If I could leave zero stars I would. First we drove to Howe and after searching for the location could not find the name Mr. Beast Burger. We were not aware it was being prepared by Bucco Di Beppo or whatever. We went to another address in Citrus Heights on Fair Oaks. Still did not see a Mr. Beast Burger shop in the shopping center. So we went inside the only burger joint there and asked. They said they prepare the Mr. Beast Burgers. It's like a ghost menu. We ordered and nothing special about the McDonald's tasting burgers. read more

Inedible!! WTF! I'm asking for my money back. No sauce, not fresh, late service, terrible Sorry couldn't figure out how to add photos read more

Food was average but nothing special. Ordered ahead but still waited an hour in a Buca di Beppo which was very frustrating. Burger was a bit dry but the seasoning on the fries were good. The boxes and wrapping were very nice but probably won't order here again. read more

Gave Mr.Beast Burger another try, and it was a much better experience. Unlike last time, the food came warm. Fries in particular were warm and crispy. They were still surprisingly bland given how much seasoning was on them, but still pretty good. Burger was a bit better than your typical fast food burger, and was quite large. Overall, I think it was a very solid enjoyable meal that perhaps was a bit over priced. Nothing was great, but I don't have a lot to complain about either. read more

Horrible!! Save your money. Paid $3.99 for side of fries and see attached picture for how much fries given. Meat is red on side and burned on outside. Again see pictures. One and done with this place. 0 stars read more

They wrote my name wrong in offensive manner on the bag. Really made me wonder what kind of staff you have working there - racist? Food was cold and missed add-ons. 'Seasoned' fries were not really seasoned - looked like they dumped some spice on it and didn't even mix. I am very offended by this whole experience and do not even want to give 1 star. read more

I wanted to try out something new, so I went to Mrbeast burger, I ordered one of those beast style burgers, I open it up and it and all I see is buns. The burger is a millimeter slab of rock and crap for a patty, pickles dryer than the Sahara desert, cold ass cheese, and the buns were MASSIVE. Never coming back again. MrBeast, you suck, and your food sucks. read more

My son wanted to try Mr. Beast burger forever! You guys didn't disappoint him!! Our food was delivered earlier than estimated time. It was great and we will definitely order again. Just one thing... I think they forgot to put reusable cup and that made him sad :( read more

This is a review based only on flavor. I feel like the burgers were dry, and although the fries had a lot of seasoning on them, they were still bland. Maybe consider using A tad bit more salt. The beast fries are OK but they also need salt. I think the buns really take away from the flavor too. Packaging is nice, presentation is nice but The food is mediocre. Also, if you were looking for a standalone building of this business, they are nonexistent. They are all placed inside other restaurants. Ours for example is Inside of a Buca di Beppo restaurant.! read more

Got upset stomach after eating! The patties was way under cooked. My wife was allergic to gluten and I asked to substitute the bun for lettuce but they didn't see the note and make it with the bun. Another note. Took about an hr for the delivery and the food was soggy and cold. read more

Terrible. Terrible. And more terrible. First time ordering this stuff and I was very excited. Had to pick it up at some other restaurant which made it a little hard to find. I should have checked my items there but I drove home instead so I could eat it with my family while it was still warm. I get home and it's missing 2 order of fries and 2 of my burgers are not what I ordered. I got 6 items total and they messed up 4 of them. Worst part is that I couldn't go back and get my money or a new order because it's a third party thing or whatever. So now I gotta email me beast burger website to try to get my money back. What a complete joke this place is. read more

I had a decent experience with this place my delivery person was on time only took about 15 minutes also very nice, he even offered to meet me someplace else when I accidentally put in the wrong address. Now the food, I ordered 2 Chris style burgers and they only gave me one of them which I'm not happy about, but the other Chris style burger was very pleasant 3 patties 3 cheese almost as good as in and out, I also got the Nashville chicken which was 9/10 it's was super crispy and juicy chicken but it lacked being hot, but for a regular chicken sandwich it was bomb, I would go back for that alone. Also got the fully loaded beast fries which were good as well but not amazing. Over all if it was a cool experience my son loves MrBeast i to am a fan of his work, I think this place and do really good in the future. Would of gave 4 stars if they didn't forget my other burger/: Also the phone number directs you to an automated service so it's really sad that you can't call and speak to anyone if there is a issue/: Good Food, just needs to be more customer service efficient read more

