I have never had such a bad hookah and such a disappointing baklava. On top of that, the service was cold and completely indifferent. It felt like they were doing us a favor, as if everything was being given for free. A little friendliness and respect towards customers is the bare minimum.I will never come here again and I definitely do not recommend this place.

My favorite local hookah place. I always get a "Big Daddy" hookah. Hookah is always good as well as service. Prices are fair and much cheaper than other places which is why this place is on top of most people's lists. Highly recommend if you're looking for a hookah place in Fremont.

This review is long overdue. Been coming here a few years now and normally come during the day time as the service is always top notch. The staff member who makes our hookah makes it on point every time and has made great recommendations on flavors we probably would've never tried. Super friendly and amazing ambiance, love the music playlist and that they also have nba games on from time to time. Great place to come relax and chill with friends, and the parking is also convenient. It's our favorite lounge out of all in the area. 10/10

Great hookah that hits well, great service and they check on you to see if you need coals. My sister recommended this place and it was indeed a must to others who haven't been here before you wouldn't be disappointed at all. Thanks again for giving us a great experience. Will definitely come back when we are in the area.

A friend and I were looking for a hookah lounge one evening and after hearing good things about Fire N Ice, we decided to check it out! We arrived around 7:30pm on a Wednesday. Lucky for us because Happy Hour is all day on Wednesdays, so the Regular Hookah is ~$12! It wasn't too crowded yet so we ordered hookah and grabbed an area to sit in. We wanted something a little bit unique so we went with a mix of Blueberry Muffin and Mint flavors. The hookah hit pretty well and lasted a while. The worker did come by to rotate the coals which I appreciate. It is a bit loud in here (like most hookah places), so maybe not the best place for talking or catching up, but if you're looking for a relaxing spot with good music to smoke hookah that'll last you around 2 hours, Fire N Ice does the job!

I slid through around 6 on a Monday My order was custom! White gummy lemon mint, The flavor was an absolute perfect blend of sweet and refreshing. Moreover, the cool ambience of the place added a unique touch to my visit. I can't wait to return for another round of fantastic flavors Five stars all the way! Tip get the cloud bowl! Bowls last way longer but I

The service started quickly, and our hookah was brought out within minutes of sitting down. The hookah was smooth, the seating was comfortable, and the overall vibe made it easy to unwind. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ali, who was friendly, welcoming, and clearly cares about creating a good experience for his guests. The lounge has a nice selection of drinks, great music, and a relaxed environment that makes you want to stay and enjoy the evening. Farsha has a personal, local feel that is hard to find at larger lounges. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly return. I highly recommend Farsha Hookah Lounge to anyone looking for good hookah, a comfortable atmosphere, and friendly service. Five stars!

When you're paying to sit at a hookah lounge, you shouldn't have to constantly look around hoping someone notices you or comes by to check the coals. Customer service should be just as important as the hookah itself. The atmosphere didn't make up for it either. I came expecting a chill spot where I could relax and enjoy a quality hookah, but I left wondering why I spent my money here in the first place

Rating: (4.5/5) Long…read moreoverdue review! We visited Falafel Etc. in Fremont mid-August on a Wednesday evening for a dine-in dinner. Since it was midweek, the place was quiet with mostly takeout orders coming through, so there were plenty of tables to choose from. Parking right in front was super easy. The Food: Falafel Sandwich: Truly impressive! Fresh, delicious, and very generous on portion size. Lamb Shawarma Wrap: The veggies and hummus inside were delicious, though the portion size was surprisingly smaller compared to the falafel sandwich. Side of Baba Ghanoush: Rich, filling, and paired perfectly with the warm pita bread. Service & Flow: Ordering is straightforward. You order and pay at the counter, and if you're dining in, they bring the food directly to your table. Overall, the food is great quality and well worth the price. I'll definitely be back, next time I want to try one of their plates, and I'm definitely getting the falafel again!

