They took care of the issue that I had the last visit and were super nice about it! 5 stars!

Perfect Union is hands down my favorite dispensary. I had only ever been to the downtown location and had no idea this bigger one even existed. When I was out with my guy getting ready to head to the usual spot, he stopped me and said no, let me show you the other one. He mentioned it was two or three times bigger, and he was not exaggerating. It is tucked back in an industrial area with a big lot and plenty of parking. The entire exterior is covered in gorgeous "flower" murals, and I was impressed before I even walked inside. At the door, the security guard was checking IDs and he was genuinely friendly. He asked if it was my first time there, and when I told him it was, he told me to make sure I mentioned it at the counter for a little first time treat. That alone set a great tone. They do not allow photos inside, so phone went away. Walking in was almost overwhelming in the best way possible. So many brands, so many options, and a ton of good sales going on. I definitely needed more time to browse than I had, but I was on a bit of a time crunch. I ended up grabbing a couple new bags of gummies and a THC beverage. When I got to the counter, I told them it was my first visit just like the security guard suggested. The person helping me lit up, welcomed me warmly, and offered me several different complimentary options to choose from. I ended up going with gummies. It was such a nice little surprise and made the whole experience feel thoughtful and welcoming. I have since tried the products and everything tasted great and worked exactly how I wanted it to. Both locations have earned my loyalty at this point. Perfect Union is officially my go to spot. read more

If You're Going to Take Millions From Your Customers, You Can't Even Provide a Bathroom? I went to Perfect Union on El Camino in Sacramento. It's a massive operation in a huge industrial building with a large parking lot--and there is no bathroom for customers. I'm 68 and a brittle diabetic. One of the realities of my condition is that I sometimes have to urinate suddenly and urgently. Perfect Union is about 30 minutes from my home, farther than several other dispensaries, but I've been a regular customer there, spending roughly $40-$60 every three or four days. When I arrived this time, I suddenly had to go. There was nowhere to use a bathroom, and there probably isn't a public bathroom for blocks around this place. I was literally in danger of peeing my pants. There was an employee in the parking lot, but I didn't approach him. I ultimately had to deal with the situation myself. What really bothers me is that I went inside, made my purchase, and spent my money. Then a tall, nerdy-looking employee with long hair told me they were flagging my account. I told him I was diabetic. He didn't seem to believe me or care. At that point, I told him to just delete my account. Think about that for a minute. This is one of the largest dispensaries in California. You have a massive building and a huge parking lot, and you're taking millions of dollars from customers, but apparently providing a basic bathroom isn't part of the business model. Do you think your customers are homeless? There are a lot of us with medical conditions--including people with diabetes--who may have legitimate, urgent bathroom needs. I belong to several groups and organizations for people dealing with brittle diabetes, and this is an issue I hear about from others as well. We come to dispensaries to spend our money on products we believe can contribute to our health and well-being. We shouldn't have to worry about humiliating ourselves in a parking lot because a massive retail operation can't provide somewhere for a customer to use a bathroom. And here's the irony: I've already been looking for a dispensary closer to my home. It will save me gas, time, and the anxiety of wondering whether I'm going to make it through the trip without an accident. I'll be spending my money somewhere else. Perfect Union has every right to run its business however it chooses. I have every right to decide where I spend mine. I'll be paying attention to which dispensaries actually care about all their customers--and which ones don't. Just being nice at the point of sale is not full service. read more

Spoke with staff on the products I bought here after brought it back. It had formed molds.

I had never been to a dispensary quite like this one before. Usually places have things behind glass or a counter and you have to interact with someone to see an item. Here everything is out for a self serve type of shopping. Being able to look at all the products up close at my own pace is great! I'm Deaf so being able to do this is faster than trying to type out a conversation. One of the tenders here knows some sign! Which is a bonus for me. Great service. read more

This used to be me and my boyfriends go to spot we used to go so often cause they have great deals and the employees are so sweet and friendly to us everytime , we ended up moving so we don't go anymore, we paid them a visit recently after traveling pretty far just to visit , we got what we needed and on the way out the security guard falsely accused us of taking something saying can we empty are pockets cause the beeper had went off saying we basically stole something, he lied nothing went off he did not find anything after him checking our bag, so I'm not feeling that we are always nice to those security guards especially the staff so we will not be returning there cause we do not steal never will , we like to spend our hard earned money but to be falsely accused is so unprofessional and just wrong and on top of that they had us leave our bag in the front every-time so why would we steal just not cool dude read more

Both perfect union locations North and South have been my go to for I don't know how long, lately they've been false advertising and then covering it up saying the product is not flower it's shake. Obviously in the picture it shows 14g smalls, FLOWER. This happened at the one in the south last week and then at the North location today. Not good. False advertising or the workers are just trying to keep them for themselves. Time to start going to another cannabis club when things like this go on. read more

We just left there after a really bad experience. We bought serveral items and when we paid for them the budtender, Sidney, closed the bag and handed it to us. It was short one item, I called and they said there was nothing they could do, that Sidney ran out to caught us. That is BS, we saw him and he went out to smoke! He never said a word to us. This woman had the never to tell me, ..."next time, check your bag." Good point, but they close the bag! AND THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME!!! :-) read more

