I give this Buisness a negative zero they have poor communication skills and give bad service! I have tried to make a order twice with them and i keep getting told different times to place a order. Every time i try to order at that time they say they don't deliver to Vacaville which they should list that somewhere on their website or advertisements. To begin, I placed an order off their website and they emailed me for additional identification verification which is fine. I emailed had to forward the same email 3 times. I didn't even get my order the same day. The following day I re-forwarded it and they told me they cancelled the order completely and go to another order. I will not be ordering from here ever. Worst delivery person ever! I have ordered from them before, with no issues. But this time I was using a debit card. I am an older person, it was 10pm at night ( I waited 6 hours for delivery). I couldn't see the stupid app that was supposed to be completed to use my debit card, and I didn't understand why this could not have been done prior arrival at my house, instead I was left standing outside in 30 degree weather at night with some app that doesn't work! Every other service I have used sends me a link to complete the purchase or swipes my debit card when arriving. They want you to use an app to enter your bank account information that gives them access to deposits etc. in your account! Run folks, run. Do not do business with these people and if you do use cash, since their employees are not too bright. The driver didn't know how to enter a DL without scanning the barcode (I have an out of state license without a barcode), so he got frustrated and canceled the order and stormed off like a child! Now mind you I am old, I have health issues (hence the need for the order) and I could have used a little help with the app in the dark cold night as I was shivering. A reminder to all you delivery drivers out there, not everyone is out to get 'high', not everyone is out to rip you off. Some folks have legitimate medical needs an live with severe pain. So if you drive into a neighborhood with multi million dollar homes, have a little class and don't treat folks like criminals. Also, older folks don't' see well at night, so try to be helpful. It is called customer service, in case you missed that. I was hoping for a good nights sleep after getting my delivery, but since I did NOT get an order after waiting 6 hours, I was in pain all night and was unable to work today. Love this company. This is the only company I get delivered. They always communicate about delivery time. When the driver is leaving the store, when they're on their way to your place, and then when they arrive. If there's any issues they call. The first time I ordered I didn't upload a photo of my ID. They called right away to let me know so my delivery would still be on time. Today, one of the items I ordered was actually out. Very friendly person called to let me know and I was able to change my order. The drivers are also always friendly. The website is pretty clear and user friendly. Product fine, prices fine, thumbs WAY down for service. Not at all humble and NOT RECOMMENDED. As a first-time customer, they accepted my online order but then called to say they had to split it into two deliveries because it was more than their first-time order maximum. (Something not mentioned anywhere in their site or in the order process.) So I had to arrange to be home at two separate times. Then they screwed up what got delivered AND overcharged me. When I contacted them about the problem they admitted their mistake but wouldn't come to return the money they owed unless I made a new order for their delivery minimum PLUS what they had overcharged, which they then applied as a credit, instead of just returning the money they owed. Sleazy. It took at least three extra hours of my time over two days and $68 more than the order I first placed. A disappointing experience. read more

Humble Root was quick to answer my first email, but once I requested to cancel the order because of the quarantine, Humble Root stopped responding to my emails. I put my order in at 3pm for a next day, early morning delivery. The delivery quoted from 10am - 12pm. I figured, since I had my order in the day before, I must be first on the list and will get my delivery around 10am. I cleared my meetings out the next day until 1pm as I always allow myself a buffer zone for time. At 12:08pm the day of scheduled delivery I had not heard anything, so I texted to inquire status. They said the delivery driver just left to bring my order. I explained this is very inconvenient and that is why I selected an early morning delivery, so they gave me a small credit for my next order. At 1pm I still had not heard from the delivery driver and my meetings were starting, so I cancelled the order all together. They said he should be there from 1:30 - 1:50pm, but I cannot simultaneously conduct a meeting and talk to some delivery driver, so this is obviously unacceptable. So, I order the day before just to ensure my early delivery, and had to cancel at 1pm as they were not close to there yet. The management of this company looks to have different priorities than I do, as I received a lot of excuses instead of someone taking care of the problem. Now I am searching for another delivery service that will, hopefully, more align with my standards of business operation. Taking ownership and making things right is huge for me, not giving excuses for incompetence. Very disappointed!! read more

I have never had such a terrible experience with a delivery service-- I WASTED AT LEAST $80 and am now left with a product that DOES NOT WORK. I really wanted to like the battery I ordered, as I had been using my friend's one of the same brand for weeks with no problems. Because of this, when the battery and cartridge I received failed to work, I put up with 4 different exchanges in addition to the original order. BUT, after all of this, I was not able to use anything I ordered-- I bought 1 $45 cartridge, then even paid an extra $25 for a replacement cartridge, in addition to the battery. Humble Roots claimed to have tested a replacement battery, but while it worked once for them, it only worked for about 3 draws for me. This is clearly a faulty product, yet I am now unable to get any of my $80 back, as Humble Root refuses to honor their return policy, despite the fact that each one of these issues was reported within at least 3 days of the deliveries, which fits within their return/exchange policy. read more

I started ordering HumbleRoot a few months ago and have found their service to be great. When I order later in the evening, their prompts about when to expect a delivery has been accurate. Though sometimes it's not convenient to wait 2-3 hrs for delivery when pick-up is available, the deliveries have been made on time and by friendly staff. On a recent order, I purchased to cartridges with for a 510 pen, and when they arrived, one was not what I ordered. The cartridge they did send was better than what I asked for, which was great! (I found out this is not standard company procedure, but just a happy accident.) Unfortunately the other cartridge was a sativa from Sublime, and it broke after one use. When I say "broke" I don't mean oil was coming out of the tip, as per usual for a Sublime cart. I mean, the whole bottom fell apart and could not connect to the battery. I found this out a lil over a week after buying it, since I was using the other cartridge. When I contacted their customer service, Bonnie was quick to address the issue and give me a credit for my next order, despite the problem being outside of their return policy. It wasn't a full refund, but it was something that made me feel better about the wasted cartridge. I really appreciated that service, and the friendly manner it was solved in.
