First, I live in Santa Rosa, I came home to Sacramento for Thanksgiving. Came to this club randomly... let me say, VERY VERY friendly staff, they will talk to you ALL DAY if you want! This review is for Canna Care's stellar customer service. I am a cancer patient and take cannabis oil daily to help kill my cancer. My regular supplier ran into issues and I needed something for in the mean time. I called before going in to make sure they had what I needed and spoke with Rod (I hope that's his name ) and he clearly knew what he was talking about. I went into the actual store later that day and was welcomed by security. I received my a ok from the friendly woman at the front (I wish I remembered her name) and went back. Rod was there to help me find something to get me by and introduced me to another product I hadn't previously considered. Overall, this is the second medical supply store I have visited in Sacramento and I have had great experiences at both but Rod really went out of his way and I look forward to future visits when needed. read more

Super disappointed. I had heard from a friend that this place has great prices, which I do agree with, but was so let down by other aspects. The front desk lady was nice, had no problem with her, but when it comes to the staff in back, unfortunately the same cannot be said. The cashier Joe was a prick, there's no nicer way to put it. I don't go into any shop to get looked down upon by some bible thumping jerk. Just looking at their setup of the shop is a joke, and everything is PREWEIGHED. Know now that there is a reason why they do that: they're ripping people off! And you can only come in once a day, so if you end up not being happy with your selection, you're screwed! HUGS on Stockton Blvd is wayyy better and the staff are incredible. Don't waste your time if you don't like dealing with pretentious people. Btw: Yesterday was my first time to this shop and I didn't even get a free little gift of any kind! Every shop gives a free gift to first timers, and I had heard that this one did too. Went in with an open mind about the meds because I am used to getting my meds, grower direct. With that said, I thoroughly enjoyed their selection, probably about a dozen or so to choose from. I ended up donating for 2 strains; Blue Dream and Bubba Kush, although I swore I seen something in there about it being Pre-98 but who really knows. I got my 10% discount for being a new patient and with 12.5% taxation, it helps. Also they run a health insurance discount program, if eligible, you should look into it. Everyone was pleasant, maybe the budtenderess should have been a little more forthcoming about their meds but that's just me. Meh. I will most definitely be going back for my meds especially since they're so affordable. read more

i happened to be in the northgate area, and short of time, so i was looking for the closest "store." canna care was like a mile away!! woohoo! However, i'm disappointed w what i got there. for starters, i could assume how strong the stuff was by the price. (thumbs down!) their top tier was mid-level at other places. then, the prerolled "sword!" joints i purchased were the most upsetting. they were as long as my hand, yet it took two to get much of an effect AND this was also my "first" partaking of the day. :( i'm sure the stuff is fine for patients who don't use daily, but for the regular users, sorry charlie. location convenience was nice though, right off the freeway. i agree w/ what another person on here said though...the white jackets?!! haha. and then to have the stuff they had!! read more

I need marijuana for my Epilepsy! I went here 2 months ago after stopping by their booth. I get there and they say that I need to have my physical paper work. I tell them I am from berkeley and do not have access to it. They give me a flyer and tell me to go pay to get another doctors reccomendation and come back. I asked for another dispensery in the area they say they can't help me. I start to ask the patient across from me if he knows of any other ones they told him that he can't tell me and if he does then he will have to leave. They make me leave. I leave and started to ask people around if they knew of any dispenseries the staff comes out and told me if I don't leave then they will call the police on me for being a vagrance! read more

I've been tending my own needs and saving cost of anti depressants by using weed on a daily basis for 62 years (give or take a half a decade here and there.) I feel the format should look like serious medical facility as does *Canna Care that must have guidelines that please Sheriff Scott Jones's mandates as his detectives are known to have passed through this experienced vendor without bothering their patients now and then examining this commendable crew of courageous *crusaders † ~ & cannabis advocates while double checking this sanitary dispenser's usual courteous routine. They are basically the "pawn shop" of medical marijuana vending. They will talk down about your product and offer you dirt cheap compensation. as noted staff is extremely short on "customer service'. Also, prices they sell for are not as cheap as they buy. Sold a large amount of quality first class and negotiated a very low price...with the understanding that my product would be sold for cheap thus allowing people to get quality and quantity...they placed all my product on the highest price scale.
