    Sunday Nights!

The perfect neighborhood bar with amazing bartenders. Music on Monday evenings and karaoke on every Thursday & Sunday nights! The owner is almost always present, quietly overseeing service & quality! Also! Pool is free on Wed & Thurs. otherwise it's 50 cents on a regular day... literally the cheapest, quality pool in Solano county!

She made me a great ol' fashion with her choice. Since I'm originally from Kentucky, I was a little skeptical of a distillery in Napa Valley. With a wasabi and fennel infused vodka, it was too unique not to be curious about. Upon arriving and looking over the menu, SEVERAL cocktails stood out to me as intriguing to try. I started with the Wabi Sabi which was as interesting as it sounded. While I didn't pick up on fennel, you do pick up on the wasabi, but in the most subtle of ways. Think maybe lime/ginger sparkling water with just a hint of spice. Refreshing and different for sure. I also tried the Mucha Lucha w/ cilantro infused Siete Leguas Blanco, chorizo infused mezcal and cubes made of hot sauce that make the drink have a bit more of a kick as you allow them to melt. I did the HH chips and guac which was also accompanied with a tasty Chipotle sauce. Damn good actually. It'd be excellent served in a variety of ways. The deviled eggs aren't going to blow your mind, but I like that you get 4 different ones- and simply because I love eggs, I'd order them again. (They just wouldn't be a dish that brings me back). The bartender was great- helpful and attentive, even as more people began to filter in for an early afternoon. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Napa to check out some other menu options.

The mescal in his Mule and the cinnamon rum in the rocket were absolute show stoppers. We followed the cocktails with appetizers. He ordered stuffed jalapeños. The jalapeños were good were, but pretty basic. I ordered the seared octopus with potatoes and it was surprisingly delicious. Extremely tender and the Cajun spices, which are not usually my favorite, were different than usual in the absolute best way. We fallow our cocktails and appetizers with a pizza; half birria and half el pastor. The crust was super crispy on the outside and surprisingly fluffy in the middle. I am not a pizza person but this magical concoction I look forward to returning for. With the pizza we each had anothe libation. He had a beer and I had a cider. Both drinks were on tap, and so good. I am very picky and it is hard for me to give 5 star reviews. Honestly I am looking forward to returning to 1933. In my opinion it was a Home Run! 10 out of 10! If you haven't been to 1933 please go. The garlic parm wings were better than the lemon pepper. It was saucy and had a good flavor while the lemon pepper needed more seasoning. The wings were well done which I like but wasn't very crunchy. The fries were fresh but very plain and bland, same with the clams. The fried pickles were good to me, very crunchy but my husband thought it was too much breading. I'm grateful for the hot fresh food and quick service but flavors need a bit work

It's a straight shot with tables along the glass to the left and a bar seating at the bar to the right. Apparently there's another room off to the side that looked cute with a flower wall, it was being used for someone's birthday event. Thankfully a group was just leaving when we came in so we got their table but otherwise all seating was taken and people were standing around. The establishment seems more chill vibe during the day and a bar vibe at night which worked for us. The only downside at night is that you have to go up to the bar to order your food/drinks. Since there's no dedicated server we had quite a wait for our food and we had to ask multiple times for our check. We ordered the brown sugar babe and hibiscus margaritas. The brown sugar babe -that thang is STRONG definitely an old fashioned. When I asked the bartender about it to see if I could get more apple cider in it they said it didn't come in it even though it was on the menu? Luckily I don't mind a stiff drink. The hibiscus margarita was amazing ended up ordering another round. For food we got an order of fries, mac & cheese bites, and the garlic Parmesan wings. Absolutely recommend the wings! They were extra crispy and help up well with the sauce that was super flavorful. Nothing between than sipping your drink, vibing and singing along to some early 2000's r&b with a chicken wing in hand. We'll continue to come back here for girls night we had fun!

