The boveda pack in the Padron box is completely hard. Humidity set at 68% but I think the well is dry. Too bad too as they have a decent selection for such a small shop. Lots of other stuff to purchase, nice looking inventory and nice staff. Get the cigar issue resolved, new cigar inventory and I'll be back. I've only scouted out a few spots since moving here recently and your selection n prices are decent, just keep the cigars humidified and I'll buy. Best of luck and I hope to hear that the cigars are again humidified and ready to buy.

But they refused to replace it, making all kinds of excuses just because I came "too late"--for a vape that only costs $30. I've been a loyal customer for years, and all they offered was a $3 discount if I bought a new one... Don't go to places that don't care about customer service like this. The owner clearly lacks good judgment in running the business and has no sense of long-term vision.

Service is horrible, the pricing is increased. Inflation is high, but the pricing to this established has overly increased. I have been a regular for a few years and now I'm just disappointed. Never coming back here again. The boss needs to recognize hard working dedicated staff that actually cares for the customers as the last worker did. 10 /10 DONT RECOMMEND.

5/5 -- A Real Cigar Shop in Loomis…read more I've been on the hunt for an actual cigar shop (not another vape store pretending to be one), and this place in Loomis was such a win. I was shopping totally out of my comfort zone, trying to find a gift for my boss, and Craig was AMAZING. He took his time walking me through different brands and quality levels, explained what made each one special, and helped me build a really solid variety pack that fit my budget. I told him I had no clue what my boss would prefer, and he made the whole process easy, zero pressure, and actually enjoyable. The shop itself is super clean, really easy to browse, and -- bonus -- they have a full cigar lounge attached if you want to hang out or bring someone who knows what they're doing. Whether you're buying a gift or treating yourself, this place is absolutely worth the drive. Definitely, definitely recommend.
