DO NOT COME HERE - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE My buddy and I planned to come here 9pm yesterday (Thursday) after seeing this place "OPEN" on Google and after seeing multiple people on social media posting about their grand opening, we decided to go. Keep in mind I'm from San Francisco and drove 1 hour and 33 minutes in traffic to come here one way... the entire round trip going back home was 2 hours and 13 minutes of driving. The minute we walked in we were welcomed by the host and had a friendly conversation.. it turned out that she was actually someone I met in San Francisco previously and we were just catching up because what are the odds right? The next thing we know, we're being asked to leave when we saw 8+ people previously come in before us and got seated without any problem. For no reason at all, we were asked to leave and to come back at a different time when we saw people hookah and chill. As a matter of fact if you see my reviews, I hardly ever give any 1 star reviews to any places and their mostly 5 star reviews for local business owners but this place sucked. The actual location looked like it was in the wrong part of town and it was in a run-down plaza....also the inside looked like the most horrendous set up for a hookah place I've ever seen. Everything looked run down and the couches looked old. As someone who traveled almost 2 hours from San Francisco city to come here and talk business with my colleague, this place is not worth the drive, experience, and the ambiance you want to be apart of. Go some where else. I WILL NOT be coming back to this establishment and I recommend you don't as well. First off if your wondering about age , the do let 18+ in (my friends and i are all 19). The do inform you that if you are under 21, you can not smoke hookah that has tobacco or nicotine in it. I actually like that ! This place has good hookah. The music is okay , i was hoping for more diverse music. It is a nice cozy lounge. The only thing i didn't like was the front door being open the whole time. I like a private setting. As far as price, for the 3 of us we paid $37 with the military discount that the guy gave us.. so it is a bit pricier than some of the other hookah shops I've been too! Last night I randomly ventured out to this place because my friend and I were staying at the Marriott hotel. We came here to see the sublime / rebelution concert. I've been to my fair share of hookah lounges and this place was honest just eh. I mean I was craving hookah so it did the job and it also hit pretty well. Customer service was decent not over the top or horrible. Just right in the middle. No one was walking around with coals until I wanna say about 45 mins after we ordered the hookah. And right when we were about to leave they were like "oh coal?" Like no ... Were leaving we don't need any coal clearly. Lol The couches were kinda messed up it was sorta just ratchet .. Lol i guess I'm just used to the nice hookah places in my area such as shisha nights in Hayward or red room in San Jose. read more

I have to say this place has grown on me, I feel like a found a new family, I been coming at least 4 days a week, after a hard day of work to relax and talk to my new friends or to finish a work assignments without the stress of the office I feel very welcome and the service is amazing. The new owners are working really hard to make this place an amazing hang out for every ethnicity, I am really considering celebrating my birthday here and maybe they will teach me how to dance Arabic music lol. I used to come here a bunch when it was still known as Wicked Mirage. Well, I was so disappointed with my last visit. Lack of service as soon as we walked in. The couches were peeling and falling apart. After being there for awhile we asked for something to drink- I just wanted some water... the man said they don't have water, only hot tea. WHAT?! How do you serve tea but not water?? In previous years they had a fridge in the front with many drinks...now I can't even get some water? They never came by to check our coals or ask if we needed anything else in the entire hour or more that we were there. Meanwhile they were hanging out with other customers and smoking. As we were paying, we were asked to pay $20 (when the menu clearly states one flavor is $18). As I showed him the menu the man said "Oh we changed the prices." Dude, I'm fine with paying the $20- but you better let me know before I order that you've changed the prices on your menu! I will not be coming back. read more
