It's clear from the moment you arrive that the owner takes pride in creating a personal, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels like a regular. The convenience of table service means you can relax, order, and even check out right from your seat, completely eliminating any waiting in line. The open floor plan makes mingling natural while still giving your group its own distinct space. Unlike other hookah lounges, the ventilation is great so it doesn't get overly smoky, and the bathroom is always spotless. Instead of the chaotic dinner and belly dancer shows you get at other places, this spot focuses on a pure, relaxed lounge vibe. The crowd is genuinely diverse, and the playlist offers a great mix of music rather than middle eastern music, making it an easy place for anyone to kick back. read more

Exhale Hookah Lounge - Hookah Bars Near Me - Roseville, California

I've been frequenting this establishment going on six years. Every single time I've been greeted with a smile, welcoming energy and all around good vibes. I can't think of any time in the last six years attending there was there any type of discrepancy. I've even rented the venue out for my birthday before and the night was effortless thank you to Sohale (owner) and the exceptional staff. They pay attention to detail and maintain a comfortable sense of urgency. Great hookah flavors, good music, and awesome ambience. I have friends that have traveled a good distance just based off the good time they've had as pertains to their last visit here at Exhale. Honestly it's my favorite place to relax in Roseville. I'd prefer to be here with friends over any club or bar setting to be honest, the vibe is unmatched. Exhale is definitely my home base and I'm happy to be a patron! read more

Honestly I wish I could give 6 stars if I could! one of my favorite spots to just relax and unwind. The atmosphere is super chill, the music is always a vibe, and the staff are really welcoming and attentive. The hookah flavors are fresh and last a long time, and they have a really good variety to choose from. Everything feels clean and well kept, which I appreciate a lot. Whether you're going with friends or just trying to have a low key night, this place never disappoints. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good vibe and quality hookah. read more

Came here to hang out with a group of friends and we had a wonderful time with one tiny issue. The lounge was a bit busy when we got in, and we thought we'd have to sit outside (chilly evening) since there were seven of us in total. The attendant was very accommodating and reshuffled some guests so we can all sit in one table. We brought our own card games to play and patiently waited for our orders to come. We got three different flavors of hookah and they were all good quality, some better than others, but nothing bad at all. The only bad experience was a cockroach crawling towards us and one of us had to step on it. This was a turn off especially since they don't even serve food. The health score looks great on here, but that experience showed otherwise. Besides that, we had a wonderful time, we enjoyed their service, the hookahs, and most importantly, they were playing bumpin music! read more

Amazing service. We walked in and didn't really know what flavor we wanted, we went with the suggestion of Mi Amor. It's a mix of raspberry, banana and mint.. sounds interesting right??! The flavor was off the chain! It's a nice lounge, wasn't crowded at all. They offer waters and a few other beverages. If you're looking for a nice place to unwind, relax and have a good time, this is the place to go. Plenty of screens to catch a game. Give them a try read more

I love this place. Come here almost every weekend! The hookah is amazing and the service is 10/10. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Staff was rude and unprofessional, took forever to take our order, and didn't seem to care at all. Hookah quality was poor, and the ambiance felt dirty and neglected. Definitely not worth the money -- won't be coming back. read more

I went here with my date after we went out to dinner, and the ambiance was very intimate. The music was chill, and the lighting was dim making it easy to have conversation. The comfy couches are great to get close and snuggle with your date. The man at the front desk (I can't remember his name) was extremely friendly, and attentive to our needs. I love that they're open until 2 a.m. so I can continue my date night, and not have to end it at 12 a.m. I will come back for another date night soon after dinner. What a great way to end the night. read more

Best hookah lounge in town! Is now one of my favorite spots to hit up on the weekend! Staff is super friendly and the lounge itself gives off such a home like feel. Absolutely love it here! read more

This place has the coziest vibes, best customer service, great music and just a great environment.

New favorite spot! Hookah is $30 and $15 for refills. The only spot with a liquor license. They play afrobeats, hip hop, and R&B all night. The manager, Shiva, is the sweetest and most attentive manager I've encountered in any service industry. So happy to have found this place! read more

First time coming here today, the lady working there with dark hair who is probably the owner..? Not sure.. lol. She was super super super friendly and gave the best recommendations on a good house mix... Love 66 and skyline I think it was? She was very good at checking in with us for fresh charcoal and making sure the flavor was good - we had everything we needed. Definitely a super chill atmosphere inside and exactly what's needed for nice relaxation. I'd definitely recommend this place for the service, the vibe, and the flavor. read more

I've been here a few times with a group of friends and Shiva has been awesome every visit! We usually do our usual flavors of hookah, but anytime she recommends a new flavor we have to go with it. If you don't know what to get, her recommendations will exceed expectations. Shiva is always welcoming to anyone who walks into the lounge, making us feel like regulars even though we have been to Exhale a handful of times. It's a great time every visit and we look forward to always seeing her. She is awesome! read more

I've definitely missed sitting in a hookah lounge smoking a delicious hookah, but a friend and I were in the area one day and decided to swing by for a quick session. This plaza isn't super busy so I wouldn't worry too much about crowds. Due to the pandemic, they aren't distributing menus right now but if you know what you want, just ask for it. They can pretty much mix any flavors together. I'm a huge fan of mint and anything fruity, so the worker told us he'll get us something good. I believe what he brought was Ambrosia and Mint flavor. The Hookah was ~$25 and we got the Ice Tip to go with it. I definitely recommend the ice tip because it makes every puff so light and smooth. The hookah is a little pricy but pretty comparable to the Sacramento area. The hookah hit pretty well and we had the coals rotated a few times with no issues. Exhale is a nice, calm spot to come to since it wasn't super busy. If you're craving a good hookah session, this is a good spot to try out! read more
