Good selection, easy in and out purchasing, but I feel like they are on the pricier side.

Just left main stage dispensary I've always had a good experience here except for the past two weeks. I recommend do not buy any cartridges from this place. They won't return or exchange any malfunction vapes you could show them in their face and they will come up with an excuse why not to return it if you're spending $70 on a cartridge and it's not working correctly and they don't want to exchange it for one that's working. I'm OK off this place and the manager during the day seems like he has no empathy for people they just want the money. read more

I had a great experience visiting MainStage Dispensary for the first time! Since it was my first visit, I got 20% off my purchase, which is an incredible value, and everyone who was working were very friendly and helpful. I'm still pretty new to edibles and really appreciate all the support that was given in listening to what I was looking for and then giving different recommendations. The selection here is by far the best (in comparison to a few other dispensaries in the same area) and I'll definitely be back in the future! read more

Cannabis has come a LONG way since the Prop 215 days. The ease of access to the shop, conveniently located on Broadway near 99/50 interchange makes it really great to visit. Selection is vast & it's easy to get lost in the menu. No less than 30+ different strains of flower, about 2 dozen types of edibles & a ton of vape pens. Customer service is pretty consistent no matter who is helping you. The older staff are very informative & you also can ask about previous orders to see if they have that fave item again. Pricing. (Sad face) the taxes are insane. I get it. We need to tax it for the reality of making it legitimate. But holy cow. None of their sticker prices include tax. Sticker shock is real if you're not prepared for it. Some shops include tax, some add it at the transaction point. Overall it's a solid 4/5, been coming since before Covid & glad to see they are still standing. read more

The hours state open until 9, accepted order and payment online, arrive at 5:45pm and it's shuttered. Check their website, google, social media nothing states "closing early" not even a notice in the door. Good luck to everyone else showing up tonight, take your business elsewhere. 12/15. read more

Lines move quickly when busy. Avoid busy hours. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and really friendly ...and they aren't even stoned. What I find really special is their daily specials. They have specials daily. Web page for ordering is pretty good a d avoid the lines when busy. The competitively priced. And their daily specials are really good deals. As good if not better than anyone else in Sacramento County. And I ain't blowing smoke when I say that. read more

This place is the SPOT. Not only are they here to really help their customers/patients needs but their pockets too. So many awesome promos and deals. Huge selection of things to choose from from flower, carts, edibles. I always feel at home here. Lots of awesome bud-tenders but got to give props to my guy James for always knowing/remembering what I like and my budget. For always being patient with my indecisiveness or 100 questions. 10/10 would recommend and will forever be a returning customer. read more

One of my favorite spots. There's sometimes a bit of a wait but they never make you feel rushed and the vibe is super chill. Also a great selection and decent pricing. read more

So I've already wrote a review for this spot years ago, unfortunately today is the day I'll no longer go to MainStage. After reaching out to their GM as my messages online weren't being replied, I feel a bit compelled to share my experience as this can happen to anyone with their new website. Purchase a BOGO deal from them on Wednesday (3/26) online. Total online came out to roughly 50 bucks. Go to pick it up and I'm suddenly being charged 110. I asked the budtender why and she says it's a B2G1 which wasn't on their website for this deal. I think I might have messed up, complete the purchase and go home to verify; yes the website says BOGO. Reach out online the same day with no response. Today (3/31) I reached out via phone to see what's up. After being placed on hold for a decent amount of time and re-explaining the issue, their GM told me I did get the right deal, that their new website is "super confusing to customers" and admits the true details of the order were somewhat buried for all to miss. I wasn't expecting a refund or anything like that, just the acknowledgement they dropped the ball and offer something as compensation. I've already changed my mind once after a rude interaction with a cashier but this sadly closes the book on MainStage for me. Please make sure to ready EVERYTHING that's available online to make sure you're getting the correct deal you paid for. read more

Nice bud tenders. Great variety of goodies. Especially CBN CBd products. For the most part ask and you shall receive.

Just visited Mainstage, Unbelievable variety of great products. The tenders take care of you and pay close attention as well as making sure their customers get what they need. I didn't feel rushed, they opened as many jars as needed and they were very patient. We need more tenders like Robert. Overall great experience and I will definitely be going back again. Thanks Robert! Thanks MainStage! read more

One of my main spots. Love coming here but today I had an extremely negative experience. There was one specific gentleman on the security team who harassed me and was completely rude. I made a complaint with the GM whose name is India. I will definitely be following up and letting them know that they have someone who is a cancer sitting at the front door. They would not give me out his name, which is not a worry! But boy, does that dude need some customer service training, so much anger attached to his character. Pray he finds peace in his troubled mind read more

Quality products but a couple of the budtenders could benefit from some customer service training....

