I really like this service, but this is the 2nd time our order has been wrong. Would be 3rd, except to be fair we said "three" and didn't realize we'd only been rung up for two until the delivery. First time, we paid for one formulation, and received a weaker (cheaper) one. Called and they fixed it. This time, product received (Kaizen Tincture) is not as advertised on the site. Site says 1000mg THC, label on box says 725.445 mg. I figure I don't have much choice because this is the only one they have in inventory (and I notice tincture options have been thinning out lately), but it's still frustrating not to get what was expected. read more

I really wanted to use this place and did once. The next time I had issues with their payment system and had to cancel, they were unable to help me over the phone. The third time is a charm came today when I tried for a half an hour trying to place an order on the website only to be kicked off numerous times. Waste of time due to poor customer service. Wanted to place an order since they publically offer 5% off for first time customers. Yet they do not post the required promo code anywhere. Used a promo code I found elsewhere for existing customers. Order went through (they even personally called and left me a message saying, "We did get your order and everything's good to go"). Drove to ATM (they advertise they accept debit/credit but fail to mention they'd upcharge you $7.50 until the very end). Then I got a call that the promo code is for existing customers ONLY. This doesn't even make sense. New customer promos should be better than promos available for existing customers. Either way, wasted a long time with these guys and came out with nothing. Worse yet, when I tried to just get them to apply the 5% off code for new customers, they quoted me a total that was 7% MORE over the phone than their website allows me to check out with.
