Perfecto Lounge is a great place to hang out, and smoke a good cigar in. Michael was of great assistance in finding the perfect cigar for me. The ambiance is great, good music, and nice crowd of people. The only thing missing is a good liquor to go with the cigar. I had to settle for a nice red Cabernet instead of a good brandy -- they don't have a license to sell hard liquor. If they did, it would be a 5-star lounge for sure. Management needs to work on this. read more

Who wants to go to Bevmo or any other store for cigars when you have Perfecto Lounge. It has the feel of a cigar shop that you can just sit back and relax in. I walked in and just walked by everyone to get to the cigars. Within a few minutes I had someone helping me that turned out to be the owner. I figured this out while I was checking out. If you enjoy cigars and a great atmosphere this is the spot. read more

I'm visiting Roseville for a couple months and was excited to learn there is a cigar lounge in town. What a refreshing experience in coming here! Rev the owner is extremely knowledgeable, and willing to share. I've been smoking cigars (all over the world) for 20 years, and learned a ton just in 15 minutes of talking to Rev. Comfortable seating, properly kept humidor with a nice selection, good WiFi, wide selection of drinks, friendly regulars, lots of tvs... Has a neighborhorly, comfortable vibe. Great spot! The BEST cigar lounge in the Roseville/Sacramento area! The ONLY place that has a bar that serves beer on tap and wine while you smoke a cigar! They rotate the beers every couple of weeks so you're not stuck with the same ones each time. The wine list is limited, but at least they have it and they had my favorite types so I can't really complain! Evey other lounge I've been too does not serve alcohol. You can bring your own at some and at others you probably shouldn't bring alcohol, but they won't bust you if you do. Loved this smokey environment! The humidor was well kept, they had a good selection of cigars, they had an ash tray at every table, and a cigar cutter for you to use. They're well prepared for every customer! Loved the customer service. It was prompt, polite, and relaxed. And they didn't push us out when we were still not done smoking our cigars at midnight. The furniture was classy. Leather chairs in the front for the under 21 crowd that are not allowed in the bar area. A couple of tall tables with chairs for groups, chairs at the bar, and a big corner picnic table for a larger group. They even had playing cards for us as we smoked, drink, and enjoy our time there. I'm a fan! If the fiance decides to make another trip here, I'm down to go! Sure beats the backyard and the garage! Pretty sure this is where I'm throwing his next bday party :) read more

Beer and cigars! If you like cigars and beer this is the place. Fortunately for me I love both. A good selection of beer and the employees are happy to give you some hints on how to pair the cigar and beer types. Pity they don't serve Scotch. The selection of cigars is good. They do not have the huge selection of Tobacco Republic but they have a very well tailored selection. My wife stops in here to get me cigars on occasion and they always break off from the regulars to help her and I have seen them do the same for others coming in to pick up a few cigars. They have a lot of promotions and events, seems like they always have something fun going on. It gets smokey and loud in here and I love it! read more

The first time I went into Perfecto, I was a cigar newbie. I was looking forward to being welcomed, talking to someone knowledgeable and enjoying my first fine cigar. Unfortunately that's not what occured. I was met with zero acknowledgement. I looked for someone to help me choose a cigar, but was only able to locate the bartender who was busy pouring drinks and talking to customers at the bar. I kept looking around and eventually walked into the humidor to take a look. After getting zero assistance, I left. A couple of months later, I decided to give Perfecto another try. Perhaps they were shorthanded or just off that day. This time I was eventually acknowledged by a gentleman. Even though he led me into the humidor, he seemed distracted and bothered that he had to ask questions. After explaining my experience and asking questions about the differences, he became very short. Sensing his frustration, I just picked a cigar. I sat at the bar and had a drink with my cigar. The bartender was friendly enough and accommodating. Many of the customers seemed to be regulars as everyone knew each other. While this was a better visit, it still wasn't the welcoming, helpful place I was hoping for. A year or more had past before I decided to try Perfecto again. This time I knew a little bit more but was hoping to get some assistance using my new found knowledge. This time was much like my first visit, walked around hoping to find an employee/owner and only found a busy bartender. I did wonder if any one of the people conversing on the leather seats worked there, but nobody bothered to acknowledge me. So I assumed they were all customers. I checked out the humidor myself for quite a while. Eventually I picked out a couple of cigars because I recognized the name. While standing at the bar waiting to pay for the cigars, I made one observation. They have their regulars and those are the customers that get attention. My advise to the owner(s). Make it a policy to acknowledge customers, ask them if you can help with anything, and make them feel welcomed...like you would a friend. As a relative newbie, I felt like an unwelcomed outsider. If you want to buy overpriced cigars and be ignored, visit Perfecto Lounge. read more

Was up there for a visit, found this place. Pros: Really cool spot, very comfy and a good selection. Good vibe. Cons: Cant go inside to the humidor to select your cigar. You have to tell them what exactly you want, because of Covid regulations. That is not the fault of the spot. Just following health orders. Overall I would return for a visit. read more