Blue neon arches, a huge underwater mural, plush chairs and low tables along the back wall. Worth the detour. Chris was working the bar on his second day and greeted us like a regular. I skipped my usual Manhattan and went with the Smoke Break, bourbon with bitters, smoke and black cherry. He nailed it. That is the one I would order again. Kudos to Chris for making the smoke linger and make the drink taste fantastic. I had this one in Oregon and it was cool but Chris did a better job with his method that really did serious justice to the name. My wife wanted the Cucumber Cooler, but they were out of cucumber. She pivoted to Sauvignon Blanc, and they were out of that too. The wine list runs four whites and four reds, so there is not much room to maneuver if the cocktails are not your thing. Chris read the situation, offered up a Paper Airplane since she wanted something refreshing, and put it on the house. Classic good bartending. It was louder than expected for how few people were in the room. On a Saturday with a DJ, music and dancing, I would guess the volume gets close to a rave. Go Tuesday or Wednesday if you want to hear the person across from you, and you will probably catch them fully stocked. My guess is weekends clean them out. Cocktails run 16 to 18 dollars. There is also a 300 dollar tequila and cognac number called La Maria served in a glass rimmed with gold dust, if you have something to celebrate. Happy hour is Tuesday through Friday, 3 to 5. They are on the ground floor of the Waymark apartments at 121 Pringle Ave with a small patio out front and heaters. Great spot to hang out and talk with friends, and a good pre dinner or post dinner stop rather than a destination for the whole night. When those doors shut you are transported somewhere neat. I would go again.

When I finally made plans to visit, I love the decor and atmosphere of the place but the welcoming wasn't really welcoming. Was asked if we had a reservation, which we didn't. I asked if walk ins are available or if we could sit at the bar. They don't have a bar seating area so no. We were sat in the middle area. The tables by the walls were mainly booths for larger groups while the middle tables would have guest of 2, 3 or 4 Our server first greeted us in Spanish and began speaking more in Spanish even though we replied in English after not understanding what he said we just ordered our drinks speaking in English. He continued to speak Spanish to us every time he came by. He knows English though and we kinda wondered why he kept speaking in Spanish to us. Me and my cousin have mixed ethnicity so we kinda look Spanish but based on our tone in speaking you could tell we only know English. Later I noticed that the booth tables were all Spanish speaking and the middle tables had every other ethnicity but I could be jumping ahead thinking wrong and the guest in booths made reservations Besides all that mentioning the star off issue, the food and drinks were great. Seriously on the high side, lunch or dinner here is definitely a celebration anniversary date night place I wanted the Tomahawk steak but after seeing that they cut it for you in front of your group I didn't think it was worth it. I probably wouldn't return any time soon but it's a must try for sure. The to go bags are so cute too as well as the delivery of the bill. The restaurant was not particularly busy, which made the lack of service even more frustrating. Our food arrived cold, and it wasn't very good flavor wise to begin with, so having it served cold made the experience even worse. One person in our party ordered the surf and turf, which came out significantly later than everyone else's food. It was delivered on a push cart and assembled tableside, which could have been a nice experience, but the server handling it seemed completely uninterested. She didn't smile, say anything to us, or provide any sort of customer service. She essentially assembled the dish and tossed the plate in front of him before walking away. We also hardly saw our actual server throughout the evening. I ultimately had to flag him down toward the end of the meal just to ask for water refills and to cancel appetizers that had never even come out. What made it even worse is he was not apologetic at all. A lady will come around a take photos of your group and bring them back out printed and framed for $25 per picture. That's nice if you're celebrating something but still pricey. For how expensive this restaurant is, we expected a much higher level of service and food quality. The ambiance definitely gives off a high-end, upscale feel, but unfortunately, the food and service did not match what the restaurant is trying to portray. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed and would not consider the experience worth the price. Do better. Oh, and make sure you check your receipts because tequila shots were added to ours that we did not order.
