Avoid Smoakland at all cost they are completely unprofessional and an unreliable delivery service. I've been dealing with issues with Smoakland ever since I moved to Sacramento and I can honestly say I'll never purchase from them again. While their Bay Area operations are a bit smoother there Sacramento service is an absolute nightmare. I have never had such a terrible experience with a cannabis delivery service before and I've used plenty in the past, especially while living in San Francisco. I placed an order last night around 6 to 7 PM but didn't receive any confirmation email or communication from the company at all. The only thing I got was a receipt from AeroPay showing that my payment has gone through for the products I selected totaling $85. When I checked my account for updates, there was literally no trace of the order: no order history, no tracking, nothing. At that point I reached out to Aeropay to try and get a refund and of course they didn't respond either. Fast-forward to this morning, I've been contacting Smoakland since 8 AM trying to figure out how to get my money back even though if they've taken it without delivering any product or providing any record of my order. The best they can do is tell me their management is "extremely busy" and will get back to me " when they can". That's not good enough. I'm left in limbo, with no products, and no solid answers or resolution despite the fact that they took my money immediately. Let me be clear: I can deal with the low quality joints that require me to unwrap and re-wrapped them myself to make them actually usable, and I can deal with the faulty wax cartridges that constantly use out and become unusable after a few uses. But I can't deal with is a complete lack of professionalism, the poor Customer Service and the utter disrespect for customers time and money. I've been sitting here for over four hours getting transferred between chat bot and long winded wait times trying to sort this out. And to top it off, the company doesn't even have a clear system in place to resolve issues like this. They took my money fast, but I can't even get an answer about one or if I'll see the products I'll pay for it. This isn't the first time I've dealt with long Delivery wait times either. In San Francisco I would often be waiting 6+ hours just to get my order even if I placed it early in the day. This company has an abysmal reputation for being late and unreliable and clearly they've only gotten worse. If you value your time money in insanity, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Avoid this place at all cost. It is completely unprofessional for a company to operate like this, especially when they're dealing with people's money and not delivering the products they've paid for. From the slow service to the terrible customer support this company, it is clear that this company does not care about its customers and consumers. I recommend you guys try alpaca club and other dispensaries and delivery services in the greater Sacramento area. Don't make the mistake I did go with LITERALLY ANY OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE because this company has shown time and time again that they cannot be trusted. read more

Been a long time client, their value is 2nd to none. Having said that, the experience has been marred several times by their drivers; whoever hires them needs to go. Today's episode began when the driver tried calling; I don't pick up calls that I don't recognize. Next thing my doorbell, it's the driver. He was calling, I ask why no software notifications and he says it won't let him due to a needed break. I don't care. I want to know when my delivery is going to be. Then he rudely points out my address is incorrect. I've never changed it but it was on my profile wrong. Oh well, it's fixed now. I have been ordering from Smoakland for a couple of years now. I only order with a buddy about every six weeks or so. So not a heavy users. But in the past I have always received good product, usually smooth delivery, although more than a few times item were missing and I had to have the driver return. But lately orders are getting more confused and communication basically zero. By this I mean I place an order through the website. In the old days you would get a text confirming the order and giving you a total. Now nothing, NADA. The delivery window I requested came and went and no order, no texts, no emails. This required a phone call. Then a wait while a slightly confused indiiviudal tried to figure out my order. Finally after 5 mins of hold they came back on and assured me it would arrive in another 45 minutes, now two hours beyond the window I had requested. The order eventually arrived. And one item was missing. EVen though my firend that was sharing an order with me asked the driver if it was complete. This is not uncommon. So the missing item was a blunt that was only a penny, some special they offered. So we let it go. But this and the fact that Smoakland is the only seller who does not reward regular customers for loyalty other than a $3.00 discount, makes them less desirable. Their min. $75.00 order for free delivery is also much higher than other vendors. My sisters who are heavy users and order weekly refuse to buy from them because they have had so many issues. They are always getting free blunts and other things like a pack of gummies for loyatly rewards from most of the other sellers. With Smoakland, you get nothing. A $3.00 discount if you are lucky. So I am not going to just head straight to their website next time I order. There are other vendors out there that sell good product for similar or better prices and do appreciate the business. This last order I felt like because it showed up two hours late , missing their promo item deserved some sort of compensation. But NADA. Guys there is a lot of competitioin out there. You need to up your game. I have been a loyal customer with you guys for more than two years. I even tried steering my sisters who buy weekly to you , but because of this kind of crap they won't buy from you anymore. I think their one and only order they made they got screwed and had to jump through hoops to get everything they orders. So not sure I will buy from you guys again.
