I really wanted to like this place. My mom is a big fan, and their little duck mascot? Ridiculously cute. So when she suggested we stop in, I was genuinely excited to check it out. To start on a positive note, they have a great selection of gummies and a decent lineup of cartridges. I wasn't super impressed with the flower selection, though. Maybe they had more in the back, but all I saw was a binder with descriptions, and that's just not it for me. I'm a visual shopper, I need to see what I'm choosing. But honestly, that wasn't a dealbreaker since I was mostly there for carts and gummies anyway. What really rubbed me the wrong way... and the reason for the 3-star rating, was the attitude from the person helping us. My mom is new to vaping, and I already knew the battery style she'd like (and more importantly, the kind she wouldn't). The store had one option, and I politely said we'd skip it and use one I already have, one I personally use and love. Instead of accepting that, the staff member started making snide comments like, "Oh, if you want that cheap one..." and "You might not get a good high with that bad one..." over and over, even after I explained why I was choosing it. Let's be clear: I was still buying several cartridges and edibles. It's not like I was walking out empty handed. I just didn't appreciate being low key judged over a battery choice I know would work best for my mom. If we hadn't driven 30 minutes on my mom's birthday to check this place out, I honestly would have walked out without buying anything. Her comments soured the whole experience. Suggestion? Train your staff to read the room. Educate? Sure. Recommend? Absolutely. But repeatedly calling someone's preference "cheap" after they've already made their choice? That's not it. Everyone shops differently, and no one wants to be shamed at the register. Cute store, fun branding, and good products. But the vibe from your staff matters just as much and hers completely ruined this experience for me. read more

Knowledgeable employees, large amount of product, quality and good price points. Discounts on different days, my only qualm was they don't carry vape that is 18:1, CBD heavy. I guess they used to but demand. They have a 40:1, but it's basically all CBD at that point. read more

We LOVE Chucks! I grew up as a kid going to the restaurant with my grandparents, so naturally when we moved back to the area this was the first dispensary we tried. We used to drive ALL the way to Sacramento for our cannabis needs. We are so grateful to have somewhere local to go now. They honestly have a better selection than the dispensaries we are used to,and their prices are even better. The budtenders are all very knowledgeable of their products and very helpful. If you have any cannabis needs I'm confident they will have what you are looking for, we generally just get flower, but from time to time we will also get the disposable vapes, or gummies (they have our favorite brand, Drops). read more

Love this dispensary. Only have been in once but it was a great experience and the budtender girl was very nice and helpful. She recommended a new THC-CBD-CBN gummy edible to me and I like it even better than what I originally went in for. I live in Nevada and I can't find a place that carries Smokiez gummies, so whenever I'm home I go to the dispensaries in CA. She told me to try Wyld's Boysenberry 1:1:1 and it's amazing the sleep I get with it. The great thing is I can find Wyld at Nevada dispensaries. 2 minutes at the counter and I knew I wasn't leaving that expected tip. 5 minutes in and the $2-300 a month I spend at these places was on it way somewhere else. Wanna keep customers? Train your employees to actually help people! When someone orders something that you're out of, try suggesting it's equal. That is what you're there for!
