Perhaps those sensations would have paid off if they were followed by a calming or THC-like effect, but I didn't experience any change in mental state. The comfortable atmosphere saves this establishment from 1 star. Dim lights, leather couches, chill music, and colorful tiki wall art make for a decent study spot or date night. However, if you're hanging out at a business, you gotta support it, and to support it, you gotta buy something -- I can't see myself buying anything kava-related with any ounce of enjoyment. Surely there must be some variation of a kava drink that tastes delightful. I don't want to spend any more money finding out though.

this is a great hookah lounge, i have been seeing a lot of reviews on here complaining about the cover charge or discrimination at the door, but i found out that is 100% from the bar. the hookah lounger and blondies bar are two different businesses. to avoid the bar cover charge get there before 10pm on thursday, friday, and saturday, any other night of the week the bar is closed and there is never a cover charge... The Hookah itself is top notch, i've visited many hookah lounges in the area such as hookahholics, cobblestone, the wicked mirage, and i have also visited a hookah lounge in Honolulu. This lounge is bar far the best one. smooth smoke, great flavor, and big clouds. If you go on the weeknights its always very chill and the prices are low. $12 monday/tuesday and $15 wednesday/sunday read more

First off this is hands down the best hookah lounge I've ever been to. Having gone to many different lounges in Sacramento and San Fran. The environment is laid back Sunday through Wednesday and then on Thursday, Friday and Saturday the bar is open and there are a lot of people. They have a great selection of flavors, I recommend guava, mint and peach.. The thing that puts this place above other lounges is the art hookahs and fruit bowls. The coustmer service is great and the hookahs come out quick and ready to go.. If you're in the area i highly recommend the cloud factory. read more

It was my first time at a hookah bar and this place did not disappoint ! We were immediatly greeted by a young lad named Melissa who was very friendly and helpful. She informed me of the evening specials and I decided to go with watermelon. She recommended that I go with the ice tip and me being a rookie I was a bit hesitant at first but decided what the hell ! Ive gone to hookah bars all over the bay area and ive never been to one as alive as the cloud factory. I went on their grand opening and I will forsure be coming back. Premium hookah quality, great music, friendly staff and the creekside view was BEAUTIFUL. Every 10 minutes one of their staff members came around with a dandy charcoal tray and was glad to refresh our coals with new ones. One recommendation is to have more ice tips because they were all sold out :( read more

I like the go there on the weekdays where it's not as packed, the energy and staff are ALWAYS so dope/amazing. The deals are random but it makes it just that more exciting and affordable, weekends are the best for meeting new people. Not even to mention THE PLAYLIST , so awesome! Music stays slapping juuust right. Overall , even though I could just smoke at home, The Cloud Factory is probably my favourite spot to come through. read more

Make sure ask for daily if you been here a few times or first time has very good daily recommendations for no additional cost. This is connected to Blondies, but you can't judge them by what you think of the bar itself.
