Today has been long. . . I've ordered from this place a few times and never had any issues. And even if I did I'm a pretty laid back person. Today my driver didn't give me change and because he was so sweet I didn't notice. Once I looked at my receipt I felt some thing was wrong. My order was $60 before tax, $73 after and I paid $84. As pers the debit policy I should've recieved $6 in cash. It being the new year I thought maybe I was wrong. I called and I was told that they no longer give back cash. Something told me to just double check the website and the website still has the change back policy. So I called back being as sweet as possible because I know this is an on the customer service agent. I was told oh no your receipt is wrong, maybe when it was printing, the number got cut off your total after taxes was $78. this is when I started to feel something was wrong so I told them my receipt and online says 73. I was been told that the website has a glitch and that it gave me the wrong price. I asked if this happens a lot for future orders, and I was told to hold on. an agent then came back and said it is the drivers fault. They didn't communicate properly and should have given you six dollars and change. I'm not writing the review because they gave me three different answers. I'm writing the review because they were extremely rude. I am a nice and sometimes timid person, and I felt so uncomfortable. The people were very quick and very short kinda like they weren't allowing me to speak, I kept getting OK OK OK goodbye have a good day. I didn't even say that many words or to complete any sentences without someone cutting me off, saying OK OK we're bringing your money. I wanted to know when because I was in the store and not home and very rudely. The person was like well. When will you be home? I let them know. I will be home in 15 minutes and once again got the rude. OK OK OK well we're not gonna even be there that quick thank you have a good day, I said I'm so sorry I just have a question. My question was is the website OK because I do order and I want to be able to order again. I was told yeah nothings wrong nothings wrong thank you. Have a good day I'm not sure if they were trying to keep the money or trying to not have to send the driver back out but even if I didn't get the money and they were nice about it, I wouldn't be upset. there was never is that all, can I help you with anything else, we apologize for the inconvenience and the different answers that you got. I usually have nothing but great things to say about Ohana. My last 2 experiences were very bad. On 4th of July I ordered chocolate cookies for the first time along with my regular items. I thought I would try something new. I opened the bag 2 days later to find that they were completely moldy. I sent a message immediately and they let me know they would send another bag out. I said ok and waited for my delivery. They did come within the 2 hour time and gave me a new bag, while taking the old bag. I opened the bag the next day only to find that bag was also moldy. This is the second time. Again I messaged them letting them know the situation. They asked me if I wanted something else instead. I asked if they had any cookies that were not moldy. Their response was " I am not sure. Most of the Big Pete's have been there for a few months". I was surprised they said this but asked if I can get another edible. Their response was, "you can get anything you want, I can just discount it down to the same amount". From this I understood that they would give me something else for the same price. I asked for flower and they asked me how I am going to pay. Confused I sent a ?. They stated for the remaining total. At this point I was frustrated at the customer service. I just asked for a refund. They said they would bring me the $26 cash. I agreed and they brought the money. I have been a customer for a while and 2 times they sent me bad product. I believe they should have been a little more apologetic. I even called to speak to someone and they told me they would call me back. No where in any of the messages did they apologize. If I would have eaten the cookies and gotten sick, this would be a whole different situation. I will no longer be using them for service. Customer service needs a lot of work! read more

I've ordered from here before and had a great experience. Originally did it through weed maps but chose to go direct through their site (maybe that's why things were worse this time?) which unfortunately went terribly. The last time I placed an order I was notified of when the order was out for delivery and received a text when the driver was close. Ordering through the site gave me the same option to have texts sent to me with the status, but outside of the initial order creation status, I never received further texts/updates. Up until half an hour ago I was under the impression I ordered too late and would have to try again tomorrow. Anyway, iPhone now has a horrific setting on by default that silences calls not in your contacts. The driver called repeatedly this evening to get in touch with me and I didn't see any of them as a result. Had the status updated as usual or were I messaged through text or their online portal I likely would've seen it since I had both pulled up on my computer. Just seems like a strange inconsistency in operation to only occasionally send texts. Especially when the person who placed the order is non-responsive. Not docking more stars because had I known about the iPhone setting this wouldn't have happened, but I'd expect the business to either never text or always text you - especially when they present the option and it functions as intended some percentage of the time. EDIT: Ordered again the following day and had virtually no issues. Increasing the score to 4/5 stars, docking one because the online tracking still didn't update - same thing for the text service. However, the driver called 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was close. The exchange itself was quick and easy. I'll just add as a final note to not rely on the online tracking or text messaging service. Keep your calls open and it should be smooth sailing. Also, your first order is discounted which is an awesome bonus. Will buy from them again. read more

Really nice staff/delivery drivers and excellent communication! I got texts about the progress of the delivery, they were on time, and everything has been absolutely perfect. The drivers even took the time to ask if I had any questions about the products and were super friendly. My first time I got a 20% discount, then I have received random discounts for specials they were running, and they have a points system where you can get a percentage off or money towards free product so gather your points. I placed my order and was given the time frame less than 90 minutes and the delivery took 2.5 hours, and that was the start. I then received the product and it was different than it was advertised online 81% thc instead of the online listing of 95%. When I called they offered me 15% off next order if I already opened it or to send out the right product, which would take less than 2 hours to get to me, with no discount. That's up to 4.5 hours later I could actually get the right item? I told them the error in their logic and they then after saying there was nothing they could do, they gave me 15% off next order because they could not compensate me now for everything I've been through. I then requested a refund and they said they could not do that. I am utterly upset with this experience and they can keep the 15% not another dollar of mine will go there.
