Tizoc Avendaño helped me out and delivered some of the best customer service I've had anywhere. I came in with a few solid questions, laid everything out, and showed him the product I was curious about. Not only did he answer everything clearly, but he also took the extra step to look up additional details and make sure I had the most accurate info possible. You don't see that kind of effort often. Big thanks to Tizoc for going above and beyond. That's the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

They have a beautiful display of products. It didn't feel pushy. You can browse and take your time. I found a plethora of products matching what I wanted/needed, which is what brought me here in the beginning. I haven't always required edibles, but after losing my mom which was a major loss in my life, I've used them to mostly support sleep or calm when needed. They offer a wonderful website, daily and monthly deals, and the staff are friendly inside. The hardest part here is actually finding the location. It's not super visible. Excellent shop!

Recently, the hole-in-the-wall down the road that I occasionally stop by (at 5711 Florin Perkins) was apparently demolished. I literally tried to go there, and was shocked to find a parking lot full of rubble. Google Maps said that this was the next closest location. It was kind of hard to find, because the signage was barely existent, but I found it. The reason I settled on three stars is because this is a very small shop, with an extremely limited selection, yet the customer service was phenomenal. The girl who helped me was super sweet. She didn't seem to be an experienced personal user of cannabis, but she tried really hard to understand what I was looking for, and to help me find the best available product. She even called a nearby store for me to see if they had a particular item in stock. When it turned out that they did not, I decided to purchase the next best item from her. Overall, if you're in a pinch, this place is not bad. The selection is small, but well-curated, and the customer service rocks.

I used to really like this place, but holy crap... what happened to your pricing?…read more Why are Stiiizy pre-rolls $55 at your shop when literally everywhere else I've looked they're around $29, and the highest I've seen is $32? That's not a small difference, that's almost double. What's even crazier is that even with your 30% off promotions, you're still more expensive than everyone else. That tells me the regular pricing is way out of line with the market. I genuinely thought you guys had fair pricing, so this was really disappointing. The service has always been great, and I love the layout of the shop, so I have zero complaints there. But these prices make me feel taken advantage of, and I just can't justify shopping here anymore. I hate saying it because I enjoyed coming here, but unfortunately I won't be back unless the pricing becomes more competitive. Right now, it honestly feels like you're pricing loyal customers out, and that's a shame.
