Always great selection with great people at the helm. Appreciate the personable delivery drivers. Worth the wait every time. :)

So I have been going thru for a few years now consistently I know once it's yours it's your but one of the bags was a premature strain I was like oh gosh darn it there goes my meds for the week . Debated on calling well I did cause this has never happened with them they didn't have to do anything technically but this dispensary treats you like fams if you have been going there a minute they went way above and beyond to make it right I am so appreciative they really are the best in Sacramento delivery prices what you see is what you pay they are exceptional BIG THANK YOU FROM A MEDICAL CUSTOMER read more

There are no better delivery services than Gaia Express. You may be able to find better quality (although I highly doubt it) and I know you can find cheaper stuff but what makes them so great is that there is no way you can find the quality of product that they offer at a cheaper price. I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchased from them, it's always high quality, potent and delicious. I highly recommend them and have to all my friends and family that partake. And, as I always tell anyone I recommend to, please take care of your driver read more

Cheaper than the dispensary. Too shelf quality and no taxes! This is my to go now! They are quick when it comes to delivery

I've used these guys for 2 years now and have NEVER been disappointed in the experience. You need to know what you want and are looking for. Prices are more than FAIR and and product is always on point. I will continue to use exclusively. read more

Gaia Express Delivery - Cool extras from my last order - Cannabis Clinics Near Me

I truly don't understand all of the horrible reviews on here about Gaia. I have managed 2 delivery-service only cannabis clubs, and I can tell you right now that there's no other clubs you can get the quality you get for the price Gaia offers. I buy 2 half ozs and 2 grams of wax every 2 weeks. Even when working at the cannabis clubs I consistently still bought from Gaia, because they have the quality I NEED. As a cancer survivor, type 1 diabetic, and having had more than 10 surgeries in the past 2 years - I know what I want. What I need. And this is the only club the truly provides that quality for me. And Angelo keeps it real / if your an asshole than he's probably going to be an ass back. Just don't be rude maybe? ‍ read more

They take care of their customers. This is the place to go if you need top quality medicine

Sketchy service, probably not even a legit company. Made a mistake by not checking but these guys have no certifications. If you want fake or very low quality product I would shop here. Bought an alien labs live disposable which was pitifully fake had to throw that away. Key indicators, cash only, no recreational limit on anything, and trash tasting/looking product, wax most likely crc. Carts are fake. Can't say for edibles or flower but Im not willing to try. STAY FAR AWAY. read more

Gaia Express Delivery - Extremely light colored doesn't taste like wax and always burnt. Not sure what these guys are selling but nothing has lab results. - Cannabis Clinics Near Me

This place is fcking garbage. I got a few gs of rosin from Anita Dab. Shit was terrible!!! How do you even charge those prices for such shit? Straight stealing. Looks good, smells good, then you hit it and realize it really is not even close to anything considered quality. Don't waste your money on this no name brand. I should have asked around first before dropping cash here. All my friends said it was a low budget copy cat brand of Feel Good and dude got DQ from Ego 2 years straight so he changed his name. Gaia Mids Express. Ya'll lost me as a regular for this bullshit. Customer service don't exist with this company. Bad product. Bad business. Hard NO. read more

I had a TERRIBLE experience here. The gummies I received were mislabeled purposefully, another label was put on top of the original and they were marked as having 500 mg cannabis oil (200 being CBD, so 300 being THC) but had 0 effect on me at all. I wrote a negative review on weedmaps and the owner called my number and cussed at me and called me names and blocked my number after. Seriously HORRIBLE. I would never in my life recommend this place to anyone. I called the Bureau of Cannabis control and reported them and they told me that as of the date I called they were not even licensed, may be different now. But seriously shady company. read more

Honestly extremely surprised at all the negative reviews for Gaia on here.. This is the single delivery I will go to because their bud price / quality is 100% unbeatable by any delivery or storefront that I've seen in the Sac area Always super quick with deliveries ( almost never more than 3 hours ) and many times they throw in extra goodies! Highly recommend shopping here! read more

I ordered from gaia a few times never a problem they gave me a few free items with my delivery... I recently ordered last night 2 of the ALien Lab pens... well one was half empty and didn't hit at all... no light up no charge... the only time it lit up was if I blew in the battery port part so I messeged them.. no response. I'll take my business back to cannagram... plus they got loyalty points at least. Horrible customer service. read more

I go here a lot, the last two times have been bad experiences. First time I was sold wet bud, the next day I grabbed the bag it was dripping water. They didn't care to help me out w that nor even make a comment on it! Second issue was they gave me the wrong bud and did not care to check it out and make sure i was incorrect. I usually purchase 1000$ worth of flower each month and I feel no loyalty! No love !! So if you like hit or miss chances then use this place !! The dRivers are awesome and super friendly the guy Angelo tho or whoever has the phone number and sends texts he's a jackass. Doesn't care about the customer I will not be using this service anymore unless they reach out to make it right. read more

I thought this was a good place. They sold me a bad cartridge and after trying it on a few different batteries to make sure it was still not working. Asked if I could exchange it and was told "you need to be quicker than that, we can't exchange something that was ordered more than a week ago" pretty horrible customer service. I wasn't trying to get any free shit or even get my money back. Just wanted to do an exchange or see if they had any suggestions on why it wasn't working. To clarify we tried it on three other batteries and our old almost empty cartridge works just fine on our battery so it's not the batteries. Owell! On to some where else. read more

