The shop is clean and bright which is nice compared to some other shops around the area. They have a decent selection of cigars, good enough for a quick stop. They have a wide selection of vaping, hookah and other smoking related items. The staff was cool and knew the products they have in the shop. The prices were very reasonable. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

I was going to go exchange it right away, but didn't have time, so I went back a few days later. But they refused to replace it, making all kinds of excuses just because I came "too late"--for a vape that only costs $30. I've been a loyal customer for years, and all they offered was a $3 discount if I bought a new one... Don't go to places that don't care about customer service like this. Worst place on earth!! I don't know why I keep going back expecting things to be different, but I…read morewanted to support this guy and bought a vape from his store. Apparently what I had purchased was the "display vape." Whatever that even means. He sold it to me anyway knowing that it was defective and that it doesn't even heat up. He refused to call his boss (the owner) and insisted that I give out my phone number to him so that they can call me when boss man returns. He then said "I can give you a $20 discount on a new product." After I paid $217 for the device after tax!! He wouldn't let me even exchange it for something else comparable. So I feel used and screwed over. Not a good feeling to walk away from your local smoke shop feeling that way. I've been going there since they opened their doors and since he had his cat on his motorcycle in the shop. Very cold. Definitely never going back. Owner hopefully can make it right.