The last time she wasn't very nice, took our order as if she was forced to do it. Today was a whole other issue, she steps out to the lobby and takes her shoes off to do something with her feet. She immediately put gloves on and began preparing food. This is disgusting and we are upset someone would think this is acceptable. I don't think we'll be going here again especially if this person is still employed here. Not a good representation of the good food being made here.

Decided to come here because I've been wanting to come to a hookah bar for a while ever since I went to Miami!! My coworker said this was the place to go and man it was such a vibe walking in. My friends and I arrived a little before 9 and the bartender told us happy hour ends at 9 so what did we do? We ordered as many drinks as we could before it hit 9 o'clock lol. Also the hookah didn't start till 9 so we had time to kill lol. Then we found out there was food in the back to like can this place get any better?? I ordered myself fried chicken with fries while we waited for the hookah to be brought to us. It was $20 per plate which was not bad since they served a huge amount of food and it was cooked freshly. I love fresh cooked food that's the best! Outside in the back is where the food and where to pay for the hookah too, we decided to get watermelon flavor, great choice!! It only was $30 for the hookah which is not bad at all, good pricing if you ask me! The type of music they were playing was like 2000 music which I love, I grew up listening to that music it was such a vibe all night! It's took like 10-15 minutes to get our food and man that food was soooo good and fresh I loved it!! Right after we got our Hooka and it was soo flavorful but not too heavy so it was more like a light head rush. The man in charge of the Hookah would come around and make sure we had enough hookah and would switch out the old square cubes and replace them with new one for us! Overall I loved this place the bartender was great customer service, music was such a vibe, food was great, and to top it off the hookah was on point!!

First Visit Highlights: Falafel, Veggie & Baba Ghanoush Wrap: Great flavor and very satisfying. Mint Lemonade: Super refreshing! We actually had to get to-go boxes for both the salad and the Tabsi because the portions were so generous. Second Visit Highlights: Mansaf: The lamb was slow-cooked to perfection in aged yogurt and so tender it fell apart. Absolutely incredible. Falafel Salad (with Tabbouleh & Hummus): Fresh and flavorful. The Za'atar chips were missing this time, but the salad was so good we didn't even mind. Cucumber Mint Lemonade: The ultimate drink for hot weather! Atmosphere, Service & Parking: The ambience is great with plenty of seating options, plus an impressive menu of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Ordering is smooth: grab a printed menu on your way in, order at the counter, and take a seat while they bring the food to you. You can also use the QR code at your table to order extra items from your phone. Parking is easy with plenty of spots. In all honesty, I'm always worry about eating at new places because what food so much but sadly, I have food allergies and I'm allergic to pork and monosodium glutamate/MSG. When I asked the store about a couple of items, she had to go ask the Chef and then to our surprise the Owner came up to our table and said how she hated S.J. because it gave her headaches so when her husband opened this restaurant, they made sure that they had MSG in it!! I was so freaking thrilled!!! For our first round, I got a porn star martini, my sister got tequila on the rocks. I know she had a particular brand that was Organic, but I forget which one since she only drinks particular brands. Hee. Both drinks were to our liking and then I switched to white wine and loved the bottle of white that the owner suggested. That bottle (pictured below) was clean, crisp, refreshing and had a slight citrus after taste that paired perfectly with a warm summer evening and the lemon from the calamari. The calamari was delicious and crispy with tartar sauce, although I wish they also had a chipotle aioli sauce, but I know I'm just being picky. The wings were pretty spicy considering we got the less spicy version- at least to me, but I can do a Level 3 spice at SJ's Scratch Chicken- WITH a beer handy! Hee Overall I loved the environment and they had a number of tv's playing different sports channels and a separate room in the back. That room was rented out for a private party, but the fact they had the space was nice to know. I will definitely be back here again and I'm thrilled to know I can eat ANYTHING I want, since most places accidentally have MSG in their food, such as Ranch dip, breading on fired items and in certain sauces. Even soy sauce as MSG, unless they use Tamari..... ayyyy. But I loved it here and it was an amazing way to spend my birthday with my sister! Hee. Until next month! We're going back!!!!!!
