Had dinner here with some friends after a cardio session at 9Round. The server was incredibly sweet and attentive. We received menus quickly after sitting down. Waters came to the table in a timely manner. It didn't take long for the server to take our order, and it was a short wait for the food to arrive. She checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were doing ok. I ordered the Western Burger with a side of fries and ranch. It was really good. Because it is a sports bar, I was expecting mediocre food, but they surprised me. The meat was juicy and they were generous with the toppings. The fries weren't too crispy or too soft--they were just right. My friends seemed to enjoy their meals as well. The place has a nice, relaxing vibe. There's a good amount of seating and the lighting is nice. There were about 12 other people in there when we showed up, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Came here on Friday night.. it was pretty empty. Only one server. We got there around 10 and were told the kitchen would be closing shortly.. we quickly ordered our food. Made the choice to come here for date night/bf bday. I have to say that was the best decision. We had seen a few reviews that initially had us questioning our decision BUT I have to disagree and say the food and service was AMAZING!! Great place to watch sports as there is a huge tv above the bar and tables all around with smaller TVs on sides and across the bar. I would rate the food as average bar type food, nothing spectacular, but good for a drink and catching the game with fellow fans. Service is typically friendly and good but I've been several times and on a couple occasions it was slow. Looked more like they just didn't have enough staff. But friendly so I can overlook and be patient when they are still working hard. read more

This is a hidden gem in Natomas. Three of us went here to celebrate a birthday! The place is bright and full of energy. There is a huge tv at the bar to take in all the sports action. The bar is well stocked to accommodate most any cocktail order as well as a variety of beers on tap. We had a great server who was also holding down bartender duties. She was so personable and answered all of our questions. The menu has a nice varierty of food and drinks. I observed that the burgers were big and looked delicious! Delicious. There is something for everyone. There were people watching sports drinking beers, families with kids, guys eating wings, ladies having happy hour and single diners at the bar. This place has something for everyone. The food was delicious and not at all what I expected for a strip mall. Since I've never been here, I asked the bartender what she recommended and that's how I got the salmon and risotto. It was a little busy and the bartender was also our waiter. The service was the best part of this visit. We got a table pretty fast and had menus quickly. I ordered the classic margarita and my friend had a tequila old fashioned. My drink was good, but the choice of glass was tough to drink out of. The old fashioned didn't taste quite right and my friend wouldn't finish it (and that's not normal). We had the $2.50 tacos, they were what you would expect for $2.50. The shell was fried and crispy, the meat was a little bland, I'm glass I had the pico on mine or it would have been tough to eat. We went to the Hub during their happy hour and we had a great time! The entry is inside a gate that encompasses the patio seating into an open plan sports bar atmosphere with TVs and seating and a bar at the back. We were pretty early in the day so we grabbed a booth then it started filling up. The staff were awesome in taking our orders and checking on us during our visit. The drinks all looked so good that it was hard to choose! There's lots of happy hour options and lots of regular menu options. For food we got the Buffalo Tots and the Bavarian Pretzel with Beer Cheese off the happy hour menu (not pictured because we were hungry and forgot). In turn for work and popped in for an early dinner. I sat at the bar. The bartender was very kind and helped me pick my entree and beer. The salmon was prepared perfectly. They covered it with a common kitchen spice mixture that I don't love. Had I known I would've requested salt and pepper only. We had passed this location several times over the last few years and decided to give it a try for date night. The atmosphere was very welcoming, while our bartender Halley's voice was a lil horse, her friendly reception and service was outstanding. We ordered the pride of natomas burger and the pulled pork sliders and were not disappointed. The bar was very clean and while the drinks had taken an extra minute, Halley clearly set expectations that she was training a new bartender and wanted to ensure standards were being met. Cool hang out spot in Natomas located in the Mashall's Shopping Center off Truxel. The place has a sports bar feel with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu has many food options and decent drink menu as well. We tried the angus sliders, beet salad and Brussels. The sprouts were yummy and a nice portion. The beet salad needed some actual greens to make it more complete and the sliders had a bread to meat issue.
