Perfect Union is hands down my favorite dispensary. I had only ever been to the downtown location and had no idea this bigger one even existed. When I was out with my guy getting ready to head to the usual spot, he stopped me and said no, let me show you the other one. He mentioned it was two or three times bigger, and he was not exaggerating. It is tucked back in an industrial area with a big lot and plenty of parking. The entire exterior is covered in gorgeous "flower" murals, and I was impressed before I even walked inside. At the door, the security guard was checking IDs and he was genuinely friendly. He asked if it was my first time there, and when I told him it was, he told me to make sure I mentioned it at the counter for a little first time treat. That alone set a great tone. They do not allow photos inside, so phone went away. Walking in was almost overwhelming in the best way possible. So many brands, so many options, and a ton of good sales going on. I definitely needed more time to browse than I had, but I was on a bit of a time crunch. I ended up grabbing a couple new bags of gummies and a THC beverage. When I got to the counter, I told them it was my first visit just like the security guard suggested. The person helping me lit up, welcomed me warmly, and offered me several different complimentary options to choose from. I ended up going with gummies. It was such a nice little surprise and made the whole experience feel thoughtful and welcoming. I have since tried the products and everything tasted great and worked exactly how I wanted it to. Both locations have earned my loyalty at this point. Perfect Union is officially my go to spot. read more

I had never been to a dispensary quite like this one before. Usually places have things behind glass or a counter and you have to interact with someone to see an item. Here everything is out for a self serve type of shopping. Being able to look at all the products up close at my own pace is great! I'm Deaf so being able to do this is faster than trying to type out a conversation. One of the tenders here knows some sign! Which is a bonus for me. Great service. read more

Both perfect union locations North and South have been my go to for I don't know how long, lately they've been false advertising and then covering it up saying the product is not flower it's shake. Obviously in the picture it shows 14g smalls, FLOWER. This happened at the one in the south last week and then at the North location today. Not good. Returned the next day to get one that works and was told because I didn't have the receipt from the night before, manager said no. They have everything I've ever purchased on their computer system. Due to my liver being at elevated levels over the past couple of years, I have considerably toned down my alcohol consumption. Therefore, my new alternative is edible food & beverages. This takes me none other to "Perfect-Union", one of Sacramento's most popular cannabis dispensaries where you can legally purchase all things cannabis to suit your needs. Located on El Camino Ave and just a few blocks west of Business 80 in Sacramento, this place has been rolling out (no pun intended) THC products dating back to 2011. They do have other locations to serve you including a 2nd spot in Sacramento, as well as Turlock, Napa, Marysville, Morro Bay, Shasta Lake, and of course the small town of Weed. Hours at the Sacramento-El Camino location are 7 days a week from 9am-9pm. Parking is generous as this lot to accommodate at least 50 vehicles which is more than enough even for the most busiest days. Upon entry, you will be greeted by security who will scan your drivers license/ID card. When it is your turn, they will let you know and buzz you inside. As far as the service goes, it can be either great or just average depending on how busy this place is. Since I specifically come for edible products (cookies, gummies, and drinks), I generally have a good idea of what I am looking for. During my most recent visit, I purchased a bag (10-count) of "Big Pete's" sativa chocolate chip mini cookies (for around $17). And at 10mg of THC per cookie, one is enough to experience that high, euphoric effect. Another product I recommend is their "Uncle Arnie's" Iced Tea Lemonade. This is available in an 8 oz. bottle and has a total of 100mg of THC. So depending on how high of a feeling you wish to experience, your mileage may vary. All in all, the prices here are fairly reasonable and slightly better than some of the main competition (including nearby "1841" and "The Sanctuary"). That is why it is best to do your research. Keep in mind that Perfect-Union also offers several promotions on specific days as well as online coupons that you can take advantage with. With that said and done, I am giving the El Camino "Perfect-Union" an above average four stars. read more