I spend a few hundred a week from this place but with this disrespect I got from the owner Mark and then the manager who wouldnt tell me his name today, I'm still in shock. They have hung up on me 3 times now saying they don't care about what I have to say, they are busy. They just lost me for sure as a customer and all the ladies in my local Placer Mary Jane group!! read more

Gaia Express Delivery - Here is me trying to order this morning and then when I called to asked about it they flipped out on me and hung up. - Cannabis Clinics Near Me

I made an order around 7:40pm on a Wednesday. They instantly call and text you back and confirm everything. Very easy. They estimated a 3 hour window but text around 8:43 they'd be arriving by 9. Brandon was on time and even text to let me know. All ten items we're received and both cartridges do work. Not sure on the quality of the edibles yet & definitely didn't receive anything for FREE LOL But the prices are affordable so so far so good. I'll definitely be ordering from them again ! read more

So I ordered. Delivery came through at night. Couldn't see, since delivery driver wanted me to meet outside. Got shorted, ordered five grams. In the dark I did count 5 small containers and thought it was okay. Went in the house where I could see and found that one of those containers was actually a free gift bag of some shake. So when I should have had five containers of what I ordered, I only had four. I did call to try and clear this up but was told "all sales are final". After being a pretty consistent costumer you would think they might consider the possibility of making a mistake on their own end. I have never complained before and always tip the driver. I got stuck with a shorted product a paid in full for and told deal with it basically. I will deal with it. Thanks and bye read more

Nothing but good things to say about these guy. They are on point with me, always come with the goods at respectable prices, they have been pretty good with me. Sometimes like most other businesses they get busy and may take a little longer but overall they usually get to me in an hour and a half. Gaia is the best I recommend over any dispensaries or delivery services in the greater sacramento area. They have pretty good deals, and will take care of you! read more

Great product at reasonable prices. Responsive and reliable. We've tried a couple other places when we wanted to order on a day Gaia is closed and were always disappointed with the product from other places. Now we make sure to order on days they are open! Absolutely best place!!! read more

I have been buying from this dispensary for a year and keep being disappointed. They claim to deliver in an hour but it usually takes 2+. I am writing this because the delivery driver ASKED if they should wear a mask? Yes please, abide by our laws and government. Your business is sketchy and not taking COVID 19 seriously. read more

CAUTION Dishonest and frustrating to work with. Bad customer service (owner). Drivers are cool. Gaia sent wrong strain on multiple occasions. I ordered "Gelato" and he delivered Gelato 42 instead. He claimed I was wrong. He told me we needed to move this along and asked what I wanted him to do cause he was busy!! Shocked. Upon further inspection I realized the label was on the jar (I was new). I knew he was wrong because the weed felt different. Wasn't what I ordered the previous time and he insisted it was. Gaia also promised delivery same day and they failed to do that too. I had to wait till the next day!! I called due to multiple frustrations and he became frustrated, impatient, and defensive. I continued ordering from Gaia because they were the only delivery service that had my medical strain. So of course I'm going to get upset when the delivery service doesn't fulfill their promises. I depended on them. They let me down. I've since moved on and found honest, patient, stress free dispensaries who have supplied me with the experience and medicine I deserve. read more

Ive been buying jeeter carts for a good min now and the one time i buy one from this company i get this oddly colored green cart. Have been ordering from them for over a year..use to be my favorite delivery service but that has changed..put an order in about 3pm...around 645 still hadn't heard anything about confirmation or eta or anything ..call them up and get the standard oohh sorry about that..we will send it out right away..even though we close at 7 don't worry..its on the way...now it's 834..everything else is closed and still NOTHING from them...ty so much for the lies and deceit..dont understand what shit storm led to the horrid customer service..or better yet no service in any manner to happen but I'm not too thrilled to be pulled into it and basically being left high and dry.. my advice to all spend your money somewhere else..as I will be doing from now on. read more

Gaia Express is probably the best delivery service in the Citrus Heights area. Not only do they have the best prices and deals, They are accommodating and understanding. 1st off the last comment is the owner trying to make his horrible company sound better. Too bad this places sucks in all aspects. he lied to his employees and patients while not having the proper permits for the longest time. his product is fake and his flower is moldy. he has told his employees to "pick around the mold" when his flower gets too old. he treats his employees like dirt and talks about the patients the second he hangs up like hes the greatest gift to the weed industry when hes the biggest STAIN to ever smear himself onto weedmaps before he got kicked off there. go ANYWHERE else, you'll be better off I promise! read more

They'll steal your cash. The whole point of medicinal delivery is convenience. This place makes ordering a challenge and their drivers don't even have $10 for change. Too long of a wait followed by unprofessional service. I called to discuss with them but now they aren't answering. I read the reviews below and see their response to this type of service issue is they are "too busy" to provide better quality service to their patients. Kind of gives a flashback to the old days before legalization when you had to chase a dealer down. Oh well my bad for not scrolling through their reviews lesson learned read more
