Customer service resolved the issue and replacing my order that hasn't yet arrived after two weeks.

I will say that since early-2025, my body has been going through an evolutionary stage as I have been more susceptible to new types of aches and pains. Considering I am pushing 50 years old, I have maintained a healthier routine by eating better, drastically cutting down on alcohol, getting more efficient sleep, exercising on a regular basis, taking daily supplements/vitamins, frequent visits to the chiropractor, and just making smarter choices in life. I also prefer not to take any type of pain medications as those can be quite habit-forming. This takes me to an excellent alternative to pharmaceuticals where I have been gaining a lot more trust in CBD (cannabidiol) products where they offer excellent pain relief but without the intoxicating euphoric effects that you find in THC. Located in the heart of the El Dorado Hills Town Center in El Dorado Hills, "Beyond Wellness" has been in operation since mid-2020. One interesting fact is that I was actually shopping at the Sunrise Mall Farmers Market (on Saturday 5/23/2026) at around 12pm and spoke to one of the owners that did a very extensive sales presentation with the variety of CBD lotions, creams, tinctures, bath salts, bath bombs, roll-ons, lip balms, and even products for pets! I also sampled a small amount of the lotion in the area where my back was experiencing pain and within 20 minutes, I felt significantly relieved with how effective this product was. This is where I made the trek up Highway 50 where I actually got to go to their brick-and-mortar store while speaking with the owners husband (who was amazingly informative as well). I will say that the interior layout of this place is very inviting and rather therapeutic; much like entering a relaxing spa. Best of all, they have very respectable hours of operating being open 7 days a week from 10am-9pm. After getting many of my questions answered, I settled with a 3.5 oz/100ml size of their Full Spectrum High Potency Menthol Lotion containing 3,500mg of CBD (which was priced at $65 + tax). Once I got home later that evening, I applied a small amount of lotion (think of it as the size of a dime) on my lower back/hips where the root of my herniated disc/sciatica nerve pain is at its worse. I would say that in roughly 30 minutes, this lotion does an amazing job as it has been extremely effective. I will also say that just a very small amount is necessary as the CBD in the lotion can give make you drowsy. But remember, there is no intoxicating effects so you will not experience a head or body high. All in all, "Beyond Wellness" absolutely exceeded my expectations as this is a much safer and more effective way of healing aches and pains in comparison to any type of narcotic drugs. They can also be found on all major social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. So if you are one of the many that suffer from ongoing aches and pains, anxiety, inflammation, migraines, and stress, I highly recommend giving their products a try. My rating, a perfect and unanimous five stars. read more

I had a muscle in my back that was extremely painful. I suffered with this pain 20-25 years. Had been to every doctor, had every medical procedure, had pain pills..nothing worked. A family member suggested that I order some cream that he had bought. Instead of ordering blindly I went into the store. Was so pleased to see how inviting it was, and I was help by a very knowledgeable young lady. She steered me away from what my family member got and suggested a full spectrum cream along with a Tincture. I've been using both products for two weeks. I am now pain free. I can now bend and stretch without having to take a pain pill. Those products and the knowledge of the owners are amazing....wonderfully amazing. I can highly recommend the store and the products..at least the two products I used. read more

I love my High Potency Naked Lotion! It makes my dry skin glow. But I have a complaint. The bottles are too strong. I dropped it about a foot from my sink and it obliterated my sink, while leaving a tiny chip on the bottle. I guess I'm happy my product is safe, but I'm now forced to buy a new sink. :( read more

AMAZING quality products and equal quality owners/team. I can't ever recommend this brand/products enough. I regularly use the organic body oil and pain cream, but I've tried almost all of the products and have enjoyed everything I've tried. I have introduced family, friends, colleagues, and clients of my own to Beyond--they all love it! Not educated on CBD/CBN/CBC/CBG? This is the second time my boyfriend and I have picked up items at their booth they have each Saturday at the Sunrise Mall Farmer's Market. The Menthol Massage Lotion contains 2000 MG of CBD so all you need is just 2 pumps of lotion massaged onto specific areas every 4-6 hours you are experiencing pain. It works wonders, thanks to the heating and cooling effect similar to Icy Hot! Today my boyfriend purchased a bottle for his friend and for himself the Zen Lavender Lemon Chamomile Fizzing Bath Salts which contains 420 MG of CBD to help with sleep, anxiety and stress and the Naked Roll On which contains 1500 MG of CBD to help with headaches, etc! I would highly recommend stopping by their booth at the Sunrise Mall Farmer's Market on Saturdays or you can also find them on Instagram @live_beyondcbd Their products are THC-free, vegan, fast absorbing and natural! It would make a great gift for someone who works long hours or has tense muscles after working out and compared to others they are reasonably priced as well! read more

I suffer with terrible migraines due to a health condition but have to manage a business at the same time. My doctor prescribed narcotics but I am unable to drive while taking them. I must work. I am so thankful for the cbg roll on! They're the perfect size for me to carry in my bag. I have it with me at all times. I was in a meeting yesterday and had a migraine attack. I was able to just pull out the cbg and rub it on my forehead, temples, and neck real quick and the pain goes away. This stuff helps me remain functional and focused. It works so much better than pills. Im so grateful for this therapeutic product! read more

Hello I just wanted to get on here and share my experience with what I was going through prior to finding real help from Beyond Wellness. I have been suffering with many health concerns such as severe migraines, pancreatitis and sciatica . I had been with the same doctor for the last 12 years it seemed as if every 6 months something else would come up . I had been in a very depressed state not being able to sleep or even being out of pain for more than a 24 hour period. I was on antibiotics, pain medication, PT and chiropractic Care . Anything that seemed to work was only temporary it was never longer term . I did a little research behind the products that Beyond Wellness carries per a family friend turning me onto them . I asked as many questions as I could in reference to my many health concerns and what the benifits would be from starting to use the products. A lovely woman by the name of Heather took my questions and turned them into answers she did so much research on each specific concern I had with a doctor. She came back to me with knowledgeable information Now I take what dose works for me and it has proven to work magic everyday ? I have a regimen that I go off of I haven't had a pancreatic attack in over a month I haven't had a migraine in almost three weeks and we are still working on the sciatica. I'm sleeping at night I have the energy to get up and do things throughout the day and my overall attitude has improved. To not be in pain is priceless and I couldn't be more happier with the treatment and relationship that has been formed with Beyond Wellness . Thanks , Heather for your true commitment to helping people like myself. read more

I have tried a few of the lotions, my fave (till recently) has been the Lavender lotion. My mother was in the hospital and her back was itchy and red. I rubbed some on her and she had relief for the 1st time in a week. I ended up giving her the bottle. I recently purchased the menthol with a high CBD content. I have always put the cream on my neck and chest (I'm 57 years old), but this time I noticed my wrinkles looked diminished. The next day I took before picture and 20 minutes later took more. There was a NOTICEABLE difference! So far I have used it morning and night and I am amazed this product has made such a difference! CLIENT FOR LIFE! read more