I purchased several things as I always do. Purchased a battery for my vape pen and it doesn't work. Returned the next day to get one that works and was told because I didn't have the receipt from the night before, manager said no. They have everything I've ever purchased on their computer system. She said no by saying "final answer!" Very unprofessional and ridiculous! I don't know about other people, but that's just plain wrong!!!! read more

Bad experience with female manager. Talking with attitude when we were having issues with their new self checkout that they don't know how to work themselves. Treating us as if we were trying to steal items when they were already paid for. read more

Due to my liver being at elevated levels over the past couple of years, I have considerably toned down my alcohol consumption. Therefore, my new alternative is edible food & beverages. This takes me none other to "Perfect-Union", one of Sacramento's most popular cannabis dispensaries where you can legally purchase all things cannabis to suit your needs. Located on El Camino Ave and just a few blocks west of Business 80 in Sacramento, this place has been rolling out (no pun intended) THC products dating back to 2011. They do have other locations to serve you including a 2nd spot in Sacramento, as well as Turlock, Napa, Marysville, Morro Bay, Shasta Lake, and of course the small town of Weed. Hours at the Sacramento-El Camino location are 7 days a week from 9am-9pm. Parking is generous as this lot to accommodate at least 50 vehicles which is more than enough even for the most busiest days. Upon entry, you will be greeted by security who will scan your drivers license/ID card. When it is your turn, they will let you know and buzz you inside. As far as the service goes, it can be either great or just average depending on how busy this place is. Since I specifically come for edible products (cookies, gummies, and drinks), I generally have a good idea of what I am looking for. During my most recent visit, I purchased a bag (10-count) of "Big Pete's" sativa chocolate chip mini cookies (for around $17). And at 10mg of THC per cookie, one is enough to experience that high, euphoric effect. Another product I recommend is their "Uncle Arnie's" Iced Tea Lemonade. This is available in an 8 oz. bottle and has a total of 100mg of THC. So depending on how high of a feeling you wish to experience, your mileage may vary. All in all, the prices here are fairly reasonable and slightly better than some of the main competition (including nearby "1841" and "The Sanctuary"). That is why it is best to do your research. Keep in mind that Perfect-Union also offers several promotions on specific days as well as online coupons that you can take advantage with. With that said and done, I am giving the El Camino "Perfect-Union" an above average four stars. read more

Been here a couple times after seeing it on maps bout a month ago. The selection is huge compared to 1841 down the street and I really enjoy the shopping experience. The workers have been very friendly! read more

I had dealt with a fraud issue on my card about a month ago, and had no reason to assume it affected my shopping experience here. I went in two days ago and dealt with the rudest woman imaginable when she told me my account was blocked and it was because I had tried to get my money back from them. I was obviously confused and asked to talk to somebody, so she disappears in the back for over 5 minutes and just comes out with a sticky note and tells me I can't speak to a manager. Long story short, my fiance has to come to use his account to fix the issue and of course she was just as rude to him. Rylee. That was her name. I called the number written on the post it note and went through the horrible online customer service as well to try and get this dealt with only to wait two days before getting a call from the store manager, who felt it was appropriate to mansplain to me how chargebacks work and accuse me of AGAIN trying to get money back from whatever I bought last time. Once I was able to get a word in and explain the situation with fraud and how 3 of my cards were stolen from me, he finally acted like I wasn't a suspect and tried to be the nice guy. Called me just to say they could "unblock me account, but first needed to chat with me". Honestly such horrible service from start to finish I doubt I will be coming back here. 30% off some bullshit isn't worth the headache they'll give you. read more

I love being able to walk in and look at what I want, and take it up to the counter. No having to wait for a person to come explain anything to me, just exactly what I need and no pressure to spend more. Great selection, always has a deal, super fast line. read more

Always a pleasant experience when coming to Perfect Union in Sac. Great staff, knowledgeable and super friendly. I would give 5 starts but they are always out of my favorite brand. Other than that, they know what they are doing and do it with a friendly smile and attitude. Kaylen knows what's up, if you aren't sure, ask for him, he can hook you up with what you need or are looking for. read more

I just don't understand how people can work in the marijuana industry & know nothing about the products they sell or the process. Perfect union unfortunately is another seemingly big pharma dispo with no care to the products they sell or the representatives they hire. Would not spend a dime here, super overpriced, uninformed, & blatantly selling brands with known defects & safety hazards. If you care about what you eat, you should care about your smoke in the same light. read more

I really cant stand this place. They screw up your order, then cant return or exchange it. I literally walked outside and came right back in. They gave me wax instead of a cart. On top of that. The flower is mid, extracts are terp sprayed. This shop is can. read more

