Friendly bartender, tasty margarita. It was not crowded when we were there which was nice. Cool air, an escape from the heat. The homemade chips and salsa was decent as well. Fairly clean overall.

Walk in history! The time stops in this place! The wings were very delicious and tasteful! The service was friendly and you are not getting restaurant vibe it gives you the vibe that you walk in a local place in your neighborhood and you are not stranger! This is one of this places that despite of being old that gives you 5 stars feeling! The restrooms were clean too!

Best Buffalo wings in the world!

This is a must try in OLD TOWN just up from the Amtrak station and the first bar from the train museum ! Great Bartenders the Greatest hot wings in the planet!!! Bloody Mary is good and possibly the best in nor cal! Try it , they have a decent menu and great relaxed Vibe. Holiday drink menu is coming soon!

Place is clean and drinks are good. Service was amazing and we were welcomed when coming in. We didn't try food or appetizers. They have a cool western theme they have pin ball machines and a pool table in the back. And drink specials are great as well.

Came in on a rainy Monday afternoon in January. Danny at the bar was immediately welcoming and pours a great drink! Nice beverage menu. The food menu is limited but excellent in every way...delicious, fresh, generous serving sizes, amazingly inexpensive. The service from the kitchen was great...friendly and attentive. Classic bar scene with fun games...who doesn't love a little Skee-ball to ring in the new year!

This spot is so cute in Old Sac. The ceilings are vintage and the decor is cute, old school with the new look and modern adult sized games to play. The drinks are fair priced and delicious. The bartender who served us was friendly and quick. As we were leaving the place was starting to fill up. We will have to go back!

We had a blast here! It's perfectly decorated for Halloween and I heard it's haunted as well! The bartender was fantastic! Drinks were great. We ended up playing shuffle board but they have ski ball and other games towards the back. Definitely a great place to stop in old town!

Came here on a Saturday night with 6 friends and bombarded Scott, the bartender and it was wonderful. Lol. Scott handled it so well and banged out all of our drinks and food orders with efficiency and a welcoming demeanor. Not only was he super friendly and amazing at his job, he made bomb ass drinks! I got a Espresso martini and a Mexican kamizake. Both super flavorful and balanced with a good amount of alcohol! My friend got the watermelon margarita and they muddled with fresh watermelon! The curly fries are typical but tasty and crispy! The mango habanero and sweet chili wings had great flavor with crispy wings. The only thing is that they were on the smaller end. But tasted wonderful. There's an arcade area in the back to hang out in too! I would definitely come back here if I'm in old sac!

What an unpretentious economical respite from the heat, bustle and prices of Old Sacramento. Stop in here for a cool drink and a game of billiards, shuffleboard or pinball. The gimcrack decor will make you smirk and drink prices will make you grin. Staff are nice enough, bathrooms are clean enough and they have a kitchen as well should you find yourself peckish.

My new favorite bar in my neighborhood! Vibes are chill, margaritas are amazing, bartenders are friendly! Definitely try the guacamole/salsa My favorite margaritas are the seasonal watermelon one and the pineapple margarita. They have a wide selection of tequilas amd mezcals and a full bar to make just about everything else

I came to visit my friends and we went to a brewery to catch up. My friend just bought a house and was moving, as well as having her birthday, so her ID was expired which we were not aware of. It happens. My friend was going to log into DMV just so she can show a valid ID the bartender but another woman working came up exclaiming they can not accept that and she will not get a drink. My friend did not argue about it and my other friend and I got our beers and sat down. We just wanted to spend time and catch up. My friend with the expired ID did not even take a sip of any drinks and respected the policy, the woman that we talked to earlier about the ids then proceeded to come up to us and say that we were sharing drinks, yelling and being very hostile. We were all confused because in no way, my friend even touched or drank any of the drinks. She insisted to call the cops. We then asked her if she had any evidence such as video footage and she said she did not have any access to that and she did not have footage. She said we were breaking the law and she will get the police involved for underage drinking. She was being extremely hostile. THANK YOU BY THE WAY SHE IS IN HER 30s BUT BESIDE THE POINT THEY REFUSED TO PULL UP THE FOOTAGE AND CORNERED US WHEN WE WERE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. We even encouraged to call the police then she started back tracking. Their lead came in. We again, asked for the footage and he then, unrelated, said they are on the verge of closing rather than taking any form of accountability or apologizing for how his colleague was treating us. We asked for a refund and would leave, we were so uncomfortable. He then proceeded to say we did not pay for the drinks and I had to pull up my credit card statement to even prove it, which is absolutely ridiculous. I got our drinks and paid/ closed the tab before even sitting down. We asked to talk to a manager again. Mind you, we asked previously, and got the lead. The manager just asked if we were from the Bay and shook our hands instead of actually doing anything about the situation. I saw her hug the woman that was accusing after we were leaving which is absolutely ridiculous. Why would you encourage that type of behavior to your staff. Profiling in 2025 is insane. I feel bad for my friends. I feel extremely uncomfortable. Discriminating and accusing just because we are the only POCs in the room is so embarrassing. DO BETTER- NOT EVEN AS AN ESTABLISHMENT BUT JUST AS HUMAN BEINGS.