I have lost a lot of respect for this store. I have been coming to this store for a long time. I try to make the Saturday sells for half pipe. Each time I come I get the clearance of 20$ and have used the 50% sell. I never have had an issue. Each time I take my elder disabled mom, I am told she can not use senior discount due to can't stack senior discount with 50% off sell. Today I go in and get the clearance item and the lady charges me full price. I asked about the sell and she said no they don't use 50% off on clearance. I asked what about all this time I been doing it and she acted like I was crazy. Another worker came and said they had a small discrepancy when it allowed it....a discrepancy for almost a year. This store can't keep there policies straight and I don't like being treated like I am crazy because your business can't keep there stuff straight. It would of been better if the lady explained to me why it changed instead of saying they have always been this way, when I know for fact they have allowed this for a long time. If they are going to charge me this much on discount day then I can just go to koalas and get there 20$ ounce shake next to my house. Best prices in town. Friendliest staff. Lowest wait times. Huge selection When I saw the parking lot filled with people on a Friday evening after work, I got very worried that I was going to be waiting forever. However, I didn't wait at all. I was helped so fast, all the budtenders are very friendly. I didn't even wait one minute. Not only that but it's the same as shopping at a CVS, you can just pick up what you like and bring it to the register. I love having that freedom. It's a total game changer. Not to mention they're the only dispensary that accepts both debit and credit, and Apple Pay as well for both. That's very rare to find. I was given the first time special and I got a free item, everyone loves that. Overall, I could not have asked for a better dispensary experience. PS the prices are insanely great. I like perfect union because they have a couple of stores first of all. They have lots of variety whether I'm buying flour , edibles, clones, or anything else. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED HERE (70 dollars extra) AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. It's been 3 weeks since one of their employees double charged me (ran my card twice) and while it was a mistake (which of course I understand happens), they weren't able to correct it and handled it poorly. None of their employees or managers got me my money back, no one compensated me for wasting my time or even bothered to call me to follow up to let me know what was going on. I was the one that had to go in person twice and keep calling to hear anything from them. 3 weeks is unacceptable for a refund. Period. 70 dollars extra charge in this economy is not okay. Rudest staff ever!!! I just moved back to NorCal after 1.5 years away and went back to PU north side. This is the only dispensary I went to before moving. I went back this weekend and had the worst experience! My express order was wrong and I live close to 20 miles away- I had to drive back to correct my order and I'm sorry- the manager was an A hole. The kid who helped me at the window was very sweet and respectful. But the manager, some 5 foot tall guy in glasses (I can only describe him bc I didn't get his name), was so rude! I tried to ask a ? But was cut off with some BS response before I could even get my question out. I have been a customer for years. Used to be good but as of the past couple of years steadily declining. The website SUCKS!! good luck getting what you want. I can NEVER get ahold of anything good in decent quantity. An abundance of eighths so they can make more money. Quarters are hardly ever available in anything good. Week after week I wait for my favorite strains that appear available on your website just to spend the day waiting to find out that it actually isn't available.. always locked as "preparing" my order when really you're not. The other Perfect Union locations do not act this way only the Northside. I HATE this location, it truly sucks and they don't care in the least about you as a customer and it really shows. Shout out Hunter & Michael who helped me in store on 1/7/2025! I was a first-time customer here this day and they provided their expertise on some concentrates among other things. They were both super personable and down to earth. What I love about this spot is the vibe inside; you grab a shopping basket like you're at the grocery store, and everything is out on the floor for you! You can pick the goods up, enjoy the packaging, shop around at ease. Express pickup is a joke at best. If you use the service most times they won't fulfill your order or it takes several hours. I've had to walk in and grab my own stuff which defeats the purpose of express order. Every other order either they can't find it, don't fulfill it, or just take several hours before they get it done. We used to love this dispensary (on El Camino) but over the last year the quality of service has seriously declined. The music is frequently so loud you can barely hear the bud tender. Loyalty points have disappeared without explanation. Online orders aren't there even when you have the email/text confirming it. The web page frequently has errors although that seems to be improving. The staff often spend so much time conversing that the lines get excessively backed up. In contrast the dispensary on Stockton Blvd is cleaner, quieter, nicer, and we have never had an error in an order. Unfortunately it is much further away so we are now searching for a viable alternative to Perfect Union. read more
