Worst place to go for vapes Some dude named Z money or something sold me a RDA and said it's " Fucking Badass " knowing damn well it wasn't. So he took advantage of me. The next day I tried to return it because not only was is a bad RDA IT DIDNT EVEN WORK!! So what he does it gives me a bottle of vape juice for it turns out it was expired and he kept the RDA for himself. DONT COME HERE FOR VAPES!! read more

If I could give less stars, I would. I bought a gift for my friend...it was a hookah. I took her here to pick out the design she wanted. There were about 6 Indian guys there (I'm Indian, and don't mind that they were....that's not the point...just using it as a description of who was there.) Only one actually worked there and the others were his friends. He seemed nice, tried to help us and sold us the shisha and the hookah and we were on our way. I mention the other men here because they were talking about 50 Shades of Grey. Also, they were telling me that I needed to try sex like that. I told them I was married and they told me that if I wanted to continue to be married and keep my husband happy, that I would do things like that. Really?? That's none of their business and VERY inappropriate to say to a customer unless the customer was joking with them. That night we used the hookah and the container broke. We put cold water in the vase and smoked, but when we picked it up, water went all over. Upon further examination, it was cracked. We brought it in to let them know what happened. A different person was working but tried to help us. He said he'd order another base for us. He asked if we dropped the piece (which we hadn't) and explained why he thought we did. If it was dropped, it was because of the way it was packed. A week later we go to get the new base and it wasn't in. That's fine, it needed to be ordered. Then my friend called later and was yelled at by the Indian manager/worker saying he would NOT replace the faulty hookah he sold us. Now if this were the first visit that I had a bad experience, I wouldn't be writing. My first experience here, I was looking for ingredients to make my own shisha for a hookah I already had. I was pushed and pushed to buy things I didn't want to buy. I kept telling the guy no, but he kept pushing. Finally I got what I came for and left. I figured it was just one person so I'd give it another try when I brought my friend. She loves hookah and I had wanted to give her one for her birthday. I ended up buying a replacement on Amazon that was of much better quality. NEVER AGAIN will I go here. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. read more

One of the best vape shops in Sacramento. I have several different mods and they always have the parts or coils that I'm looking for. Convenient when I don't want to wait for online shipping, I can just drop by here and I know they'll have what I need. The prices are very fair to. Great selection of Juice flavors. Unfortunately, one young salesperson had led me astray and sold me a very low quality vaporizer pen for a jacked up price. He made the Vaporizer sound as though it were very high quality and reliable, not even 2 weeks later both cartridges break and now the shop won't even consider giving me money back or even store credit... The juice is locally made, that was the reason I even first came in. I have been looking for quality liquids all over and mostly have come up short making me do most of my purchases online. I like the fact I can sample the flavors prior to spending money on something that I may not be into. The gentleman I have seen there most trips is helpful and pretty knowledgeable. The sales are decent. I understand that you can not stay in business giving things away. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars in because I would like to see just a little more competitive pricing. Now that they added the vape bar I love this place! Great selection of vape flavors and accessories for e cigs and vaporizing devices. If they don't have what I want the owner will make it for you right there! The owner is very helpful and has helped me with some issues I've had with my provari. My only issue is the rewards program, or maybe I just don't know how to use it. Last two times i was told to put my cell # I registered with on receipt and they would add it. The first time it got added not last two times so I would suggest if you sign up ask how it works first. This is still my fave vape shop! read more

I went there today for the first time, and i to be honest i am not ever going back, it's all cheap flea market junk, and imported glass from China and India. The shop is ok they have an alright selection of mods and things but way over priced and there service is way under par they are not very friendly well at least when I went the YOUNG kid behind the counter was cocky and bit rude. The parking and location is terrible honestly if your gonna buy mods, tanks, anything vaping related your way way better off going somewhere else.
