Walk in, grab the order, say hi, and we're on our way. Exactly how we like it. They almost always have what we're looking for, which is impressive because we tend to stick to our favorites. The staff is always friendly and the whole process is smooth. No confusion, no waiting around, no stress. Honestly, it's the kind of place where everything just works the way it should. Order ahead, pick up, go home happy. Hard to ask for much more than that.

The specialists are always friendly professional and helpful they always point out deals and not just deals to make a sale but a deal that fits your usual order and they don't just say "today's deals are blah blah blah" it's usually "you like this product a lot and it's very similar to this new product we brought in maybe you wanna give that a try"not only is that super professional but it's super dope and I'm kinda a nerd so knowing the product before buying it is one of my favorite experiences I have here. I used to really like this place, but holy crap... what happened to your pricing?…read more Why are Stiiizy pre-rolls $55 at your shop when literally everywhere else I've looked they're around $29, and the highest I've seen is $32? That's not a small difference, that's almost double. What's even crazier is that even with your 30% off promotions, you're still more expensive than everyone else. That tells me the regular pricing is way out of line with the market. I genuinely thought you guys had fair pricing, so this was really disappointing. The service has always been great, and I love the layout of the shop, so I have zero complaints there. But these prices make me feel taken advantage of, and I just can't justify shopping here anymore. I hate saying it because I enjoyed coming here, but unfortunately I won't be back unless the pricing becomes more competitive. Right now, it honestly feels like you're pricing loyal customers out, and that's a shame.

As I traveled through their inner portal, I was greeted with a fluoresce I hadn't seen since Grover High School.
