tip included for her to go sandwich. Honestly, the sandwich taste like the Togos waiting in line for a few minutes during lunch there was one person ahead of me, and he finally had to speak up and said he wanted to order, I think the staff should look up once in a while to see if they have customers they have a doorbell that rings when somebody comes in and nobody looked up when that doorbell rang. Ordered online on Friday, June 16. Ordered a tuna salad sandwich. As it does for every sandwich, the online order page asks about "toppings." I selected "No Mayo." I did not get a tuna salad sandwich. I got a sandwich made with just tuna! I have asked a couple other people and they thought the same thing I did -- selecting "No Mayo" meant don't spread mayonnaise on the bread. Again, it's not a tuna salad sandwich if you don't put tuna salad into the sandwich! I truly can't believe they thought in this instance, even though ordering any sandwich includes the option to forego Mayo that I wanted a sandwich filled with dry tuna! read more

Food is good but the wait time is ridiculous It doesn't matter what time of the day I go in there the wait time is still 15 to 20 minutes I understand that you have online orders and that people call in and place orders. I have been to a lot of Beach Huts and never had any issues. I went here the first week they opened, ordered a wedge salad with blue cheese and they were out of blue cheese... So I ordered a regular salad and it took them 30 minutes to make a salad with 4 girls behind the counter making food. The place was not even busy. When I got back to work my salad had NO SALAD DRESSING in it at all and instead of putting nice grated cheese on it, they put slices of nasty American cheese on it. The second time around I ordered a Surfin Bird. I figured you cant go wrong with that! Its a sandwich right! Well after 25 minutes of waiting around on my half hour lunch break they finally handed me my sandwich... well, when I got back to work and opened up my sandwich it was a friggen TUNA sandwich... really.... Great sandwiches depending on which way the wind blows AND if they can remember to follow the order correctly. i.e. No tomatoes. I tried this place for the first time last week and it was so good! I got the Pig Kahuna. I chose it because it was BBQ Pulled Pork and I really missed the pulled pork sandwich from Togo's. I have been to this location several times since it opened 2 months ago. I have found the people there to be impatient and the service extremely inconsistant and they do not pay any attention to your order. They make the sandwiches the way they are on the menu ignoring special instructions like Mayonaise or Tomatoes. Wednesday of this week I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak. It was awesome. Today I ordered the same sandwich +Tomato and Mayo. The meat was sliced roast beef like you would find on a sandwich and not the meat that they had on the sandwich two days before, it did not come with the peppers that are part of the sandwich and they did not include my tomato or mayonaise. So hear I sit with a dry sandwich that contains sliced roast beef, peppercinis and cheese. This is not what they advertise on their menu. After 3 of 4 failed sandwich attempts, I will not be returning to this location, nor will my co-workers who have had the same experiences. read more

3 stars and here's the reasoning, I met this really nice guy there who was clearly new and taking my order so another white tall new guy came to help him and deleted my order completely because he's a line cook or whatever and doesn't know how to use the computer, after touching the computer he went right back to touching all the food with his bare hands that he didn't wash after touching the computercall me a Karen but I found that vile. But that's not even the best part, when he deleted my order off of the computer I jokingly asked the first cashier taking my order if he was new, the guy who deleted my order YELLED at me, YEAH! Initially after reading the 3 bad reviews of this new location - I had to ask myself: "Self, if all the other locations you've been to have been good, then what could make this one different?" So I ventured over and ordered a Reuben like the other poster did and expected the worst. What I got was just about the opposite, no one in line, no issues with excluding cheese from my sandwich, almost nothing that resembled the experiences noted by the 3 other reviews (at the time of this posting). Worse experience I've had at a Beach Hut Deli. Ordered online and arrived a little after the specified time only for them to tell me they hadn't started my order. I was told to wait 15min more since my order was next, so I did. I came back in 20min later and my order had been skipped AGAIN. Does it take 1hr and a half to make 2 sandwiches? The point of ordering online is to be able to pick up and go, not wait an extra hour after the specified time given.
