I've been going through Humble Root since 2016. They have had problems going on over 10 years with long waits for delivery, apparently they don't care about the customers and they place profits over patients. They lowered their minimum to $30 for some places however, good luck ordering anything- their website will run you in circles and not allow you to even sign in. Also, you can make the $30 minimum but if you use any discounts like I tried to use my birthday discount, then the order won't go through because, oops it dropped it below $30..... Yeah no sh1t but I made the $30 minimum then I applied a discount so they want me in order to get a $9 discount, they want me to add $9 on to my cart. Get it ? In order to receive a $9 discount I have to add $9 onto it. Too bad I can't upload the screenshots to this but this really is happening they're going to end up losing a lot of customers. They don't seem to care about long-time customers they only care about the younger ones that work and make more money than Social Security, so I guess they're only serving them and fvck everyone else. read more

I've been ordering from here for a long time. They use to send multiple texts with updates, and delivery times were within 2 hours. The last couple of days have been the complete opposite. I ordered on there website 2 days ago (Wednesday), and didn't hear from them for over 2 hours. They gave me an ETA of 2 hours, making it over a 4 hour wait. I cancelled my order because I couldn't wait that long. I ordered again on there website yesterday (Thursday), and waited just under 3 hours before reaching out to there online chat. I waited over 10 minutes and never heard back from anyone in that chat. It said I was first in queue the entire time. I called them, and they said my order should be to me around 9:30pm, which was in about 45 minutes. They further said that the driver would be leaving soon, and I'd get a confirmation text. I got the text a couple minutes later, and my ETA was changed to 10:30pm. I ordered at 5:42pm, so it was going to take almost 5 hours to get my order. I started using STIIIZY because they are always on sale and I like the product a lot both for taste and affect, however, some carts have ended up leaking half way through and I have to throw out. One cart I got, NOT stiiizy, stopped pulling despite being almost full. The return policy states you have 3 days after purchasing to return but when you buy 4 carts you don't know after 3 days if they are defective. And many times they start leaking after a few days of use. So basically the return policy is of no use and you're just out the money when you get a bad one. That being said, Humble Root has a great service with reliable and easy delivery. Transactions are smooth and they have great up to the minute delivery updates via text. My only gripe is their $5.99 credit/debit card fee. Add in the CA excise tax and your $45 order jumps to $60. They also have a minimum order of around 45 bucks.
