He then insisted I was wrong, even though I had been there just a couple of days earlier and the process was exactly as I described. The experience was especially disappointing because my previous visit was excellent. The woman who helped me then was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. This visit was the complete opposite. It's a dispensary, so I expect employees to be welcoming and provide good customer service.
