Very disappointing experience with Fire Wings. I placed an order and when I got home, I realized I was missing about half of what I paid for. I contacted the restaurant hoping they would simply correct the mistake, but instead I was told they need to reviewed camera footage and believed the order was complete when it left the restaurant. would call me they did not What bothered me most was that nobody could clearly explain whether the footage actually showed each individual item being placed into the bag, or if it only showed the bag being prepared and handed to me. Those are two very different things. I wasn't asking for anything extra or unreasonable I just wanted the missing food that I already paid for to be addressed fairly. Instead, I felt like my concern was dismissed and I was basically being told that because they had camera footage, I must be wrong. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. The way a business handles a mistake is what matters. Unfortunately, the customer service and lack of willingness to resolve this issue made the experience much worse. It's located across the street from Arden Mall and in the same plaza as Paris Baguette and Buca di bebo at the corner of a cross section. There's seating outside and this place has the drink dispenser that you choose/dispense your own drink. And there are plenty of screens to catch any sports games. As for the food, im usually a bone in wing lover but I wasn't feeling too hungry or messy this time around while dining in. I'm used to the usual lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, a lot of people like their dragon, as well as peanut butter. Haven't really tried much of their dry rubs. I got the mini meal 4 piece bones less wings- dragon. Kind of sweet not really spicy, super dressed but still crunchy. Instead of fries I opted for veggies- carrots and celery. I love how it's never dry from here. And it comes with a drink! This location also sells poke. It was the end of the day and they were closing up and I asked to just get the smallest portion of their most popular and I forgot what I got but pretty sure it was a tuna mix. I was able to finish my food and pretty quickly because we had to leave. They ask you to put your phone number to get a text message when your order is ready but they still just yelled our names out. Even though they have a bunch of fancy flavors now, I always find myself getting the classic buffalo flavor. They are pretty good, but my one complaint would be that they are stingy on the sauce. Sometimes I need to order a side of buffalo sauce to accommodate. In all the times that I've been, staff have been fine. No standouts in either a positive or negative way.
