Man , I went there and had a really good experience. The employees that were there are so nice , and friendly . I am a hookah lover. So when the hookah came out in a timely manner. I was happy. This place has been open for 5 years now , and they have done really good on there improvements. Was hard to find because they moved to the hide a way. I would say to just call them which we did one random adventure night. We came around 11 at night and seemed to be the only ones wanting to smoke hookah but after people at the bar saw us outside with the hookah a few more groups came out to smoke too. They close at midnight we got there at 11 and they still served us the guy that's works the hookah part was sooo attentive and made sure we were straight the entire stay. Changed our coals and made sure everything was perfect for this reason I'll be back! It was a vibe and low key. Not to rowdy. So, one fine evening in August (my birthday), my husband took me to Fuso Italian restuarant and when we were leaving, I happened to notice a large group of people standing outside the Blondie's bar and when walking even more, I saw folks sitting on the lighted terrace area.. come to find out, there's a hookah lounge downstairs! My friends and I have average expectations for places in Vacaville and Davis (in comparison to SF) but I really wanted to check out this "Cloud Factory". A group of 4 went one night and to my complete surprise, this place is so awesome! Their customer service, hands down, is the first thing I'll compliment. The guys that set-up the hookah and wait on you are outstanding and have the most friendliest personalities. The hookah is great--good quality and at the right price. What's really five-star about this hookah lounge is the various seating areas. You can either sit outside and enjoy the creekwalk environment and the lights, including music or you can chill inside on one of their comfy looking sofas. Another totally cool thing about this lounge is they offer "ice tips" for your hookah pipes. It costs like $6 extra but it's so worth it. For newbies, hookah can tend to burn your throat when you inhale but with the ice tip, each inhale is extra smooth. Even for people who've been smoking a while will appreciate the benefits of using an ice tip. My friends and I already made plans to go back next weekend so this place is definitely getting my time and money. read more

Ok so I'm pretty much a regular here. I love this place since the first day they opened! Their hookahs are always hitting proper and if not they will gladly figure out why and replace it. The customer service here is outstanding, is why I continue to go back. I love that they do daily specials! So make sure you ask for the specials if it wasn't mentioned. One Key Advice would be, Make sure you come before 10pm on on the weekends so you avoid the cover charge! And if you can't make it early, call it in and they'll put you on the guest-list! So we never even smoked those 2 rather we smoked the 1 hookah that was good and at the end when we paid I told the lady "Ayy do I still have to pay for the 2 hookahs that were never was good and you dident do anything about ?" She said yes . So I paid for it because tbh I dident want to start a seen about it so I just never came to the place again . And not only that but when we first came in there was nothing playing .... no music or anything ? And then when another customer came then that's when they played something which was a fucking movie ??? Really ??? Step it up! I've been to some good hookah places and this is definitely not one of them. Yes the ambiance is nice and it's modern looking but $35 for a maximum of two people on one hookah is outrageous! So for the arithmetic challenged, for four people it's $70. Crazy right. The staff were just some young girls who didn't know what they were doing. No one was blowing out the bowl or keeping the coals fresh. Hey it's great that you look great in booty shorts but how about some more coals. And no I don't want to be in your Instagram photo. Are you going to discount the price for using my face in your advertisement? No, didn't think so. If you're some high roller, then by all means. I've been a regular here for years! I love the staff and the owner. They are always very kind and knowledgeable. They have great flavors and they have even mixed a few custom flavors for me and my friends. This is our regular hangout spot! The atmosphere is super chill. Dirty, smelly, sticky, and poor quality hookahs! Used to be okay but now just torn up and run down. It took forever to get our three hookahs and we were told to leave just a short while after before closing. Wish we didn't waste our money on such horrible service. We will never be back- and will tell everyone how disgusting that place is. One of our hookahs was ducted taped together and the hose kept falling out! This was the worst hookah spot I've been to. I got checked for ID's 3xs and kept bugging us, the hookah was not too good as well, ive had a lot better. After, we all felt so sick. They were charging Some people $5 entrance, some $10 and others nothing. It seemed so sketch. Then, they kicked out, at 10pm, all those who were under 21. Which was fine for us because we were all 21 but the table next to us were filled with younger people who had only been there for 20-30min. They already bought hookah and everything then were going to get kicked out. I believe this was unfair for them, they should have been told ahead of time before they bought anything. I could clearly see on their faces they were pissed and saying "what the fuck." Some of the guys who worked there were cool, but overall my experience there was pretty bad. read more

This was my 1st time here and to ever hookah. We came on a Sunday night and the atmosphere was much different than a Friday or Saturday from what I was told. If you are looking for more of a party social scene, then Fri. and Sat is the days to go. BUT, if you just want to sit back, relax and be highly taken care of, then go on Sunday night. Then staff was so super nice, attentive and friendly. Since it was my 1st time, they took time to talk to me and help me understand everything. They have started serving dinner so I am looking forward to going back to try that. They are also planning to upgrade the outdoor experience with awnings and heat lamps so that will be very nice. OK people so I don't mean to be a party pooper but we were there last night and I have to speak up. Atmosphere is off the charts as far as Hookah Bar goes! I loved the indoor outdoor options and to be able to get drinks at the bar was awesome. I kept saying I can't believe we are in Vacaville this is amazing. As far as Hookah itself I was a little disappointing. They had a limited selection of flavors. Also they only gave us 1 coal initially which burned out very quickly. We had to ask several different people to flip our coals or give us a new ones. Also the waitress although very pretty and nice kept asking us if we paid the bill. I think if you have that big of a problem with walkouts you should change how you charge. Maybe hold onto a card like bars do for a tab? or have people pay upfront. I would have much rather done that then have her bug us every 5 minutes asking if we paid the bill. It wasn't till the end when she apologized and said that they have a lot of walk outs. Honestly I wanted to order a couple more flavors but was put off by the service so we left. I think if they were more attentive to our Hookah then if we were going to walk out it would have been a 10 star experience. We will be going back and hopefully I can change my review. read more

I've never been to a better hookah lounge! I am being so sincere when I say the staff is amazing. They are so sweet and hilarious all the time no matter how busy they are! We came here last week with a group of 12 and they got is in our own room in 10 minutes during their rush, and our hookahs got to us in another 10! I can sit there for hours and know that all my hookah needs are being taken care of, and I have a great time talking to the girls! The Cloud Factory recently provided hookah service at my wedding. Shoaib is a very professional and honest man, and his prices are highly reasonable. He showed up on time and provided excellent hookah service to a wedding of over 200 people. I got comments from many guests about how well prepared the hookahs were and how polite Shoaib was. He kept the hookahs going all night and had a variety of flavors available. My younger brother is very picky about his hookah and even he told me that not only were the hookahs some of the best he's had, but that Shoaib's service was the best. I look forward to checking out his location in Vacaville soon. read more

This lounge is good and a nice place to relax. The prices are a little high. The 1 hookah per 2 people is a little ridiculous but I understand got to make a profit. The service is great very attentive. Only downside are the prices cause it can go from $22 to $100 real fast in a group with the 15% gratuity and 1 hookah per 2 people.
