This used to be my go-to dispensary because they had great selections and was close to my job. I stopped going there back in June, because their inventory was extremely low nearly every time I went. They would always tell me they would be fully stocked the next week. I would come back a week later to nearly empty display cases again and given the same story, and to come back a week later. After about three more visits and purchasing some low priced, low quality flower (which was all they had) I decided that had enough of this place and never went back for about four months. Well, today I decided to go back to see what they had on hand and was sadly disappointed. The pre-roll display case was completely empty! The two display cases that had flower, only had about six or seven $22 eighths for sale. Again I was assured to try back in about a week because they were going through some kind of transition? Whatever. I bought one of the $22 eighths because I was there and just wanted to get something. Anyway,I got home opened the package and was disappointed to find four of five decent sized nuggets, but they were hard as a rock. Just disgraceful. I was a loyal customer but after my experience last night I will NEVER return. A manager sold me a cart that I never bought before. I even informed him that I never tried it. I later found out that the cart is only compatible with a certain battery. When I called the store to try to get help, the only solution they offered me was to pay more money. Theres parking and no long wait to get inside after checking in at front desk. Have your state ID ready upon arrival. Highly recommend buying from here. They take cash and charge a small $1-2 fee for debit and credit cards. Definitely will be coming back here often. I don't usually give bad reviews. I was looking for a cannabis place around the area before heading up to Tahoe and wanted to try this place out. First of all, the parking is pretty small to this area, had to wait for someone to leave because i did not want to block anyone's way or park on the street. Second of all, I checked in at the front, waited and when got called in, I was browsing around and the worker DALENA approached me and I started to ask questions. She gave off a pretty annoyed vibe after a couple seconds of talking to her. I just wanted to know the products before spending money here since cannabis products are not cheap. Dalena continued on to cut me off and bluntly answering my questions. I was going to buy more but just ended up getting one cannister and 1 thing of pre rolls. NEVER stopping by here on my way up north. I'd rather go to other cannabis dispensaries nearby! Dalena, you need to speak politely and have more patience. I go to to this place all the time. Iunderstand you need to have your driver license ready. I got it out before I got out of my car. I notice the security gauard jump up and got in front of the door. I open the the door and he got right in my face . I held up my license as I walking in . He says he need to see it. I had in front of his face. I went to walk by him and he blocks me. This is not the way to treat people. In my opion he is over steping his authority and made me feel like I was some type low life who would come there with a expired licence. This dispensary is my go to. They have friendly staff that don't stare you down pressuring you to pick something quickly like some other places. I usually come in with an idea of what I'd like, but they give really good recommendations too. It's bit pricey, but I won't complain about that. I'm never disappointed with the flower, but I'm sure some would be if you purchase the cheaper flower like yadda yadda. That's on you. The 4/5 stars is because I once went to this location at like 9:45 & they didn't let me in. I go there like twice a week during the day usually , so that was bit of a disappointment. Overall great dispensary, staff, and quality bud. Will definitely keep coming back & recommend to others. read more

Customer service is not it. It was my first time coming in so I didn't know what the deal was. There was no line and the workers were just talking to each other. After a few minutes one worker decided to walk over to me and "help" me but the lady just wasn't much help and didn't know anything about the products. Okay first off, I usually steer far from dispensaries to get my weed. I have just had a bad time with customer service, prices, and lack of info on stuff I purchase. This all changed when I came to lemonade for the first time. I pull up to Lemonade's location in Arden. It was my first time there and it was easy to find. There was ample parking so I did not need to wait for a spot. I was greeted by the security guard outside. He was very pleasant and told me what do to when I entered the building. I was taken back by his friendliness since I usually get the opposite treatment at the previous places I have gone. When I finally get inside the main room I was greeted by my budtender, Chris. Chris was super helpful and kind, showing me what was in my price range and did not make me feel bad about only spending 20 bucks. He was very attentive to my needs and I did not have to repeat myself about what I was there for. After picking out my selection, he walked me to the counter and said "it was great helping you out today". Needless to say, I left Lemonade with a huge smile on my face and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks, Lemonade! And thanks, Chris for making my experience memorable. read more

2 things: NEVER BUY YADA-YADA PRODUCTS. The pre-ground apricot haze half ounce I spent 38 bucks on is by far the worst product I have ever purchased through a dispensary... understand I know I'm in the cheap seats. I just can't tell if they swept it up off the floor or not before they gave it to me and it tastes like the bottom of a rabbit cage... Don't get me wrong I'm the stupid one here but it's never ever ever ever going to happen again! I am warning the world to just put the lighter to your money AND SMOKE IT! and don't even waste the time to pick this stuff up. I'm going to be honest I am just pissed off disappointed but I digress. #2: DON"T EVER WALK UP TO ME WITH AN ELECTRONIC PAD. You need to say hello first and not just ask me my name. Maybe ask if I want to do an elbow bump to say hi versus a handshake. The first thing going through my head is "I can barely damn afford this to begin with and you look like you want to twist more sales out of me or just get me 'In and out'... I am a professional chef I know exactly what owners want when it comes to turning over tables getting the money and getting them in and out while upselling the hell out of it. Take that business model somewhere else! Next time I'm just going to ignore him and walk up to the counter because that's where I do business. My last review for cookies and lemonade totally blew up the outstanding customer service but the last time I came in the gal behind the counter just felt like a total tweaker to me and when I stepped in I felt like I was in Ghettoville. And understand now it has nothing to do with anyone's race it has to do with the Hustle Mentality which needs to not be present in a building that makes cash money hand over fist as the workers sweat and toil to hand out a half gram to half ounce at a time. Show this to your dick manager and your dick head biz owner because right now i think it might be time for me to take it back over to Kolas Main and pay a few more bucks. But I want to stress it's my fault for checking out the cheap seats. You want economical and good tasting, effective stuff go with Eighth Brothers is all I can say. If you smoke often you'll feel insulted at the mediocre selection; they try to sell cheap flower for premium and the quality youre used to getting anywhere else will range in the $40-50s per 1/8th, there is no in between. Kolas is my "go to" dispensary when in Sac area. Easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces. Good security, you get buzzed in by a guard. Simple process, have your ID and if they're busy you wait in the bullpen. Once in, the store space is very nice. I'm an edibles guy so got some gummies and a liquid infused beverage. The person you get paired with is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products. A great variety of cannabis products there too.
