They deliver when they say they will and tracking the delivery is easy. One reviewer talked about the broccoli being uncooked well, just heat the meal up in the microwave and then let it sit for a couple minutes. The broccoli will cook perfectly by the steam. A couple of meals I wasn't crazy about but that was my own preference I believe. One is not going to like everything on every menu. It helps that the menu changes each week. The meals I received (6) were not ready-to-eat as advertised. The raw vegetables, noodles and tortellini had to be cooked. Chicken and shrimp were cooked. but not appetizing. The chicken was gray and tough, shrimp not de-veined and thus gritty. Instructions on the website to warm the meals in the oven or microwave was inappropriate for raw tortellini, rice noodles and vegetables.
