Knowledge is power, and you'll get both at Nutri-One. They offer a great variety of protein, powders, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to helping you decide what to purchase based on your personal needs. If you're looking to strength train, your needs will be different than someone who may be looking to lose weight and add that extra level of protein to their daily diet. They have a protein, drink bar, where they will blend up, something special, just for you, or select from their menu items. Keep in mind this is not an inexpensive experience, but it definitely is a healthy one. Pricey items, cool staff that is super knowledgeable, and a convenient location. read more

Horrible place to shop! Their miscommunication with their employees are quite horrific. I tried a product of theirs that was new and the natural simulate made me sweat tremendously and shake with withdraws. Then I go in to return the product after being told that I was able to return if I didn't like or had some type of effects on my body and they've bluntly lied to me. He hesitated to even try to refund my money then the owner was on the phone and denied all my request. It's horrible service. Don't ever buy from them. read more

Updating my review - Jason the owner messaged me privately to apologize & offered a free smoothie for the inconvenience. I appreciate the kindness and immediate apology after. Jason's words is he treats his customers like family, and I definitely felt like he did that with his message! read more

Ok... so imagine you come in to this spot & looking for a high protein drink. Drink was 9.99$ . She added 3 extra scoops of protein (double the scoops) to make it 14.90$ . Mind you, she left more than half of my smoothie that i paid extra for in the blender & only gave me one cup. The drink that i paid almost 15$ for wasn't given to me in it's entirety. I still only got MAYYYYBE 50-60 g of protein in my drink . That's unacceptable. This was my 1st time here & My Last time. Give your customers the product they paid for. Throwing HALF of the blender volume away because it doesn't fit in one cup is robbery. The Better Business Bureau should definitely hear about this Injustice. read more

Cute little shop. Close drive from the Natomas Family Fitness gym. Got the cookies & cream protein shake and it was bomb! Wish they had more then one size but thats ok i just froze what i didn't finish. Girl who made the drink was nice and helpful. They had low calorie and meal replacement and even weight gain options. Every time I have come into Nutri-One, I have had a great experience. I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgable the staff is here! I came into the shop yesterday and spent at least half an hour with Marty going over my diet, what I am currently taking, how many times I work out a day and so on. He listened patiently and gave me some great advice. Unlike most stores/people who are pushing the newest supplement or latest Dr. Oz fix/phenomenon, he actually gave me some advice about how to do things naturally. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them) knowledgeably and made some great recommendations for products. I'm looking forward to trying them all out... Before I came into see Marty, a friend of mine referred me to another employee, Zach for a few questions (see, I am full of them). Zach was cool enough to take my questions over text message!! And he didn't just write me back yes or no answers, they were REAL informative answers! He is also very knowledgable about overall nutrition and products and gave me some great advice on how to make adjustments the healthy way! Jason is awesome too! I haven't spent as much time with him but have used some of the products he has given me with great success. Overall, this place has incredible staff, great products and great prices. I highly recommend Nutri-One. I won't go anywhere else! read more

I give them 3 stars because their protein shakes are absolutely amazing. Minus 2 stars because of their business. Good and knowledgeable staff, but their return policy is garbage. First off, they are super stingy about giving out samples of preworkouts. Second, if you buy a preworkout and dislike it they won't let you exchange it for another brand or product. I understand not giving a refund, but other supplement stores let you either exchange it for another product straight across or pay the difference in cost. Online supplement stores even let you return a bad product. read more

Hands down, best protein drink I've ever had. Packed with 40 grams and you'd never know it. Excellent!

I found them on yelp. It's close by work and I read that they have protein smoothies. I headed down there on my lunch and ordered a Chocolate PeanutButter High Protein Meal replacement smoothie! 40g of protein in one drink! I'll take it. I must say It was delicious and not pricey at all. read more

An excellent supplement store in the Sacramento area! Employees are super knowledgable about their products and can break down all ingredients and tell you how they can benefit you. This is the newest place in town for supplements! and I must say, they didn't disappoint. I went in there today just to check them out, and got schooled on a whole bunch of knowledge of when to take certain supplements, and why I should take them, and the difference between products and on and on. They don't carry any of their own house brand products (like everyother supplement store in this town), they carry all your big name brands but also some things I never even heard about that seem pretty legit. And best of all, they beat every single competitors price, whether it's from another store in town or across America, or from an on-line site. I must admit, their prices were pretty imressive. I ended up getting one of their somoothies and man, that was the icing on the cake. I found my new all in one supplement shop!!! read more
