    Spicy Fiesta Chicken
    Courtney O.

Stopped into Panera Bread for dinner last night even though we had every intention of eating at Sourdough and Co. instead. Panera is open until 9pm during the week and we wanted to sit down and eat so we decided on Panera. Staff was friendly upon entering and was very helpful on how to order on their menu kiosk. We ordered the Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich, the Grilled Cheese and the Toasted Italiano Sandwich. All of the contents of the Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich were falling out each time I took a bite - chicken bites and corn kernels. The flavor was okay - I did get a hint of spice at the end, but overall I wasn't that impressed. My husband liked his sandwich, but my daughter did not like hers and she's a tough critic. The chips were good that came with each of our orders though. Overall, Panera is not my first choice. I've never been a huge fan unless I'm in a pinch (like last night). The inside wasn't the cleanest and there were a couple of homeless people hanging out inside which I thought was odd -- not sure why they allowed them to stay. There was also a worker inside the women's bathroom cleaning it, but when I went to wash my hands, they were completely out of paper towels -- seems like that should be something that they check. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon!

I've always loved Panera. It's consistent, clean, and tastes good. My favorite is their autumn squash soup, which is seasonal. Recently I came here and there was no pumpkin seeds and cream garnishing the soup as it had in the past. Still tasted great. Got half soup half grilled cheese sandwich. That was tasty as well.

My go to sandwich is the smoke house bbq chicken on a ciabatta roll. Ordering was easy through their mobile app. I even got a 30% discount as one of their rewards. I did modify my sandwich by adding extra items but they forgot to. It still tastes good. It was a busy day when I went.

We love our neighborhood Panera. My go to place for soups and salads. We've always had great service. Not a long wait for pick up orders and they will communicate if they are taking longer than usual if they are busy. It does feel like a neighborhood cafe. People are comfortable and are not hurried meeting up with friends, family, business, etc. Truly a third place. Thank you.

I know Panera has always been pricey, but come on this small container of mac & cheese for eight dollars if you're gonna charge this much at least fill it up!! Not to mention I ordered this and when I got my order, it wasn't included so I ended up having to wait more. Can you imagine my disappointment when I opened the container?

Panera Bread - Above & Beyond! Just had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Panera Bread--and it's all thanks to Chris behind the counter. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. You could tell he took pride in his work, and it showed in every detail. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich, and let me tell you--absolute perfection. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and packed with that warm, satisfying comfort you hope for in every bite. Paired that with a giant cinnamon roll (because why not?), and it was honestly the best I've ever had--gooey, soft, just the right sweetness. I grabbed some chips and a large drink to round it out, and everything hit the spot. Chris didn't just serve food--he elevated the entire experience. It's rare to find someone who makes fast-casual dining feel this personal and polished. Panera, give this man a raise. If every visit was like this, I'd never eat anywhere else.

This location has really gone downhill. The floor has been sticky or dirty on several occasions. The tables are not always the cleanest. This particular time I went, the cashier was super slow. And it wasn't a slow like she's new and doesn't know what she's doing yet, it was a slow like maybe she was high or something. they got my order wrong twice. And the sandwich that they did get right, is what you see in the picture....Burnt and gross. my broccoli and cheddar soup that is normally thick and creamy, was super watery and bland. Maybe they just had an off night. Idk. I won't be going back to find out.

Thanks for putting the avocado not inside my sandwich.

This is by far the worst Panera I've been to. Ordered ahead on the mobile app, I showed up 5 minutes late past my pick up time and it still wasn't ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes. I was also watching my name quickly drop from the top of the "your order is coming up" to having six other orders finish before mine despite ordering after me. But it wasn't actually waiting there that got me upset. What upset me was that when I got home to open my sandwich, I see a sandwich half-assed with my avocado not even in the sandwich! If you're going to take additional time, I'd expect all the ingredients to actually be in the sandwich and not on the parchment paper. And then the turkey meat is just a clump of meat, not even spread out. At least at other sandwich places, the employees take the time to break the meat apart and spread it. Slow, sloppy service.

My husband went to Panera this morning, and arrived before 10:00 am. The only thing I like from here are the baked soufflés...and apparently, so does everyone else. They are NEVER available, no matter how early we get there. They refuse to make more, even though they are so popular and sell out early. Today he was told that they were sold out by 8:30! While he waited for bagels to go, the clock turned 10:30, and the cashier immediately shut down breakfast. Two people had been waiting in line well before then, and were refused any breakfast items. So they left.. Our second choice were bagels, and those were even slim pickings. Only ONE plain bagel left, as well as some sweet types. Panera needs to work on their business strategy & plan. Why are you refusing customers that had been waiting in line to order, even though you still have breakfast items? Why aren't you making enough of your most popular item (baked soufflés), so you aren't sold out by 8:30AM? I have so many questions. I'm done with Panera. The bagels weren't even that good.

I didn't ask for 6 dressings and pretty disappointed it meant receiving 3 ounces of lettuce and 2 ounces of berries. A lot of places pack dressings on the outside of the container but this is one way to do it.

I originally came in fully committed to ordering the Bún Bò Huế (P4), but the moment I heard about the $3.50 giant rib add-on, all bets were off. I switched to the P1 Combo Pho just so I could have that massive, fall-off-the-bone rib soaking in that rich, aromatic broth and it was absolutely worth it. The broth was deeply savory and comforting, layered with flavor without being overly salty, and that rib took things to another level. Tender, meaty, and perfectly braised, it made each bite feel extra indulgent. My boyfriend went with the bánh mì pork sandwich, and we added fried egg rolls for the table. The bánh mì had that perfect balance of crispy baguette, juicy pork, and fresh pickled veggies, while the egg rolls came out hot, crunchy, and packed with flavor. We also got the chance to meet the owner/chef and had such a great conversation, which made the whole experience feel even more personal. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the night. Loaded with octopus tentacles, scallops, shrimp. Feel like half the time you get seafood options these days they skimp out but this place did not disappoint. The fried rice was a little more unique than I've personally tried before with pieces of beef and cabbage. But still very tasty. And the pork dishes we got including the sweet and sour were just incredible. One thing I do want to mention was some pieces of the pork did have a bone attached, but I honestly didn't mind it much. The broth has a slightly fermented, deeply umami flavor, probably from fish sauce, along with lemongrass, chicken broth, chicken breast, and ginger. Perfect when you're stuck with a cold. It was packaged really well with chili oil, jalapeños, celery, lime, and the noodles on the side. There isn't a ton of chicken if you're looking for high protein, but I didn't care. It was so good and soothing. Nothing like sweating over a bowl of herbal soup while sick. I also ordered the Lao sausage, which has a great blend of aromatics, especially lemongrass. It comes with a sauce I'm not totally familiar with, but it's bright and limey, likely fish-sauce based, with something like charred pepper or tomato that almost reminds me of a Mexican salsa. So good. This place is awesome. I've only ever gotten soups here, but I definitely need to branch out and try more of the menu. Prices are very fair too.
