I've probably been to a dozen different dispensaries and Perfect Union is definitely my new favorite. There are many things I liked. First it's the closest to my house - although still a ways away. Second, the parking lot is easy to get to and there's tons of parking. Third, check-in was quick and then you walk right in. No waiting. Fourth, it was a hot day and I was allowed to bring my dog inside. Fifth, all of the products are visible and touchable, not behind the glass. Sixth, good selection and some great promos. But by far the best asset was Carrie, the associate who helped me. She was incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable, not just about the products they sold but about cannabis in general, useful websites, how the different cannabinoids attach to different receptors and are helpful for various conditions, etc. A wealth of knowledge, willing to share and easy to understand. The check-in process was seamless and I was surprised that they don't have a waiting area like some of the dispensaries that I've been to. The security guard checks you in and then you just go inside. The inside is small, but they have a ton of options - a lot of stuff was on sale too! Lots of stuff was marked down from 30-50% off. Yo, I'm flabbergasted! How did we get to a point in our culture of 420 where we drop 1 star reviews for the Willy Wonka of weed? Lmao! Chill fam. The flower is meant to relax your senses and give you a sense of peace and calm and relaxation. Y'all complaining about a weed store is just ridiculous! I've been to a lot of dispensaries in town and this one hits differently. They literally have all the products on display for us to read, check the flavors and handle the goods right there before you buy. Came in today, the security on shift didn't say anything to indicate that my ID had went through he just stared blankly back at me and I was still standing in line not knowing if I was all clear. Really disappointed after this experience. We purchased a 1/2 oz of Jealousy listed online at 28% THC -- but the actual product was only 16.2% (photo attached). My husband had only checked the strain in store, because we had already verified the THC % online. Walked to the parking lot and realized our mistake. Went back in to ask for an exchange (not a refund), they told us "all sales are final" -- even though this was false advertising on their part. Labeling isn't what inside the packaging at both locations. I've asked the bud tenders about it, but they just give you that deer in the headlights look. Example; you make sure Bubba kush is what they say it is on the packaging. The customer shouldn't experience buying something labled but what's inside isn't what's labled. Came here a couple of weeks ago on a date with some guy I met on Facebook. Service was amazing. We both had to register to get in, since we'd never been there before. Luckily, the girl who was helping us was hilarious, which made the process go by quickly. The shop itself had a completely changed look and feel from when I was last here. I actually kind of liked the old cramped up look, but it does look more clean and organized now. The budtender who helped us took her time showing us different options. She was super friendly, and definitely seemed to know her stuff. As opposed to my date, who said, "I just go by the percentages." One lady just stood there, another finished ringing up a customer and did something else, and when I asked the lady standing there she was like yeah those two are cashiering. So I had to wait for the one person still cashiering. This place consistently screws up online orders. It's super unreliable. Their website says hybrid - I get it, it says indica. I've been a perfect union customer for a long time. Today I ordered online and I got three items at the Stockton Blvd. location in Sacramento. One of the items was a cartridge that was labeled as a hybrid. I went into the shop and I picked up my order. I was not shown my order before I paid. I assumed it was correct since I was not shown before hand. . I paid and I went out to the parking lot. I looked in the bag, and I saw that the cartridge was a sativa and not a hybrid like it was advertised online. I immediately went back into the store, which I had only been out of for maybe two minutes. I saw the bud tender coming in and I told her that this is not what I ordered and she said that she was sure they would replace it when I got inside. When I got inside, I spoke to a different bud tender and she said to get her manager. She came back and said the manager would not exchange the cartridge and all sales were final. This is not what I ordered. Why is the sale final when it's not what I ordered. The manager wouldn't even come out from her back office until I had to get stern with the person I was speaking with. I showed her the picture of the receipt online and told her this is not what I ordered and I'm simply asking to replace the cartridge with the same brand, but with a different Strain. The tender that I worked with told me they would not replace it and they all sales were final. I again showed her the photo that showed that it was a hybrid. This is not what I ordered. Why am I stuck with something that I did not order. The manager finally exchanged it as she said she did not appreciate me yelling at her bud tenders. To be clear I did not yell at anybody. I simply just wanted the cartridge replaced with a strain that was in line with what I ordered. It was very clear that I did not get what I ordered. The manager's customer service was completely, unacceptable. I had been out of the store for literally two minutes. For them to say they would not replace their mistake is beyond a horrible service. If you do go to this location, be prepared for your order to be wrong and be prepared for them not to even show you your order before you pay. I was told I couldn't have a receipt for my online purchase that they actually gave to someone else. you would think they would ask for ID for a prepaid online order.Victoria then stated that in fact was an illegal transaction. Maybe that's why I was not given a receipt. I had asked for a receipt as in the past I had been charged in duplicate and wanted proof of this purchase. For a business to run out of receipt paper on a Friday night seems like bad business practices. I have been a frequent Customer of this location / dispensary due to its close location to my home.
