So I was in town and tried to get a delivery. I thought something was odd that I could not find a…read morephysical location but I pressed on. I eventually found myself texting with someone that claimed to be the company after I reached out due to difficulties on the site. I proceeded as instructed and was told to submit my payment via chime. I did so and inquired about the delivery time and was told the payment didn't go through and asking that I try again. They went so far as to ask for a partial payment for delivery sent me an official looking email it claims came from Chime. I knew it to be false due to some of the information in it. At the end of the day I'm out almost $100 and I learned a lesson. Also per Chime once the money is sent it can't be returned.
