Second time at this dispensary and I have no issues so far. Always satisfied with the customer service and clean location. Super friendly staff and good security. Theres parking and no long wait to get inside after checking in at front desk. Have your state ID ready upon arrival. Highly recommend buying from here. This Lemonnade store is owned by the Cookies brand and sell their own product, Cookies' product and many others. They also give first timers discount, almost half off your entire order. They take cash and charge a small $1-2 fee for debit and credit cards. Definitely will be coming back here often. pink haired girl sucks made me feel like I'm an inconvenience to her. shout out the girl who scans ID's though at least shes cool

This used to be my go-to dispensary because they had great selections and was close to my job. I stopped going there back in June, because their inventory was extremely low nearly every time I went. They would always tell me they would be fully stocked the next week. I would come back a week later to nearly empty display cases again and given the same story, and to come back a week later. After about three more visits and purchasing some low priced, low quality flower (which was all they had) I decided that had enough of this place and never went back for about four months. Well, today I decided to go back to see what they had on hand and was sadly disappointed. The pre-roll display case was completely empty! The two display cases that had flower, only had about six or seven $22 eighths for sale. Again I was assured to try back in about a week because they were going through some kind of transition? Whatever. I bought one of the $22 eighths because I was there and just wanted to get something. Anyway,I got home opened the package and was disappointed to find four of five decent sized nuggets, but they were hard as a rock. Just disgraceful. I'll be going elsewhere until this place gets its act together. read more

Worst customer service ever! Sold me a faulty a cartridge and refused to take it back or exchange it. I thought I was tripping until I see kola down the street has a policy for faulty returns. This is ridiculous! No wonder there is no customer there read more

Literally go here !!! Guy was so nice at the front and helped so much !! And they have good deals !!

Polite and quick. Very friendly staff and good selection. Didn't try to sell too many extra stuff.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They usually have great deals going so don't be afraid to ask what specials they are running.

I was a loyal customer but after my experience last night I will NEVER return. A manager sold me a cart that I never bought before. I even informed him that I never tried it. I later found out that the cart is only compatible with a certain battery. When I called the store to try to get help, the only solution they offered me was to pay more money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

I don't usually give bad reviews. I was looking for a cannabis place around the area before heading up to Tahoe and wanted to try this place out. First of all, the parking is pretty small to this area, had to wait for someone to leave because i did not want to block anyone's way or park on the street. Second of all, I checked in at the front, waited and when got called in, I was browsing around and the worker DALENA approached me and I started to ask questions. She gave off a pretty annoyed vibe after a couple seconds of talking to her. I just wanted to know the products before spending money here since cannabis products are not cheap. Dalena continued on to cut me off and bluntly answering my questions. I was going to buy more but just ended up getting one cannister and 1 thing of pre rolls. NEVER stopping by here on my way up north. I'd rather go to other cannabis dispensaries nearby! Dalena, you need to speak politely and have more patience. Some people just want to get more info before spending hundreds in products here!! read more

Great place to be. Stop in talk to some good people get some good product. Plenty of friendly people

Love all of the employees here, they are all so kind and they allow pets which is awesome because I take my dog everywhere!

I go to to this place all the time. Iunderstand you need to have your driver license ready. I got it out before I got out of my car. I notice the security gauard jump up and got in front of the door. I open the the door and he got right in my face . I held up my license as I walking in . He says he need to see it. I had in front of his face. I went to walk by him and he blocks me. This is not the way to treat people. In my opion he is over steping his authority and made me feel like I was some type low life who would come there with a expired licence. Ibeen coming here for a long time this was so uncomfortable and unnecessary. This guy needs to be train on how do his job read more

The employees are nice, however, the products are overpriced and not good quality. I don't recommend this place. 1421 and Delta are cheaper and you get a much better product. read more

Lucas helped me out today and made shopping super quick and easy. Friendly service. Will definitely come again!