I have lost a lot of respect for this store. I have been coming to this store for a long time. I try to make the Saturday sells for half pipe. Each time I come I get the clearance of 20$ and have used the 50% sell. I never have had an issue. Each time I take my elder disabled mom, I am told she can not use senior discount due to can't stack senior discount with 50% off sell. Today I go in and get the clearance item and the lady charges me full price. I asked about the sell and she said no they don't use 50% off on clearance. I asked what about all this time I been doing it and she acted like I was crazy. Another worker came and said they had a small discrepancy when it allowed it....a discrepancy for almost a year. This store can't keep there policies straight and I don't like being treated like I am crazy because your business can't keep there stuff straight. It would of been better if the lady explained to me why it changed instead of saying they have always been this way, when I know for fact they have allowed this for a long time. If they are going to charge me this much on discount day then I can just go to koalas and get there 20$ ounce shake next to my house. I only drove across town for sell and if no sell them no need to go. read more

Best prices in town. Friendliest staff. Lowest wait times. Huge selection When I saw the parking lot filled with people on a Friday evening after work, I got very worried that I was going to be waiting forever. However, I didn't wait at all. I was helped so fast, all the budtenders are very friendly. I didn't even wait one minute. Not only that but it's the same as shopping at a CVS, you can just pick up what you like and bring it to the register. I love having that freedom. It's a total game changer. Not to mention they're the only dispensary that accepts both debit and credit, and Apple Pay as well for both. That's very rare to find. I was given the first time special and I got a free item, everyone loves that. Overall, I could not have asked for a better dispensary experience. PS the prices are insanely great. It wasn't until I went to this dispensary that I realized all the other dispensaries are super overpriced. Here, a Perfect Union, they had packs of seven pre-rolls for five dollars, and other amazing deals. Thank you so much! I'll be back soon! -Tianna read more

I like perfect union because they have a couple of stores first of all. They have lots of variety whether I'm buying flour , edibles, clones, or anything else. They have great high THC flower for very cheap prices. And a lot to pick from. The staff is very courteous and helpful. There's usually someone wandering around to answer questions. read more

disappointing experience on top of dissatisfaction. Poorly handled customer service and management.

I loved this place!!! My new favorite dispensary. All the staff were so friendly. Down to the security guards, and cashiers. I love that it's a "grocery store" type vibe. They give you a basket and you're able to walk around and look at everything and take your time. So many options, cheaper to high end brands. And every day they have different sales on different products. Couldn't recommend them more honestly. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED HERE (70 dollars extra) AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. It's been 3 weeks since one of their employees double charged me (ran my card twice) and while it was a mistake (which of course I understand happens), they weren't able to correct it and handled it poorly. None of their employees or managers got me my money back, no one compensated me for wasting my time or even bothered to call me to follow up to let me know what was going on. I was the one that had to go in person twice and keep calling to hear anything from them. 3 weeks is unacceptable for a refund. Period. 70 dollars extra charge in this economy is not okay. Very disappointing since I am new to the area and was looking for a new shop. Definitely not going back and currently open to new recommendations for other shops. read more

I have been a customer for years. Used to be good but as of the past couple of years steadily declining. The website SUCKS!! good luck getting what you want. I can NEVER get ahold of anything good in decent quantity. An abundance of eighths so they can make more money. Quarters are hardly ever available in anything good. Week after week I wait for my favorite strains that appear available on your website just to spend the day waiting to find out that it actually isn't available.. always locked as "preparing" my order when really you're not. The other Perfect Union locations do not act this way only the Northside. I HATE this location, it truly sucks and they don't care in the least about you as a customer and it really shows. No one will reach out to me about this review because they do not care.. as long as they get their money that's all that matters. Fix your website and hire people who represent you as a company that actually cares about their customers... read more

Rudest staff ever!!! I just moved back to NorCal after 1.5 years away and went back to PU north side. This is the only dispensary I went to before moving. I went back this weekend and had the worst experience! My express order was wrong and I live close to 20 miles away- I had to drive back to correct my order and I'm sorry- the manager was an A hole. The kid who helped me at the window was very sweet and respectful. But the manager, some 5 foot tall guy in glasses (I can only describe him bc I didn't get his name), was so rude! I tried to ask a ? But was cut off with some BS response before I could even get my question out. Shout out Hunter & Michael who helped me in store on 1/7/2025! I was a first-time customer here this day and they provided their expertise on some concentrates among other things. They were both super personable and down to earth. What I love about this spot is the vibe inside; you grab a shopping basket like you're at the grocery store, and everything is out on the floor for you! You can pick the goods up, enjoy the packaging, shop around at ease. I hate those dispensaries where the rules inside make me feel like I'm doing something wrong (no cell phones, don't touch the item, squinting on the high up racks, etc.) I work in the area now and usually re-up weekly so I'll be back unless something changes! read more

Express pickup is a joke at best. If you use the service most times they won't fulfill your order or it takes several hours. I've had to walk in and grab my own stuff which defeats the purpose of express order. Every other order either they can't find it, don't fulfill it, or just take several hours before they get it done. Every once in a while they get it don't seemlessly which in all honesty throws you off. I've finally stopped using the, and am actively seeking another local dispensary. read more
