They are too expensive now, I think they up charge pieces based on who you are and some of the staff act like you're bothering them when you have a question or want to see something. I've had some good experiences, just the bad ones really stand out. They have a large selection but the prices used to be better. read more

This place f*cking sucks. They do not let you just walk in and ask for something like a normal person. You have to make an online order, which you're lucky if that goes thru, or in some cases their website will charge you double. I got charged for 2 vapes, both of which never got received on their end even though I was charged. They've done something similar to me a few months ago with KannaXpress. They lack communication and again, was charged $60 for 2 vapes that they wouldn't give me because it didn't show on their end. How is that my fault? I have been purchasing vape juice for many years. Millenium Smoke Shop is falsely advertising the products. They show a picture of 2 bottles of The Finest Juice for a certain amount. I bought 4 boxes. Each box contains 2 bottles. They sent 4 bottles, not 4 boxes. I repeatedly emailed them with no response. When I finally phoned, I spoke with Eric, "the Manager". I stated my complaint, and he said, it's just a picture. Return them if you don't like it. I had requested a return shipping label on each of the 4 emails I sent with no response. Stopped in to this location for a simple ash catcher for my water pipe didn't think it would be a problem to do an exchange due to the fact that it didn't fit properly and I bought the kit and the gear from this place but apparently you wanna make sure that anything you get from them you is absolutely what you want because their return policy sucks. It's a literal a tail light guarantee once they see your tail lights leave the parking lot that's the guarantee. We initially bought a piece for over $500, went back to buy something else and the manager, who we told how much we spent, told me he couldn't find my account until AFTER we paid full price and created another account. Told us that next time we come in we will get our discount. Just went in again to make another purchase, for another manager to tell me that I don't qualify for the discount and made up some number that was more than $100 less than what I actually paid, and told me I still didn't qualify for the discount. And she had no idea what we were even talking about when we asked about an item that a different manager told us he ordered 20 of and will have in stock when we come in next. I've always gone here and they have you test your vape before leaving to make it works. My vape was auto firing without me hitting it and they usually just exchange it for me for a working one but now I guess you have to return it straight to the manufacturer. What's the point of testing it if they can't replace it when it doesn't work correctly. I won't be purchasing form this store again anytime soon unfortunately. Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Millenium. Almost a week ago I had purchased a brand new coil for my vaporizer. That being said, I just moved to the area again and I am looking for a good spot to frequent. Millenium has been a place I had shopped in the past when I lived in the area and only had good experiences. Anyways the only coil they had for my specific modification was a $12 coil, seemed pretty steep considering the highest I've ever payed for the same exact mesh coil was 7$, so still wondering where that price jump came from, BUT, not really caring too much about price I still purchased the coil. I went home and a few days later needed to change out said coil. I noticed the sealant ring at the bottom had an extra ring in the package or it has been disconnected and didn't think too much about it, I just put the coil on my vape and IMMEDIATELY JUICE WAS FLOWING EVERYWHERE, my entire tank had leaked out. I thought it was a defect with my vape because I've never had this problem before, and with further investigating it seems the coil that was sold to me was defective and you could clearly tell by looking at it. You know what? Things happen, items can come up as defective, I get that. That night after work I headed over to Millenium with my boyfriend, which by the way, I am not confrontational; and neither is he. I work in an industry where I speak to consumers all day about their products and any issues with them, so quite frankly I did not want to be the customer to complain. I went in there simply to ask if they could switch out my coil because the one I was sold was defective. The answer I got was disappointing, I was told that they are not able to do that and to contact Smok for their defective coils. Alright, I get company policy, a horrible policy but continue. The associate that informed my boyfriend told him that if we wanted a new coil though we could purchase a new one and she'd give me 15% off for the troubles. Although I was upset, I just wanted another coil and to go home. We picked out a different coil that was 10$, a bit cheaper, and not the mesh design. On top of that I also purchased a bottle of juice for a separate vape and my total was $37 and some change. After getting home and putting the new coil in.. IM HAVING ISSUES AGAIN. It seems to cause my vape to misfire and virtually has no power. WHEN LOOKING AT THE RECEIPT, because I was peeved at this point, I had noticed she had not given me ANY discount The entire reason I bought more stuff after not having a good company policy, was because I would get a discount for my inconvenience. Knowing the 15% off is not going to make much of a difference whatsoever, I just wanted to give them another chance, and I was already there so it was convenient.. this being said, I have now paid full price for 2 coils when I could've have driven to probably 3 other smoke shops down the street, purchased a nicer mesh coil for 7$ or less, and been happy first try. Almost 23$ for coils that don't work. I've NEVER ever EVER had problems with this mod or coils with this mod, and I've had it for atleast a year and even more vaporizers prior to this one with absolutely no issues. It's a mix of company policy and bad product but I will probably never shop at Millenium again. I'm out almost 50$ now and I wanted one coil. I have supported them in the past and even tried to support them even farther by giving another chance and picking up a juice with my replacement coil. This is how I spent $37 the second time round and now I'm just feeling annoyed at myself for not going someplace else. I will next time drive the extra 3 minutes to Galleria Smoke and Vape for better quality and price. 1/4- Quick Update: Bought a new coil at Galleria Smoke, the same original mesh coil for HALF the price and my vape is working properly again! read more

However at this point guy is super flustered. Cause he can't figure out how to cancel a transaction so he can ring me up again. Ends up mixing the money I gave him with other money. Gets annoyed and says something about being made to jump through hoops because I insist he count his drawer(at this point I'm pushing it because it's awkward the way I'm feeling like I'm lying and trying to scam them over 30$) anyway. Guy counts his drawer tells me that it's on point. But I don't really blame the employee. Can't trust a business that doesn't provide accurate training. Or making sure people entrusted to handle money can count and things like that. Anyway. Like I said. Disappointing. Guess I'll be continuing to make that drive out to sanctuary to re up. The worst part about it. Place is decked out in cameras. I'm sure it could have been figured out.