Delivery was slow, it's opening day so I'm not surprised. But it was delivered/made. Ordered a three patty Beast Style burger. It looks as good as it actually is. Commercial grade beef, thin and well-cooked patties - tiny bit grainy. Pretty much gave it a chance to be more than it looked, and to support Mr. Beast. It's an average burger, just smashed. And that's okay. I finished it. I'd love to give more stars for what the philanthropy is like on Mr. Beast, but the food quality/quantity (for the price) decreases stars by 1. The accuracy of the ordering system/chef decreases star rating again by 1, since I ordered three patties, bacon AND an extra patty (for 4 patties total, and bacon) but only received 3 patties. I will see if I can even get that $3.50 back - or if it's even worth the time. Lower prices, pick up the quantity served or the quality - and good luck! read more

My boyfriend was feeling depressed after being on keto for about a month now and definitely missing his favorite food...burgers. Got him Karl's sandwich and the Mr Beast Combo and surprised him with it. He devoured the whole thing within 5 minutes and loved it. I personally did not eat any but he looked like he was a new man again with all that carbs back in his system. Idk if it's the desperation for a good ol classic burger or the taste was really good but I will definitely get it for him again. I had some of the seasoned fries that came with the combo and I must say, it is quite bland despite all the visible seasoning on it. Maybe add more salt to the recipe next time around? Either way it was a good experience and would order again once I see my boyfriend getting depressy messy from his sad keto diet. read more

Decided to give this place a try. I ordered at 7:18 pm and also ordered fro 7-Eleven. Right about the time im expecting the delivery i get a text message that my order has been canceled! What? Its been over 40 minutes, why didn't they call me? So I wait for the doordash driver who was on his way to 7-Eleven and he tells me that when he got there they were closed! WTH? I tried giving them the benefit of doubt, thinking maybe an emergency because according to door dash they were supposed to be open until 1:20am! Doordash guy told me that they often close or run out of food, especially fries. He said they gave him an order missing the fries and left him to deal with the angry customer. He also said that when he drives by that they are closed. So what happened with my order? Did they decide to go home early and said to hell with it? That's 40 minutes later! Please see pictures below. Sorry I can't attest to the quality or taste of the food. But as far as Customer Service they have none! read more

Honestly if I could give this zero stars I would, the quality of the Nashville chicken was terrible, completely fell apart they are tenders so they don't even stay inside the bun, they were basically alllll breading barely any meat, the lettuce is the most basic iceberg shredded, the seasoned fries taste like they threw smoked paprika on them... I should have looked at the reviews before ordering, but during a stress filled night of studying, all I knew is I wanted a burger. The patty had very little flavor. Good Food! I never thought a YouTuber would have a restaurant but here it is! Come try this place out!

Had a late night burger and loaded fries. They were SO good! 100% would recommend and will be back. Food was amazing!

My kids are big fans of Mr. Beast, they begged me the Take then there. I agreed, placed the order via the app and drove to the location given in the App. When we arrived there was no signage for Mr. Beast only a Buca Di Beppo restaurant. I was surprised to find out that these burgers were being prepared by Buca Di Beppo. My ordered consisted of The Beast burger, The Chris Style, and Hot Tennessee chicken burger. The burgers were average at best. In n Out would be far superior. They were certainly not worth an average of $7.00 a burger. Don't waste your money. read more

MrBeast Burger - Mr Beast - Food Delivery Services Near Me

I ordered them on DoorDash because they offer an impossible burger, and being a vegetarian for the last 20 years I love impossible burgers when I can find them. My husband who eats meat also ordered a regular burger from them, and we both got the loaded fries with all the toppings. We got the order and although the box for the impossible burger very clearly said it was the vegetarian burger, it was actually the meat burger my husband ordered. The impossible burger was in the package labeled for the regular burger. Being vegetarian for so long, I have a hard time telling the difference between the new fake meat products and real meat. So I didn't find this out until I'd already eaten half of the meat burger. I am now super nauseated, and most likely will end up vomiting and with "intestinal troubles" to put it lightly. Not eating meat for 20 years, and then having it again will do that to you. Also the fries are a soggy inedible mess! And the impossible burger with the minimal toppings, and no extra cheese like I ordered, tastes like what I'd imagine McDonald burgers taste like, my husband confirmed this theory. For the price I'd expect a lot more from a restaurant, and we will be adding this to our list of places never to eat at again. read more

