I just bought a hookah here and had a really uncomfortable experience. My friend and I (both girls) went to the bathroom together, and multiple male staff members made rude and threatening comments toward us about it, and were banging on the bathroom door. The way it was handled felt extremely inappropriate and honestly discriminatory. Because of how unsafe and unwelcome we felt, we left immediately after paying and didn't even get to use the hookah. No one checked on us or attempted to resolve the situation, so we essentially paid for something we never received. Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service. I won't be coming back and will be disputing the charge due to no service being provided. read more

We got a hookah that we didn't like. Told the owner and he said well you'll have to pay for a refill. On your website it says "We never cut corners. If a hookah doesn't meet our high standards, we will remake it until you are satisfied. Period. 'Okay' is never good enough. " Well I told you this and you said I made the website and we didn't say this. We spent a lot of money here and you dismissed me. We have been searching for good hookah places in peninsula for a while and this one hit the sweet spot. Our other regular is Pasha but they don't have Paan flavor and is more loud/pricey. Cloudz has a chill ambience with not too loud music playing. Their service was good and they refill coals regularly. We were impressed that the flavor and smoke lasted a long time. They have paan flavor and are very reasonably priced compared to other Hookah joints. Also they let you bring your own food which is a great! This could be our new regular spot. Was feeling hookah to relax on a weeknight. I called before arriving to make sure they were open. I was greeted and asked for recommendations. We went for the white gummy bear with mint. The mint was a bit overpowering, but still good. We were there for about 3 hours. They kept refilling our coal, which was nice. Friendly staff and comfortable chairs. Good decent customer set. Kind people behind the counter. Confortable. A few suggestions: could be a bit warmer inside. Jacket is worn the entire time, sh have a price for regulars example buy a pack of 10 for $xx, a little more variety for munchies, consistency in the actual hooka. Most times are fine but a couple of times, wasn't working well and head spinning. They do a pretty good job of coming by and refilling the charcoal however they don't actually maintain the hooka by checking all which I think they sh do. Will def come again. read more

I found this place on a fluke while walking back to the car after dinner. Needless to say, it was a nice find. The place is fairly spacious and very minimalistic with tufted modern sofas, ottomans and plain walnut colored tables probably from IKEA. They keep the lighting low and have a few TV's throughout which is convenient if there is a sporting even going on. My bf and I got the Slippery Nipple flavored tobacco. Mmmmm...watermelon... For $18, it's a great deal. It's good quality and lasts a good while between two people. They are also generous enough to come around and change your coals too. That was appreciated. The only drawback for me is the service of only non-alcoholic drinks such as juice, water, soda and energy drinks. Some food would be cool too. It looks like they've only been open a short time though. However, I was recently informed those things are in the near future. A business who cares what their customers think is always one I respect and am inclined to return to. I am looking forward to coming back as things progress here. This spot is pretty cool for late nights. It's a wide open spaced lounge that's good enough. The hookahs are clean and the service is great. The blue neon lighting makes the place look that much better. The music is great and there's flat screens for sports,etc. A plus for me, is their foreign chocolates from Europe! Nothing is American brand; everything is from a European country. I've been smoking hookah since high school so I've tasted my share of bad shisha and poorly pack bowls. None of that amateur sh*t at this lounge though. Ever since real shisha was banned in the city, I've been looking for the closest place to get my fix when I don't feel like lighting my hookah at home. This place is now my go-to spot! The shisha here is pretty solid, most of they're mixes are on point and they can advise you if you can't decide. You can get a regular egyptian hookah for $20 or you can upgrade to an all-glass hookah which I recommend if you're with experienced hookah smokers or trying to impress your date. Coal service is not the fastest but if you flag them down they hook you up. The vibe is very chill and low-key, the lounge is clean and has cool lighting + TVs on the walls the music is almost always EDM and the play festivals on the monitors which is cool, I like to watch the people in the videos and play "guess who's rolling" with my friends. read more

Upon going to a nearby hookah lounge the night before, we were apprehensive about visiting another lounge. The one we went to before was terrible. We decided to give this place a shot anyway because we really wanted hookah. Upon entering Cloudz the decor is really nice and the ambiance is very... chill. We had to order, pay and sit down which was a weird concept to us, but the previous hookah lounge did the same thing. We ordered Tangier's and were left surprised that it actually tasted good. The bowl survived an hour and we left after. The guy that brings the charcoals was super nice and very attentive. Will probably be going back there tonight for another hookah dose. They don't have parking, so it's tough finding street parking. Definitely plan ahead for that. read more

I think either types of entertainment will be good depending on what kind of crowd you're going with. There are red, white, and black couches with small IKEA tables. The area is very open/spacious. There are TONS OF FLAVORS...with names that are quite unique like King's Mix, Sushi's Mix, etc. The menu is listed on a TV screen...traditional/simple flavors + crazy mixtures. Price is pretty decent in my opinion. $24 for one round of hookah + a water bottle. It was just 2 of us. Hookah for about an hour half. Not too bad. read more

Let me start by saying I don't know much about hookah, buT HEAR ME OUT. I've been to a few hookah lounges in my day and this one is by far the best of the lot. The atmosphere, like most I've visited, leaves a bit to be desired but the couches are comfy and there's plenty of space to spread out so you're not rubbing elbows with other groups (unless you want to, then like, totally go for it I guess). They had a fair selection of flavors and whichever my (much more experienced) friend chose was tasty and smooth. They also have a nice selection of snacks and beverages to nibble on and wet your palate if needed (I always do). I'd say, like others have stated, the big draw of this place is the quality of their hookahs and the fact that they use coconut coals. They seem to really take themselves seriously when it comes to providing a safe and pleasant experience. Plus, the staff is very friendly and attentive with refreshing your coals which can be a challenge at other places. I would definitely come back! read more
