    Carnitas Bowl

Popped in for a lunch on a Friday. Parking was easy, restaurant clean, workers were nice. Ordered a Carnitas Bowl and I enjoyed it. Would visit again. They have tons of stuff on the menu.

I was actually going to another place near this place but they were closed. Luckily, I gave this place a try. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich with fries. The bun was very soft and easy to eat. The meat was cooked perfect and was seasoned just right. The fries were hot, crisp, and tasty too. The inside was well lit and had a good number of booths and tables to sit at. The workers were friendly and helpful.

The staff is nice. The restaurant was clean. It was easy to get in and out.And the food is usually really good here. Today I have the new chimichurri steak bowl. The flavors just didn't really go together.Well in my opinion. The arugula was good, just didnt go with the rice and steak well. I think either rice or greens would work, not both. In my opinion.

We seek out places we have never been before. Jack's urban didn't disappoint. I don't know why you're reading this, just get up. Grab the car keys, and go. You'll thank me! The sandwiches were fresh as was the bread. Everything comes separate. The garlic fries were a little wanting. Garlic plopped in the middle causing gooey fries in no time flat. Good but... The club sandwich was an incredible mix of chunks of chicken and turkey off the bone with ripe tomatoes and fresh avocado. This is one place we will definitely return to. P.S. Eat the pickle and pepper Really good.

We continue to order work lunches from this location and we have seen improvement in their food quality. Urban Fries, salads and Tri-tip are safe bets.

Stopped in to grab a late lunch on Saturday. Most Jack's locations have the option of outside or indoor dining. We opted for inside since it was close to 100 outside. Even though it was a weekend it was crowded or busy we when arrived. It was actually good timing on our part as after our food arrived, there was a pretty big line to order. Staff were really friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. We ordered the Salmon Cobb which is one of my favorites at Jacks. Also ordered the grilled halloumi sandwich to share. Both the salad and the sandwich were fresh and flavorful. It was my first time trying the sandwich. I would definitely order it again. For drinks we also ordered a beer and iced tea. To be honest, I did not drink the iced tea as it was not good. I am a big fan of iced tea so this was a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker! Overall it was a good experience.

I love the natomas Jack's Urban eats! Definitely, a regular favorite! The food is always fresh and reliable. Today, Amber was my hostess and she was really nice and pleasant with a great customer service team spirit! Spring is in the air. Sun setting at 7:30pm people are outside dining longer and more frequently. The ambiance was a family friendly atmosphere. Really cool music playing.

I went here on a Wednesday evening with my son. There was lots of people out and minimal parking. But this location is in a pazza with other stores that share parking so it wasn't a big deal, we parked a little further from the restaurant and that was ok. The location was busy. Inside almost all tables were full, but there was plenty of seating outside too. It's open seating, you arrive, order food at the cashiers, they give you a number, you sit and wait, they deliver your food to you. The utensils, napkins, ketchup, etc are in the dining area and you have to get them - this was hard to juggle with my baby at the table and having to step away to get all the things. Still, i was happy with the customer service, the food was really yummy! My son really enjoyed the mac and cheese. I had the chimichurri steak sandwich, very good!

Great food, quick service and they always have enough seats for us. This is my 3rd time there with a group of friends and even though we were a group of 8 we lined up, they took our order, and they brought out our plates correctly. I love that in the summer the outside deck is amazing and easy to find a seat. The inside has plenty of comfy booths and seats, too. Ok, to the food, wow, I love grilled food and this is amazing. The tri tip is my go to and I always get the grilled veggies or asparagus. Most of us take boxes to go as it's so much food. I really wish we lived closer as I'd come all the time!

Clean place, consistently good quality food. I usually get the turkey sandwich. They have delicious sides. Mashed potatoes are my favorite here. Prompt service. We come here every week.

The food was great and filling. I got the chimichurri steak sandwich and the anchiote chicken salad. I ordered takeout and the food was ready very quickly. there is plenty of parking and plenty of places to sit inside and outside.

Turkey Plate: white/dark turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy and dressing/stuffing and cranberry relish. Delicious mashed potatoes and gravy and stuffing/dressing. Not much turkey (Small portion). My daughter loved her French fries w/ blue cheese and her salad.

Not the correct salad that went with this tag. The tag salad was never made.

