When she charged me it was less than it showed online, so I thought cool, she sees I get a senior discount so I didn't say anything. When I got home I discovered I didn't get what I ordered so that's why I was charged less. I called and the girl wouldn't give me her name. I was trying to explain to her what happened and she kept interrupting me. So I started interrupting her. She didn't like that. Anyway, all I really wanted was to ask a simple question and she lost her mind. She wouldn't listen to my question and then she argued with me.

Perfect Union is hands down my favorite dispensary. I had only ever been to the downtown location…read moreand had no idea this bigger one even existed. When I was out with my guy getting ready to head to the usual spot, he stopped me and said no, let me show you the other one. He mentioned it was two or three times bigger, and he was not exaggerating. It is tucked back in an industrial area with a big lot and plenty of parking. The entire exterior is covered in gorgeous "flower" murals, and I was impressed before I even walked inside. At the door, the security guard was checking IDs and he was genuinely friendly. He asked if it was my first time there, and when I told him it was, he told me to make sure I mentioned it at the counter for a little first time treat. That alone set a great tone. They do not allow photos inside, so phone went away. Walking in was almost overwhelming in the best way possible. So many brands, so many options, and a ton of good sales going on. I definitely needed more time to browse than I had, but I was on a bit of a time crunch. I ended up grabbing a couple new bags of gummies and a THC beverage. When I got to the counter, I told them it was my first visit just like the security guard suggested. The person helping me lit up, welcomed me warmly, and offered me several different complimentary options to choose from. I ended up going with gummies. It was such a nice little surprise and made the whole experience feel thoughtful and welcoming. I have since tried the products and everything tasted great and worked exactly how I wanted it to. Both locations have earned my loyalty at this point. Perfect Union is officially my go to spot.

The guard asked me to take off my headphones, and I did so without any problem. Then I simply looked at my phone, and he approached me in a very rude and dismissive manner and told me I had to leave. I didn't feel that he had any reason to leave , since I had done what he asked and didn't understand what rule I had broken. ?Even so, he comes to me in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. So I decide to leave, the staff should have been handled this in a much more professional and respectful manner. ~I want to clarify that I have no complaints about other employees; they are cool . I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve to be treated with respect. !

This used to be my go-to dispensary because they had great…read moreselections and was close to my job. I stopped going there back in June, because their inventory was extremely low nearly every time I went. They would always tell me they would be fully stocked the next week. I would come back a week later to nearly empty display cases again and given the same story, and to come back a week later. After about three more visits and purchasing some low priced, low quality flower (which was all they had) I decided that had enough of this place and never went back for about four months. Well, today I decided to go back to see what they had on hand and was sadly disappointed. The pre-roll display case was completely empty! The two display cases that had flower, only had about six or seven $22 eighths for sale. Again I was assured to try back in about a week because they were going through some kind of transition? Whatever. I bought one of the $22 eighths because I was there and just wanted to get something. Anyway,I got home opened the package and was disappointed to find four of five decent sized nuggets, but they were hard as a rock. Just disgraceful. I'll be going elsewhere until this place gets its act together.

Ok usually I do these reviews on Weedmaps , however this place is worth a yelp …read more I finally stopped by The Sanctuary with my husband, and honestly, I knew I was going to like the place before I even walked through the door. As we were heading inside, I passed a girl coming out who looked so much like Billie Eilish that my brain completely short-circuited and I accidentally called her "Billie Eyelash." Thankfully, she knew exactly what I meant and laughed about it. That little interaction pretty much set the tone for the whole visit: good vibes, friendly people, and nobody taking themselves too seriously. Once inside, the experience only got better. As a first-time customer, I was able to take advantage of the new customer discount, which is always appreciated. More importantly, the staff actually took the time to help me figure out what I wanted. I wasn't looking for someone to point at the most expensive thing on the shelf and send me on my way. I had questions, I explained what I normally buy, and the budtender took the time to walk me through options that actually fit what I was looking for. Shoutout to AK, who was incredibly patient and helpful while my husband and I stood there trying to make decisions. I even managed to get what might be the most studious-looking photo ever taken of a budtender. The man looked like he was preparing a dissertation on flower selection. I ended up picking up some flower and a pre-roll, and I left feeling like I got exactly what I came for instead of settling for whatever happened to be on special that day. What stood out most to me, though, was the atmosphere. Everybody working there had their own personality. You'd see someone covered in tattoos helping a customer on one side, someone else who looked like they should be coaching a high school sports team on the other, and another person who looked like their mom's life goal was making sure they stayed focused on school. Somehow it all worked perfectly. The staff was a mix of completely different people, but everybody was welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. That's the kind of place I enjoy coming back to. It felt comfortable, not intimidating, and definitely not pretentious. The Sanctuary is also dangerously close to my house, which means they may have accidentally gained a regular customer. Great service, great atmosphere, helpful staff, and a genuinely welcoming vibe. Sometimes you walk into a business and immediately feel like you belong there. This was one of those places. And at the end of the day, it's kind of funny that a bunch of completely different people can come together over one common interest. That's exactly the energy this place has. And I hope no one took any disrespect for my version of my first introduction because I mean everything with the most sincerity and love .

(They also take all your info. Including my phone number.) It kept formatting in a way that wouldn't scan. After the 9th or 10th try it worked. I wasn't stressing off of it. The gal at the front desk was nice and trying her best. They weren't busy and ai wasn't in a rush. Yet, when I found out they don't carry the Stiiizy gummies. I was like... that sucks but oh well. I would have tried another but all of their gummies were $25.00!!! I pay like $12.00!!! I get the same amount and the same concentration. They are to help me sleep. I was going to buy $60.00 worth. Which at Stiiizy, would be like 6 bags! Which would have 10 in each baggy. Not here! It would have only been 2 packages and a total of 20 pieces. Not worth the price. My friend bought a bunch of stuff. It wasn't till we were about 15 minutes away. That I realized that I left my ID. No one on staff said anything!!! Yet, they clearly had to know. They didn't call me and let me know. By that time they were closed. It wasn't till the next day. When I called them and they checked. Thank GOD they had it! Not that it was in question but who knows. The most frustrating thing was... I called and got put on hold for 8 minutes!!! (This was the manger's line!) I don't think they were coming back on the phone. I called back and got a lady this time. She was not friendly at all and rude!!! Which is surprising since the staff there are so friendly! I guess management doesn't believe in good customer service!?!? On top of that all. When I went to pick up the ID. There was no apology! Nothing!!! Oh and they had easily 50 to a 100 IDs stuffed in this container. Like an old tin money container. Like you use at a garage sale. To hold all the money! I bet they haven't reached out to any of those customers!!! Which is really bad customer service and retention! If you are missing your ID and have gone here.