I wanted to love this place but the plant-based options were limited to bar snacks: cauliflower bites, fries, hummus, a single salad, and mac and cheese. What's frustrating isn't just the selection, but the missed potential. Not one veggie sandwich option. The stuffed peppers could easily have a meatless version; the Brussels sprouts didn't need bacon; the farmers market salad could offer prosciutto as an add-on rather than a default. Small tweaks, big difference. A little more intentionality here would go a long way. On the bright side, the bourbon flights are a real highlight, and the space itself is a win - open, airy, and flooded with natural light, making it perfect for happy hour. The gastro pub vibe is genuinely cool, and you can tell this place has a lot of potential. Meat eaters and whiskey fans will love it here. Vegetarians, though, will find themselves grazing on sides and calling it a meal. If you're plant-based, my advice: grab dinner somewhere else first, then come here for the cocktails - because those, at least, won't disappoint.

We also got the "Fun Guy" pizza to share and made the mistake of removing the goat cheese, which I think hurt it. It's funny I've lived in the Sacramento area since 96 and somehow had never made my way to this neighborhood until the fore mentioned Yelp event, but let me tell ya-this neighborhood is so cute-coffee shops, bakeries, nurseries, restaurants, ice cream shops-it's got it all and this brewery is such an anchor for the neighborhood-a beautiful gathering spot to either begin or end your evening. This particular visit was great-the patio spot in the back where everyone hangs was great-such variety of people,ages,cultures-it was a true melting pot of all the things I love about Sacramento-I seen people with dogs-people with young kids, even babies in strollers-I saw people on dates-I seen people just hanging catching up after long week-it's such a chill spot-I loved it. Now let's get to the beer-we had 4 beers in total on this particular visit. 2 pints of The People Lager($7.50 each)-This is a great beer-feels like very friendly beer and easy drinking beer-I would get this again-7.8/10 rating 1/2 Pint Stout Kang Imperial($6.00)-This is the beer I came here for and I remember having it at the Yelp event-it's a very coffee forward stout and it's packs a punch-pretty sure double digit ABV-it's not for everyone-it's very strong but I love it-9.2/10 rating 22 ounce stein-Mystic Cloud($9.00)-This is a Hazy IPA and yep this was the star of the day for me-I loved this drink and as much as I loved the stout-this will be my order going forward-great beer-9.3/10 rating We also ordered the Pulled Pork Fries($15.00)-I had these on a previous visit-they were yummy then and they were even more yummy now after drinking almost 40 ounces of beer-I would fully recommend this as a shareable for anyone looking to eat a little something while enjoying the incredible suds they have at this brewery. Overall it was a great visit-I love these guys and gals who are running this brewery-they are all so friendly and welcoming and they are serving a superior product and the pride they have in their beer and food shows-I am so happy this brewery is a part of my world now and I can't wait to go back.

When we first walked up, the place was super busy with the outdoor seating area and queue full. There were still members of our group that were on their way, so we didn't mind waiting in line. They had kids menus available to look at, and even thought the stack for regular menus was out, some people in line were kind enough to hand us theirs when they were done. I stared at the menu the whole time I was in line. I think I was just hungry and the strong barbecue smell in the restaurant was making me crave everything. I eventually landed on a barbecue burger and decided to sub the fries with collard greens to be somewhat "healthy," and also because my husband was getting fries. What's his is mine. Ordering at the register was quick. They had a nonalcoholic frozen drink option that I was tempted to get since I don't drink. I'd recommend giving it a try if you don't mind parting with $10. I think it was $2 extra dollars to get a similar drink with alcohol too. Also, there is a separate line for ordering beer, so if you have a decent-sized group like we did, maybe consider splitting up to grab a table and join the beer line. We lucked out with one of the longer tables next to the bathrooms. Side note: they have hand-washing stations separate from the area with the toilets, so super clutch if you just need to clean up before you start touching all your food. Our orders seemed to come out as they were ready, and overall maybe 15-20 minutes, which is decent considering how packed the place was. My burger was delicious. Meat was on the medium-well side, but I don't mind a little more cook as long as it's still juicy, which was the case. Cheese was melted, onion rings were crisp, bun wasn't soggy, and there was a generous bed of jalapeños under the patty. It wasn't overly spicy or anything, but it did provide a nice noticeable difference in texture. The collard greens, I would say right now, are pretty high on my list of collard greens I've had in my life, and I order them if I ever see them on any menu since it's not often I find them. It was a decent amount, but I wished there was double once I was done. As we were finishing our food, some nice staff members were quick to come clean up our dishes. We were so satisfied with our meal and drinks that we almost forgot we needed to catch an escape room!
