The Chambers Room is a cash only, one room dive with weird shit all over the walls, and sketchy cliental... I'd love ever second of it. Denise, Debbie, Diane? Whomever she was, our bartender was super friendly and poured with a heavy hand. Which I greatly appreciated in this economy. Four drinks set us back about $20, which is unbelievable! They do serve food, but I was no way near drunk enough to dine-in. I would have stayed here much longer, but I had tickets to the Kings and had to hit the road. The drinks themselves are pretty inexpensive per todays Sacramento downtown standards,I think my old fashioned ran for either $10 or $11 which is pretty good and they are always solid-they make very solid get the job done keep the vibe going level drinks and at that price-that's a winning combination. But they had to close this area and it's now a parking lot, leaving a super small awkward and dark "outdoor space" that barely fits a group of people. The inside is dark and a little cramped but theres booth seating and bar space. I honestly like the look and feel of the inside. The drinks are decent and they have DJs on certain nights. My friends and I had a less than great experience once on a bar crawl when we weren't given great service and overcharged. Hopefully in the future things improve.

There seemed to be a lot of regulars who clearly have karaoke night circled on their calendars. It's a small bar that servers food. There is a kitchen inside next to the bar. I think they call it Darian's. They take your order and you pay them there not at the bar. Most of the food is burger, chicken tenders, wings and tacos. I asked the cook what was the best item to get and he told me that his Western Burger was the best. So I ordered that. It came with a combo of fries and tater tots. The service seemed kind of slow but I guess it's just one guy cooking. It took over 20 minutes for our food to come. The burger was just ok. It was pretty big though. But nothing to write home about. My friend got the chicken tacos and he loved them. He eats a lot of tacos so that means a lot, from him. This place is a bar with a pool table. but I didn't drink that day. It was just bar food as I look at it. Nothing too note worthy except for the tacos.