First off I want to say I am not a competitor and I left my phone number for verification. This is my first ever review but I felt compelled to write it. My friends who are cigar nuts wanted me to come with them to try out this cigar bar. Me being very new to the area I agreed to go. First of all I was not impressed with how kinda of dirty the place was. I must say that they did have a nice selection of cigars but they really do need a better filtration system as the place smeels like my grand fathers old closet that has not been opened for years. What stuck me the most was I think he is the owner Pauls treatment of me versus my Caucasian friends and I observed him treating the other minorities in the club with la less friendly demeanor. I thought I must be mistaken till my fiends noticed it also and I was chatting with a customer of a different race in the rest room and they said they noticed the same bad treatment esp from the owner. I really thought the days of treating people different because of their skin color were gone. I guess in the case of MR. Paul Davenport ( The Owner)That is just not true. Such an amazing place! I'm very new to cigars and stopped in today to pick up some. I ended up talking with Rev, the owner, for about an hour. He clearly has an immense knowledge of cigars but is the furthest thing from stuck up. He welcomed me in as if I was a guest in his home. This is a must stop for anyone wanting to learn more about cigars or for those who think they know it all already. On top of having a truly amazing owner, the other guests there were very welcoming. This is an awful place it is dark and kind of dirty looking. If you are looking for a warm friendly experience DO NOT GO TO PERFECTO LOUNGE. Paul the owner is not very nice. The Cigar room is dark and very dank there are really so many other nice cigar rooms to go to where you will be met with a smile and a friendly hand shake. Meet the Business Owner: Rev D.

Rev brings 20+ years of passion for cigars to Perfecto Lounge. In his early 20's his palette sharpened as he discovered the subtle differences in various fine cigar tobacco blends. His ability to identify and describe these flavors to his customers makes their experience fun and enjoyable. Rev is absolutely a modern day renaissance man. He served 4 years in the US Navy as a musician then joined his father in providing small businesses services. From there he became a member of the local Sacramento electrician's union, then found his niche as a high-tech Recruiter in Silicon Valley where he worked for Fortune 50 companies such as Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Amazon, Intuit and several small start-ups for over 14 years. He took a break from high-tech and was part owner and GM of a Sacramento nightclub for 2 years. The marriage of premium cigars, fine wines and craft microbrews is his dream come true and shows in his enthusiasm in servicing his customers, new and connoisseurs alike.

You'd be forgiven for thinking you were in the wrong place or about to make a mistake and put yourself into a sketchy place. We looked around for a more "realistic" entry way not knowing the most realistic entry way is one that looks like a back door to a closed vacuum or furniture storefront. That's exactly the point. You knock. Immediately, the door opens. A man in a cowboy hat looks you over. He doesn't wear a name tag. He doesn't need one. He asks, "You have something to say?" If you've done your homework, and say the right thing, the door stays open. You're in. I do not know what happens if you do not have the word. What follows is less a bar and more a pocket of time. The interior is small but well conceived. The bar sits directly at the entrance, flanked by a few standing guests and several small tables. Beyond that, the space opens up into a lounge with seating for six to eight, and a longer bench-style area for a dozen or so. The walls are dark, the lighting low. It's the kind of place that feels like it remembers what Prohibition was, even if most of us never lived it. It felt like walking onto a movie set where we might be extras, and the main characters would enter and play out a scene. It was a perfect example of a speak easy in full swing. Even the glassware was legitimate. The decor is intentional. Books tucked into corners. Stags mounted on the wall. Nothing feels store-bought or trendy. It's immersive without trying too hard. The seats were not overstuffed contemporary types nor were the tables or even foot stools. They all looked like they came from a speak easy back in the day. About the only thing that did not look like the real thing were the patrons, as they were dressed casually, and of course the iPhones. I suppose that would have caused quite a ruckus during prohibition! Conversations are constant, layered over each other and laughter. It gets loud, but not obnoxious. House Divided serves anything you ask for, but they lean into the theme. Classic cocktails done right. Throwbacks with historical lean. Creative new entries like lavender martinis that aren't just gimmicks. Each drink feels made by someone who knows what they're doing and takes pride in the process. This is not vodka-soda speed bar territory. It's craft, and it shows. I did not see a bottle of ocean spray anywhere, but what I did see were large glass bottles labeled with the juice or concoction held within. The little details are obvious! If I were to translate my usual framework: * Ambiance and Service: 4 stars (it can get loud and if you are here to have a conversation it will be difficult) * Quality: 5 stars- I had a simple drink - vodka and cranberry. With something "special" that the tender added. I don't know what it was, but the taste was wonderful! Way different than my standard go to! * Value? That depends on whether you're measuring price per ounce, or the fact that you just got to walk through a green door into another world. But in reality, 5 stars. Do I wish for more seating? Yes. Perhaps more quiet? Yes. But if it were those things, would it be the same? No. My guess is going on a Saturday at 7pm is going to be a bit crowded, and loud. Unfortunately I am not on social media and that's where you're supposed to find it. Bummer! I decided to use my own password. It worked and we entered the inner sanctum. It was a cool, smallish place with nice decor. The bar was the first thing we saw. I looked around to see a few tables and couches to the left. It was pretty early and there were only a few people there so we got a cozy little table in front of a velvety couch. I went to the bar where a burly tattooed OG bartender greeted me. I ordered an old fashioned and a raspberry lemon drop. My old fashioned was done very well. I'm on an old fashioned kick right now and love to try them at different places that look like they know how to make them. This one was really good. My friend wasn't so keen on her lemon drop, saying the lavender was a bit overpowering. We had another round and this time she had something different that she enjoyed. My second old fashioned was just as good as the first. It was getting later and more people happened to have the password and it was getting crowded. However, the downside being upstairs is that noone or any of the staff will go there to ask for your order. You have to go down and get them yourself. Also, I noticed that they don't set rules for dress code anymore even though it says on the website. You see people with just shorts, shirts and sleepers and/or sandals on. So it was kind of a turn-off for me. They should require people dressed accordingly before they let them in. If you are in a group, even if you are not going to drink or get a drink, the bartender will literally deny your group purchase of alcohol if everyone do not show their ID. You'd literally have to step away from your group, just so they can buy their drinks. Find this really interesting. The music was nice at the beginning of the night but at the end of the night, mainly EDM.