I bought 2 of their in house rosin carts for 50$ each. Both of them duds, low voltage and light hits, nothing. Gives off a burnt taste after awhile as a sign that they don't work. Pretty garbage. Running at about 50$ each you would expect a little bit more from them. Disappointed and will stick to the better neighborhood dispensary. PERFECT UNION!! read more

Very friendly staff, they make you feel like you're family even with the first visit. Very affordable, they have weekly deals along with happy hour. This place is laid back. Come early because the lines could be crazy. The bud tenders recommends a plethora of selections. Including local bud. There's nothing like supporting the locals!!! They have merch on sale. Don't forget to tell em it's your first visit to get a first timer deal. Will definitely come back. Might buy me a clone or two. The vibe here is something else. The music is on point, had me stunting to some big tymers; "I got a quarter tank of gasssss, innnn my new e classssss but that's alrightttttt cause imma riiiiiiidee!!" The display cases are all lite and functional. I love seeing all walks of life come here. We had some older folks, mid 60s to early 70s getting their groove on!! read more

They always have a variety of stuff and customer service is really good! I order online because they can get pretty busy. Unlike other places if you order online there's a separate like for pick up which I really appreciate! read more

I stopped by Mainstage while in Sacramento for a festival, and I could not have left with a better impression and experience! I came in as someone new to cannabis looking for guidance, but I left feeling completely taken advantage of. The music was obnoxiously loud, making it hard to even have a conversation. They sold me a cartridge and battery that were incompatible, didn't work at all. When I asked for an exchange or return, they flat-out refused and only offered a 25% discount -- not nearly enough to make it right. Refused to contact any higher ups. I came in logically, sure don't refund the cart but exchange the battery at least, give me a significant discount if I have to purchase something compatible. Nope. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for honest service or support. I now have a useless $30 battery. I will be exploring other options to make this right. read more

High moral employees, not to imply they might be stoned. They know their products. The business has excellent specials at fantastic deals. And of all the dispensaries I've been to I consider them the best quality with the best prices and the best staff. read more

Inside the store is cool, and the employees are cool, though beware there is an overweight Rent-A-Cop that likes to pretend he owns the area, it is funny seeing a old man think he is a tough guy, but he might provide you with a little bit of an annoyance if he feels he is not obeyed even if you are not a customer. He is a typical easy guy to walk over but still an annoyance. I am certain he has driven some business away. read more

I found that I could explain what I used cannabis products for, like my Anxiety attacks or just my inability to sleep and the products were recommended that would aid with controlling the symptoms. As a person new to the area this was very helpful. read more

Went there this afternoon around 4:30. Scanned in and told to wait in the outer lobby. About 10 minutes go by and im told to go in. Inside the store there are 12 people ahead of me but ONLY 1 MAN WORKING THE COUNTER. Im tired of this business treating customers like crap, like we can all hang out for an hour to be waited on. While 13 of us wait, one woman fusses with flyers being inserted in plastic sleeves, another guy is serving on-line pickups. They never have enough people actually serving customers. This place now SUCKS and i left after 25 minutes of no movement and went to Kona at 5th & Broadway and was out in 5 minutes. There were another 4 to 6 people waiting on the sidewalk, just to get to scanning lobby. NO THANKS. read more

Great selection and priced friendly for all folks I like the friendly baristas also thanks again guys

I highly suggest you come here. They are so friendly and so fair priced. I will be coming back soon!

I have been coming to MainStage for years and have recommended many people to this place. I will not be back! "Shawn" was rude and switched out the gummies I had asked for at check out. He switched my gummies to something I did not choose and then proceeded to tell me I'm confused! I know what I picked is this because I'm a woman??? I tried to complain and was told there was no management to complain too! What kind of shady place is this?? I do not recommend going here! U pick something u want they have it but switch it out for something else at check out?? I will definitely let the folks know who I told to come here not to! Awful customer service! Made me feel very uncomfortable! I will be taking my business to Delta Health And Wellness.. way better experience there! 1 Star cuz I had too but really NO Stars! read more
