I got off HGH 83 days ago today…read more I'm only doing TRT right now, but I wanted to gain back what I lost from HGH.... and this might shock you.. but everything you need to do that is here at Nutrishop. But what Nutrishop has that gnc and vitamin shop doesn't, is persons like Joe that are very knowledgeable on all the products in store. Since switching my Creatine source from GNC Beyond Raw Hydrochloride to Nutrishop Cre-Alkaloid, I saw results on the first workout. I ask Joe honestly for what he would add and he recommends stuff I never heard before. And best part is, everything is safe and I don't have to worry about contamination from black market pro hormones. Joe recommend the Lipo Carnitine Fat Burner to mix with Bucked Up pre workout. The lipo is caffeine free and offsets the caffeine in the Bucked up. Then recommended taking the phosphates which maximizes the benefits of protein. I take that with the Creatine Alkaloid and it's a killer, pump, workout and fat burn. Post workout shakes I substitute PB2 artificial powdered peanut butter for real peanut butter. I was putting way too much skippy in my protein shakes. This one recommendation on the peanut butter alone by Joe as well as a few others diet wise has dropped my saturated fat consumption on the month 160-200/grams and overall fat consumption was reduced over 1000 grams. You can see the 30 day difference. Thank You Joe! I owe you man. My only regret is passing Nutrishop by all these years.

I mainly needed to buy some Peptiva for my mom. I found myself almost amazed that they carried several products where previously I had been running around to other places or purchasing online. There was a sale going on where I bought an item and got a second 50% off! My teenage son was worried about being thin a few years back. I have a gym background and brought him into the Max Nutrition in Citrus Heights that Jack Anthony was working in. He not only guided my son with common sense diet and exercise, he sponcered him in his BMX races. Since then Jack has opened his own business downtown. We have followed him and drive from Roseville to Sacramento to go to his shop. He has mentored my son and they have become great friends. I never worry about the advise that Jack is giving my now 17 year old son. He cares about his clients and would never steer anyone down the wrong path. He will even tell you to eat things like peanut butter or bananas instead of buying certain items that he carries. He is knowledgeable and caring and will continue to be the go to guy for us. read more

This place is awesome! I have been playing sports and working out since my teens-I am now in my 50's- and have been to a few nutrition stores in my time. The owners here are knowledgeable, nice, and most importantly, they take the time to understand what you are trying to accomplish. I told the owner that I am older, my knees are bad and I am trying to lean out--they both gave me excellent advice and only recommended what I needed. That was two months ago. I have been using the products and they work great. I have lost about 8 pounds and my knees feel much better. Bottom line, they listen to you, they only recommend what they think you need and don't try to sell you extra stuff, and they know what they are talking about. read more

This dude Jack is the most helpful proprietor I have ever met. I came in looking for some flax oil, thinking it was more of a general nutrition store than a supplement store. He was out of it at the moment but said it would be in his order tomorrow. He didn't try and sell me anything else, just gave me the info I needed and was super nice and courteous the whole time. I didn't even end up buying anything but I had to come here and write this review just cause Jack obviously really cares about his customers. Best place in town for not only your supplement needs, but great, knowledgeable conversation. Any question you might have can be answered by the owners. They are 2 of the nicest people you can meet and converse with. The price is a little more expensive than a GNC, but all of the products here are legit and don't have a bunch of fillers like GNC.
