Came here since I was in the area and never had breakfast here and boy have I been missing out. Like legit I am saddened this place is not closer. I ordered a chicken and biscuit with an iced coffee meal. I am genuinely sad I can't have this every day. I mean does my budget appreciate it being far ABSOLUTELY. Coming in at a whopping $11 that was pretty high for one meal for the day. But boy was it delicious. Service was great albeit she didn't say it was an additional charge for the iced coffee so the extra $2 was a bit of sticker shock. Today I ordered 2 kids meals and asked for 2 ice cream cups instead of toys with my kids meals. I have always been accustomed to the ice cream cups coming with the kids meals when I have ordered like this. Upon getting my order the staff tries to hand me 2 ice cream cones. The worker must have entered this in wrong . I said I'm sorry I asked for cups not cones. The girls at the window stated " she doesn't want the cones" She wants a cup. They then proceed to turn the cones upside down and ask me if this is ok. This mind you is in front of the female manager . They are all smirking. I said no, I would like cups please with a lid. Who feeds their kids ice cream prior to their meal ? I'm thinking in my head . So automatically I'm already on to them because I can see the eye rolls and smirks. They proceeded to take the cones back in and hand me these ice cream cups . My go-to lately is the Kale Crunch Salad with Grilled Nuggets - you add hot sauce and honey. Holy cow! I do like their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries, but when I'm on a healthy journey...the salad is the way to go! They have new Peppermint items on their menu for the holidays! This location is the most convenient for me, located in the Arden area next to In n Out. They have their drive thru system down and even when it's a mile long, it is organized. I don't think I have ever been inside this location so I can't comment on the ambiance. Staff is always friendly and patient when we visit! Ok, let me first preface this with I love me some Chick Fil A, but sometimes you need to review the experience at a specific location that may not apply to all locations. This location specifically at Arden has failed me too many times, most recently when I went for the Honey Pimento Sandwich (to go), and when I got back to work I was shocked to see the unappetizing and unacceptable sloppy runny yellow sauce making the sandwich soggy and certainly not reflective of the photo of the sandwich. I then sent my complaint to corporate, who then handed back to the store, who in turn gave me a replacement sandwich credit good for 8 days.......8 days, why would there be an expiration date on you replacing something you seriously messed up, I would not have served that to anyone, where is the quality control? They finally finished the remodel on this chick-fil-a which included making two drive thru lanes to help with the congestion of cars. Lines of cars would wrap around the whole parking lot and One lane just wasn't efficient. As always, the attendant taking orders in the drive thru speaks to you with such delight. Every question is answered with glee, ordering is easy and the food is fantastic. If you order via the app you can pick up curbside, inside or drive thru. I stop by this Chick-Fil-A location when I go to the mall since it is down the street from Arden Fair mall. I've pre-ordered and I've waited in line at this location. They are always so fast and efficient. As a trainer I always recommend Chick-fil-a to clients when they are on the road or in a time crunch. Their grilled chicken sandwich and grilled nuggets are very macro friendly. Their breakfast sandwich with grilled chicken and egg whites is also a great option. At this location they have different lines which makes it easier to order quickly. And they usually have someone directing cars which makes rush time easier to navigate. read more

DECOR: Every Chic-fil-A looks the same so nothing to mention. They keep the grounds looking neat and clean. PRICE: You will spend around$15 per person for a full meal. DRINKS: That lemonade is some of the best freshly squeezed lemonade I've ever had let alone had from a fast food restaurant! FOOD: Hands down is the breakfast chicken sandwich and the chicken strips with Chic-fil-A sauce or honey roasted barbecue for dipping! They use real chicken and it's consistently delicious every time. I always never leave without waffle fries! I dip those in the Chic-fil-A sauce as well. Better than ketchup. STAFF: Always friendly and professional. I've never had so much as attitude from anyone there. EXPERIENCE: It's almost always crowded in the weekends and the line for the drive thru can nice shower than ordering inside. The worst and shadiest thing the company could do was switch to delivery that only goes through DoorDash. That is beyond inconvenient and horrible customer service. They don't allow you to receive points now if you order delivery, which is INSANE considering how much they cost. The food is still okay of course, but it's highly disappointing to know they are trying to be so cheap as to limit your collection of points. What kills me is that they're still making money even if they continued to allow people to order through the app and not through DoorDash. DoorDash has horrible service to begin with. Yet you people are so freaking money hungry that you then have to take away chances for people to accumulate points through delivery. The food is usually really good. Never really have complaints about it. I tried their curbside pick up, which wasn't super bad. Took about 5-10 mins but I assume that's way better then their drive thru since it's usually backed up. I wish their drive thru wasn't wrapped around the curbside pick up. It felt so cramped in and you can only go in and out of the curbside one way since it's between the building and the drive thru. It's honestly the location and I'm these times. But I wish there was maybe a little more guidance for the drivers. I hate wanting to make a turn in the middle of the drive thru line because I never want anyone to think I'm cutting them when I'm actually trying to leave..
