I had never been to a dispensary quite like this one before. Usually places have things behind…read moreglass or a counter and you have to interact with someone to see an item. Here everything is out for a self serve type of shopping. Being able to look at all the products up close at my own pace is great! Perfect Union is hands down my favorite dispensary. I had only ever been to the downtown location…read moreand had no idea this bigger one even existed. When I was out with my guy getting ready to head to the usual spot, he stopped me and said no, let me show you the other one. He mentioned it was two or three times bigger, and he was not exaggerating. It is tucked back in an industrial area with a big lot and plenty of parking. The entire exterior is covered in gorgeous "flower" murals, and I was impressed before I even walked inside. At the door, the security guard was checking IDs and he was genuinely friendly. He asked if it was my first time there, and when I told him it was, he told me to make sure I mentioned it at the counter for a little first time treat. That alone set a great tone. They do not allow photos inside, so phone went away. Walking in was almost overwhelming in the best way possible. So many brands, so many options, and a ton of good sales going on. I definitely needed more time to browse than I had, but I was on a bit of a time crunch. I ended up grabbing a couple new bags of gummies and a THC beverage. When I got to the counter, I told them it was my first visit just like the security guard suggested. The person helping me lit up, welcomed me warmly, and offered me several different complimentary options to choose from. I ended up going with gummies. It was such a nice little surprise and made the whole experience feel thoughtful and welcoming. I have since tried the products and everything tasted great and worked exactly how I wanted it to. Both locations have earned my loyalty at this point. Perfect Union is officially my go to spot.

The specialists are always friendly professional and helpful they always point out deals and not just deals to make a sale but a deal that fits your usual order and they don't just say "today's deals are blah blah blah" it's usually "you like this product a lot and it's very similar to this new product we brought in maybe you wanna give that a try"not only is that super professional but it's super dope and I'm kinda a nerd so knowing the product before buying it is one of my favorite experiences I have here. Also being that hospitable is really important to me especially when going to dispensaries in Sacramento that don't really have a good all around environment. Anyways 5 stars!

I've probably been to a dozen different dispensaries and Perfect Union is definitely my new…read morefavorite. There are many things I liked. First it's the closest to my house - although still a ways away. Second, the parking lot is easy to get to and there's tons of parking. Third, check-in was quick and then you walk right in. No waiting. Fourth, it was a hot day and I was allowed to bring my dog inside. Fifth, all of the products are visible and touchable, not behind the glass. Sixth, good selection and some great promos. But by far the best asset was Carrie, the associate who helped me. She was incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable, not just about the products they sold but about cannabis in general, useful websites, how the different cannabinoids attach to different receptors and are helpful for various conditions, etc. A wealth of knowledge, willing to share and easy to understand. Not to mention extremely nice. Perfect Union is now my go to.

They've always got a great variety of gummies, vapes, flower, drinks... you name it. It's always well stocked and they have different deals every day of the week. But the best part? Not everything is locked up behind glass or counters. You can actually walk around, look at the products, read the info, and take your time without someone hovering over you, waiting for you to make a decision. I hate feeling rushed, and that's exactly what happens at most other places. So glad I found Perfect Union. This place keeps my stash stocked and my vibe high, loyalty locked in.

The guard asked me to take off my headphones, and I did so without any problem. Then I simply looked at my phone, and he approached me in a very rude and dismissive manner and told me I had to leave. So I decide to leave, the staff should have been handled this in a much more professional and respectful manner. ~I want to clarify that I have no complaints about other employees; they are cool .