Nothing special. So disappointed. What a let down and almost waited two hours for my meal. Ordered me a burger combo and chicken sandwich on the side. Delivery driver brought me the wrong order. I could see how as they ordered a similar burger. Burger was ok. Nothing special. But after all that time it got cold. Was regular size(not big)pretty greasy. Good bun. Fries were tasteless. U could see the season on the fries but couldn't taste it. Weird right. And Pepsi in a can. Doesn't this guy have sponsors for drinks? And just goes with plain ole Pepsi??im sad . Disappointed. I'm going to go complain. I need my money back and then some!!! read more

Mr. Beast burger is a great smashed burger. My family and I enjoyed it very much. And we will definitely be back!

My partner placed an order, when I got the bag, the first thing I noticed was that they botched up their name in an obviously racist and disrespectful fashion. Perhaps this discrimination led to the poor service. I don't know what was going on, but it seemed that the staff rushed everything. All the food was barely warmed up. The fries felt as if they were heated in a microwave and the fries were not mixed well, they literallly dumped seasoning on the very top of the fries and left it at that. I honestly can't imagine how this restaurant handles their regular food, but if using MrBeast Burger is any indication, I'd stay far away from their regular business. (I am told that the main business is Bucca de Beppos). read more

It was alright . We ordered each burger, a grilled cheese, both fries, and the spicy chicken sandwich . Maybe if the food came warm, it would have been better. Our first order, only the grilled cheese, chicken sandwich, and fries arrived, and it all arrived 25 minutes later than said, and cold. Yelp took care of it for us though. So I reordered the burgers. They came warm, and tasted good. The kids loved them, although at the end of one of the burgers, there was a hair IN the burger. I wish there was a better contact so that Beast Burger could actually fix the problems, or find another ghost kitchen, bc two orders, and multiple problems. Not sure i would reorder, maybe just for the experience the for the kids. read more

I ordered through Uber Eats a few time and had ok food. Craving burgers, I ordered two combos to be delivered. The food was a little cold, but the microwave handled that. What made me angry is the fact that the diet and regular Pepsi drinks were not included with my order. I contacted Uber and got no answer, hence I'll leave a review on here. I paid $40 for two combos and had both drinks missing. Needless to say, I won't ever order here again. read more

There is nothing special about this place the food is okay but I won't be getting it again

My family and I wanted to try this place out since we saw the YouTube video Mr.Beast posted a couple months ago, so we were in the area and decided to order. When we put the address in the GPS, we were a bit confused at first because we saw nothing that said "Mr.Beast Burger" , I walked around asking businesses near by if they knew where it was and no one knew. Finally I called customer service and that when they informed me that "Mr.Beast Burger" was actually located INSIDE Buca di Beppo . It would be really helpful if when you order it tells you that. Other than that the food was good, especially the burgers. I only have 3 stars because of the confusion when picking up my order. read more

My first and last time eating here unfortunately.. Wanted to give it a shot despite the bad reviews since it barely opened a month ago. The beast burger was ok , better than a fast food burger but nothing more. I paid an extra dollar for bacon but it was missing. My beast style fries I paid an extra basically $3 for was missing also.. Fries although covered in seasoning were super bland and way too soft. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was just a basic chicken tender sandwich, not hot or seasoned well at all. I honestly think this virtual or ghost kitchen whatever you want to call it, (it's made at Buca di Beppo) doesn't enjoy making this food and could care less about the quality. read more

We've ordered at about 1:00 pm today. We waited. It's 3:00pm and we still didn't get our food! Never ordering here again.

First time ordering from MrBeast Burger. We have never heard of this place before. Found it on Grubhub. Easy to order. Price was decent for the combo. No delivery fee was a plus. Took about an hour to get our delivery to us. When it arrived, the soda can was hot, the fries and burgers were cold as can be. The fries, which were the "seasoned" style had the lack of flavor. Had no flavor at all. Tried to heat them up but just made them worse. The burger was a good size. Didn't see an option for just a single patty. The bun was soft. The burger also had lack of seasoning. Very bland. Over all, I wouldn't mind trying it when it fresh off the grill and fries fresh out of the fryer when things open back up fully again. For a first time try, they get three stars. read more