This dispensary is my go to. They have friendly staff that don't stare you down pressuring you to pick something quickly like some other places. I usually come in with an idea of what I'd like, but they give really good recommendations too. It's bit pricey, but I won't complain about that. I'm never disappointed with the flower, but I'm sure some would be if you purchase the cheaper flower like yadda yadda. That's on you. The 4/5 stars is because I once went to this location at like 9:45 & they didn't let me in. I go there like twice a week during the day usually , so that was bit of a disappointment. Overall great dispensary, staff, and quality bud. Will definitely keep coming back & recommend to others. read more

Okay first off, I usually steer far from dispensaries to get my weed. I have just had a bad time with customer service, prices, and lack of info on stuff I purchase. This all changed when I came to lemonade for the first time. I pull up to Lemonade's location in Arden. It was my first time there and it was easy to find. There was ample parking so I did not need to wait for a spot. I was greeted by the security guard outside. He was very pleasant and told me what do to when I entered the building. I was taken back by his friendliness since I usually get the opposite treatment at the previous places I have gone. When I finally get inside the main room I was greeted by my budtender, Chris. Chris was super helpful and kind, showing me what was in my price range and did not make me feel bad about only spending 20 bucks. He was very attentive to my needs and I did not have to repeat myself about what I was there for. After picking out my selection, he walked me to the counter and said "it was great helping you out today". Needless to say, I left Lemonade with a huge smile on my face and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks, Lemonade! And thanks, Chris for making my experience memorable. read more

I just want to say the budtenders are so nice and helpful here!! Plus the shop always has really good deals. Highly recommend!

Customer service is not it. It was my first time coming in so I didn't know what the deal was. There was no line and the workers were just talking to each other. After a few minutes one worker decided to walk over to me and "help" me but the lady just wasn't much help and didn't know anything about the products. I left with nothing since the vibes were really off. Never coming back :) read more

Don't do it. They will sell you on a product that doesn't work and your stuck with it. Connected is where it's at!

All these five star reviews are customers doing it because they get a discount for the next time they purchased don't be fooled by it. I guarantee if you go to any other dispensary, their prices will be cheaper and they will have the exact same products. read more

Received the best service from Ira the other day. Extremely knowledgeable of all products. Kolas is my "go to" dispensary when in Sac area. Easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces. Good security, you get buzzed in by a guard. Simple process, have your ID and if they're busy you wait in the bullpen. Once in, the store space is very nice. I'm an edibles guy so got some gummies and a liquid infused beverage. The person you get paired with is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products. A great variety of cannabis products there too. I gotta try the granola stuff which sounded really good as well. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Sac area. read more

I'm writing this review for my father, a senior and veteran. He came here and received this dollar bill back as change. After asking for a new one he was told that was the very last dollar bill the cashier had and blew my elderly father off. I've now began accompanying him when he goes for his cannabis because I am not familiar with this industry and don't want him to be taken advantage of again. read more

This store as well as Kolas is all flare and no substance. If you smoke often you'll feel insulted at the mediocre selection; they try to sell cheap flower for premium and the quality youre used to getting anywhere else will range in the $40-50s per 1/8th, there is no in between. You will leave feeling like you overpaid for some trash flower or overpaid for some average flower. Eighth Brothers, Yada Yada, seriously? Get that stuff off the shelves if youre a premium outlet. They used to have great variety and options but have been consistently underwhelming for a couple of years. Connected or Stiiizy Davis 1000% read more

Got scammed here for the Christmas weekend Pre Ordered a promotional quarter But instead they put an eighth of that strain in the order . Called and the man in the front told me to come back and they will fix it . I did not open the packages . The lady with the short black hair and glasses , said to me "you paid for it right , so unfortunately the way we do things here I can't make any exchanges after you pay". They don't care if you didn't open the package . She also explained that it was their mistake , but she couldn't help me. Be careful ordering online from here . read more
