TWO DAYS AGO !!! & last night it starting crackling amd popping and bursted in my face !!! so I kindly went in there and told him about it and we looked at a new glass piece and then he tells me that'll be $10. I said huh?? no I told you it bursted amd popped in my face after two days of having it & I shoukd get a replacement and he said oh I'll lose money and you have to contact the original seller. I told them no I already did and looked on their website and you're a third-party seller and once you buy something to sell it on your own it's up to you to make it right and he just kept telling me no oh well I'll call the guy tomorrow. I don't know I can't I'll lose money. I said I come in here all the time and spend lots of money in here, but he's very money hungry does anything for a dollar !! So he called some other Indian guy who tried to rudely tell me that it was my fault and he's not sure what I did to break it but whatever I did to break it.. it's not their problem and mind you I've had multiple types of products like these, and I've never broken them !! And this one didn't even break like normal I was holding it in my hand, and it started crackling, even though it was off/cooling down and popped in my face !!! so I let him know that he's very unprofessional and has no good customer service & I won't be back !!! I'm sorry but if I would've bought it weeks ago or months ago, I would've never even brought it to their attention but I just paid 50 bucks two days ago !! @ Tobacco shop in Lincoln on joiner !! I was shopping totally out of my comfort zone, trying to find a gift for my boss, and Craig was AMAZING. He took his time walking me through different brands and quality levels, explained what made each one special, and helped me build a really solid variety pack that fit my budget. I told him I had no clue what my boss would prefer, and he made the whole process easy, zero pressure, and actually enjoyable. The shop itself is super clean, really easy to browse, and -- bonus -- they have a full cigar lounge attached if you want to hang out or bring someone who knows what they're doing. Whether you're buying a gift or treating yourself, this place is absolutely worth the drive. Definitely, definitely recommend.

The humidor is temperature and humidity controlled with well displayed boxes of cigars. Their is also a selection of lower priced "throw-aways", more commonly labeled as seconds. Since their are no cigar shops listed within the area on Yelp, I thought it important to include this location. It is easily accessible on the main highway into town within a shopping center. So it is quite convenient. I did not get much of an opportunity to interact with the counter person, but she seemed helpful and accommodating. A good place to get cigars, and cigarettes too if that is you preference!