We love coming here- and mostly always good things to eat and say... today (2/5/26 11:30) they were slammed. Mistakes happen, but no one wanted us at the counter to even check our order- very frazzled. We ordered 3 salads and a rice bowl. One paid for extra chicken strip, one had a very specific ingredient list with directions, (picture of her order next to what she got) but they came both came as identical buffalo salads with romaine and carrots. Super boring for the one that wanted extremely specific items. Obviously the never made, very specific salad tag got pushed to the side, and they remade another buffalo salad from the previous tag they just finished. My salad was a "make your own" had "maybe" previously frozen cucumbers, mushy sweet potatoes, tough roasted artichokes, that you chew and spit out and so much mixed greens, enough for two salads-too much. My balsamic vinaigrette was kinda, coagulated, with a separation of oil- never had that happened before. I mixed it, still didn't seem right. Quality control. Someone to check the orders as they are going out, tags with items then in the bag. It's very expensive, we rarely eat out due to obviously higher costs these days. We came from West Sac- so there was no turning back once we sat down to eat...not giving it one star for the establishment- just this visit.

Everything from the sandwiches to the pasta comes in huge portions and tastes amazing. Their happy hour is honestly one of the best around -- great quality beers with plenty to choose from, and they even serve them in ice-cold mugs, which makes such a difference. They also have plenty to choose from, plus solid non-alcoholic options at really good prices. They're doing $3 mimosas for Mother's Day Sunday (hopefully that becomes permanent because that's a steal). Happy hour runs from 3-7 every day except Sunday. One of my favorite parts is the atmosphere. The shaded patio makes it comfortable even during the heat, and the whole place has this cozy backyard vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The owners are super personable and actually take time to connect with their customers, which makes the experience feel welcoming and genuine. Definitely worth checking out if you want great food, good drinks, and a laid-back spot with people who genuinely care.

It's honestly become part of the routine. The reason is simple. It hits every time. The sandwiches are done right. Fresh bread, quality ingredients, and they don't hold back. Everything is stacked the way it should be and you can actually taste the difference. The vibe is exactly what you expect. Laid back, easy going, and a place you can walk into and feel comfortable right away. What I respect most is the consistency. Every time I come here, it's the same solid experience, and that's why I keep coming back. If you know Beach Hut, you already get it. If not, this is a great spot to start.

Ordering here is more like a fast food takeout rather than a sit down....you have to order your food first from their menu, pay and then they will bring out your food.... Ordered the M2 Beef Combination and that soup had an odd flavor. I'm no pho expert but their broth literally tasted like the canned powder you can buy inside of their store!! Had a semi bland flavor and the water had a very strong tap water taste! The few pieces of meat that comes included did not make it taste any better. The fatty brisket had a soapy taste to it which was not the greatest. One of my biggest issues was the broth was not HOT at all but instead warm!!! This was a let down! Apart from the pho, I also ordered the chicken wings and the calamari....chicken wings were crispy and cooked perfectly.....the calamari on the other hand was super rubbery and tough...I'll pass on this one next time. Overall, the restaurant is very casual and they have music playing in the background! Do I recommend this spot, maybe! Will I be back...probably not.

Well a fun little hobby of mine is to enjoy participating in birthday freebies that casual dining places like Firehouse Subs offer, but some do come with qualifications-this establishment being one of those and the basic requirements is you have to make at least a $1 purchase 6 months before your birthday and earlier than 7 days before your birthday to qualify for a free medium sub of choice. So it was getting close and I realized I hadn't made a purchase to qualify so after searching the app to find a $1 purchase I realized I was actually kinda hungry so I decided to buy a kids combo for $4.99 and I went with a meatball sandwich. The combo comes with choice of drink or bottled water-I went with water and I think a cookie but I upgraded to the brownie for an additional $1. I ordered from the parking lot so I just walked in and with 4 minutes I had my food was ready. Parking at this location is kinda hectic while also being convenient as they share a lot with many popular businesses so it can get crazy in there but there are so many spots-it balances out. The lobby was nice and clean-plenty of seats-they have my favorite type of soda machine-the one that looks vintage but with the touch screen with the crazy amount of flavor options for your soda-immediately got me thinking " why did I get a bottled water?" I totally forgot they had a hot sauce bar-that used to be one of my favorite things about Firehouse-as a true chili-head,being able to try the different hot sauces was something I always enjoyed. Now let's talk about the food- The brownie was terrible-did not enjoy this at all-in fact I couldn't even finish it-tasted bad and for sure wasn't worth a calorie past the 1st bite-so total dud. The mini sandwich I got was the meatball sub-basically a meatball covered in melted cheese and marinara sauce.I don't know if I could've eaten than thing any faster-I enjoyed it so much-my initial thought was "what was I thinking getting a mini of something so delicious"I wanted more -it was so good-I don't have any critiques-it was super yummy-didn't even need any hot sauces-I really enjoyed it. In closing-mission accomplished-This visit qualified me for the birthday freebie in the future and I honestly enjoyed my little mini treat from Firehouse-I will for sure report at a later date how the birthday freebie experience went-but I'm thinking based on this experience,it's going to be great-Stay Tuned.

I tried their new beef brisket sandwich and it wasn't too bad but wasn't good either. It's a solid 3/5 for me. The bread was warm and soft. The meat was tender.
