I crave Chick-Fil-A once every couple of weeks. Sometimes chicken sounds better than a burger or a burrito and this is the safest choice in my opinion. My go-to lately is the Kale Crunch Salad with Grilled Nuggets - you add hot sauce and honey. Holy cow! I do like their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries, but when I'm on a healthy journey...the salad is the way to go! They have new Peppermint items on their menu for the holidays! This location is the most convenient for me, located in the Arden area next to In n Out. They have their drive thru system down and even when it's a mile long, it is organized. I don't think I have ever been inside this location so I can't comment on the ambiance. Staff is always friendly and patient when we visit! They finally finished the remodel on this chick-fil-a which included making two drive thru lanes to help with the congestion of cars. Lines of cars would wrap around the whole parking lot and One lane just wasn't efficient. As always, the attendant taking orders in the drive thru speaks to you with such delight. Every question is answered with glee, ordering is easy and the food is fantastic. If you order via the app you can pick up curbside, inside or drive thru. There was practically no wait and the food was cooked to order. Im not sure about the ambiance inside as we didn't eat inside the establishment but the ambiance in the drive thru was smooth, helpful and easy. I've pre-ordered and I've waited in line at this location. They are always so fast and efficient. As a trainer I always recommend Chick-fil-a to clients when they are on the road or in a time crunch. Their grilled chicken sandwich and grilled nuggets are very macro friendly. Their breakfast sandwich with grilled chicken and egg whites is also a great option. Terrible breakfast service, always getting order wrong. I don't like your nasty cheese and I ordered sausage not chicken.

The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. I told the customer service representative that I wasn't sure what I wanted to order, so I drove up to the menu. Samantha could have come along but she didn't seem happy to assist. Placing my order was difficult, as I had to keep looking back at her instead of her approaching me directly, even though there was plenty of room to do so. Overall, it was not a welcoming experience. The worst and shadiest thing the company could do was switch to delivery that only goes through DoorDash. That is beyond inconvenient and horrible customer service. They don't allow you to receive points now if you order delivery, which is INSANE considering how much they cost. The food is still okay of course, but it's highly disappointing to know they are trying to be so cheap as to limit your collection of points. What kills me is that they're still making money even if they continued to allow people to order through the app and not through DoorDash. DoorDash has horrible service to begin with. Yet you people are so freaking money hungry that you then have to take away chances for people to accumulate points through delivery. The drive through must be entered from the street because it's designed so terribly and the parking lot merged with the other business next to it so there can be confusion on the direction of travel. DECOR: Every Chic-fil-A looks the same so nothing to mention. They keep the grounds looking neat and clean. PRICE: You will spend around$15 per person for a full meal. DRINKS: That lemonade is some of the best freshly squeezed lemonade I've ever had let alone had from a fast food restaurant! FOOD: Hands down is the breakfast chicken sandwich and the chicken strips with Chic-fil-A sauce or honey roasted barbecue for dipping! They use real chicken and it's consistently delicious every time. I always never leave without waffle fries! I dip those in the Chic-fil-A sauce as well. Better than ketchup. STAFF: Always friendly and professional. I've never had so much as attitude from anyone there. First of all, let me tell you that the employees were great. We were visiting Sacramento last week and my grandson's favorite place to eat is Chick-fil-a. He wanted his chicken nuggets, so we went there at about 4:30pm on Saturday and we were told that they were all out of nuggets. I would think that's their #1 item or #2. How do you run out of nuggets on a weekend which just started. We were in the drive thru and waited a bit which is normal due to the number of customers that they serve, not a problem. I've been going to Chick-fil-A for years, and I never tire of their infamous fried chicken sandwich. There is something about their chicken breast that is lightly fried literally sandwiched between two buns that just makes a perfect meal. I love the variety of sauces they offer to add to your sandwich should you not want it enjoyed dry. I highly suggest either the house or the honey mustard sauces, because they both are absolutely delicious. I miss the old rewards program that they used to have, and the new one just doesn't seem to offer as much as it once did. A little known hidden food item to try is there baby kale salad. I'm not a fan of kale anything, but this salad is scrumptious. I'm typically a drive-thru customer, and at this particular location they always have a challenge between the dining customer, and the drive-through customer, and the crazy parking lot. In a perfect world they would probably re-design the layout of the entire little center, because let's face it, people are not as courteous as they once were and you absolutely need to be careful driving through this lot. Chick-fil-A offers their sandwiches either just meet in a bun or their spicy chicken breast, which is yummy, along with your choice of cheeses. They even have a pepper jack that just kicks that spicy sandwich up a couple of notches. Like a lot of fast food places today, it no longer is an Inexpensive meal.
