While waiting, I frequently refreshed the delivery ETA until it was within about 5pm. By 5:15 I received a text that my order was picked up, I refreshed the page and my delivery time changed to 237 minutes. If you've got no plans to go anywhere during the day then Eaze is great with options for an extensive delivery. read more

Their delivery estimates are always wildly inaccurate. After today's experience I'm truly done trying. I ordered at 12:30. Original estimate 2. 2 comes and goes with no update. I reach out to support at 2:50 and oh, I need to wait 115 more minutes (as of now), totaling about 4.5 hours wait for a normal weekday delivery. It's pretty rude the site isn't honest about what to expect and just disregards the lives and commitments of customers. The drivers are great, selection in our area is okay, but the fact the business has done nothing about this ongoing problem with the customer experience is so frustrating. I asked support today to pass feedback on and they actually hung up the live chat with no other message back.. High volume order is always blamed... then staff more? I used to order from Eaze all the time with no issue, now every time I order past 5pm, they give me a delivery estimate of 9-9:30pm, only for them to add too many stops on the delivery route so it takes way longer and the driver doesn't make it before the cutoff time of 10pm. This is so frustrating because if they were just honest about not being able to deliver I would just go get my medicine somewhere else. The Lake Grade Budzilla was dry and had a bad taste plain and simple .The Flow Kana Sour Chaos was just okay not as smooth as a Lost Coast Exotics brand which is usually priced is right around what I got the Budzilla for . This is the third time I have had a problem with this company. I place and order on time and my order gets canceled 3 hours later due to the fact they couldn't deliver. Then I'm told to order before 5 if I want it before 9. I place and order and forget the apt number. So I called the company asap. Told them the correct apt number. I'm disabled so I'm listening for the door bell after I get the text for 42 min away. Around that time I get a text my order was canceled and to reorder. I contact Eaze and I'm told no apt number provided, I told BRIAN I called and did provide it right after I placed my order.. he could find it and he tried offering $15 and to order again but the wait was 3 hours. I declined and asked that my order be priority. He eventually found the notes for my apartment number refrence. I got some run around. Ordered 100 bucks for grav labs glass joint pre rolls. Eaze gets 1 star for the cool driver and the glass tips but the "bud" inside them was unacceptable. As a company you should not sell a shut product that in a .5g joint you get .2 of that full huge stems. I get they dont package it but they do sell it and back it which is ridiculous. read more
